Shi Jin asked Mo Yeon, will he be able to save the president of Mubarat? Mo Yeon replied uncertainly by explaining the state of the patient. Shi Jin paid no attention to Mo Yeon's diagnosis. Shi Jin sternly asked Mo Yeon's answer as a doctor. Mo Yeon glanced at Mubarat's bodyguard leaning the weapon. While Byung Soo yells angrily at his men who do not follow his orders.
Shi Jin still guided Mo Yeon's reply. With full confidence, Mo Yoen said he could save the president of Mubarat. Shi Jin turned off his walkie talkie and removed his earphones while pulling out his gun to protect the patient and the medical team. Everyone immediately raised their pistols as if preparing to shoot.
Mo Yeon said she would take the patient to the operating room. The Arab guards ordered them to withdraw. Shi Jin chimed in from now on the safety of the medical team and patients is our responsibility. Shi Jin ruled to stand guard in front. The soldiers were walking to protect the medical team. Shi Jin asserted that from now on you can shoot anyone who threatens their safety.
The Arab Guards said as they leaned on each other's weapons, that Shi Jin currently understood better what Shi Jin was doing now. “You do your job. The doctor will save the patient. And I'll protect what I have to protect.” Firmly Shi Jin.

Back to the operating room. Song Hyu tried to stop Mo Yeon, “Once you start there is no turning back. If you change your mind..” Mo Yoen interjected by showing the incision marks on Mubarat's stomach.
“Not this subcostal incision (slicing skin to facilitate operation) is large?” said Mo Yoen. Chi Hoon added that it was not recorded in his medical records.
“I know. Therefore do not believe in anything without seeing it with your own eyes,” stressed Mo Yeon. Sang Hyun said that's why this operation is dangerous for us, patients and even soldiers. Mo Yeon confirmed that if he took off the hands of this patient would die. We have no choice as doctors. Mo Yeon dissected Mubarat's stomach.

Outside the operating room with positions facing each other holding a gun.
“If everything gets worse. You will be responsible for this.” Arabic guard.

A sound came from inside the operating room. Sang Hyun was relieved to be able to complete all of his operations and told his Aneurysm (swelling of blood vessels) was gone. Ja Ae also said that blood pressure is stable. Mo Yeon briefly looked out and Shi Jin also looked towards the operating room. Mo Yeon said everything was going smoothly and they were going to do the last stage. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief
Arab doctors examined President Mubarat and saw that his operation was progressing smoothly. Mo Yeon told the patient that she would have surgery. But the results will be better if you look at the original medical records.
“Well, the patient must remain conscious for the operation to be called successful. If I were you, I would be very worried” said the Arab doctor.

Mo Yeon was annoyed he must have known about it, then fell limp to the floor. Sang Hyun told Mo Yeon to rest, let her take care of her patients. Mo Yeon said it was okay, he just felt hungry and had Chi Hoon eat first with Min Ji and Ja Ae because they would take turns looking after him.

“Captain Yo Si Jin. You are relieved of your duties for violating orders and will be held in barracks.” Said Dae Young. Si Jin nodded in understanding. Then he told the Arab guards that he would not run, he had orders. Dan tells Dae Young to continue the operation and replace him
Chi Hoon et al were eating ramen outside and escorted by the Arab guards. Chi Hoon asked if they were being watched? Ja Ae thought of course because there was no way they would want to eat ramen here. Min Ji counted with his finger. Chi Hoon told the freshly brewed ramen was not yet cooked. Min Jin said he was counting gauze. There's no gauze left in her body, right? Chi Hoon replied doubtfully there was no way Ja Ae could have made a mistake. Ja Ae hesitated and asked if they should count? Makes Chi Hoon panic and scared.
Inside the already guarded room, Dae Young said that according to Si Jin's order was being held in this room. Si Jin sighed while looking around him, hoping to be held in the dining room. Both are smiling. Suddenly the door opened. Shi Jin and Dae Young immediately saluted because Byung Soo had come.
Byung Soo tells Dae Young to come out. After that directly kicked Si Jin's leg shin.
“You're crazy. Look at you being held back and messing with your team.” Shouted Byung Soo. Si Jin looked down apologizing. Byung Soo says why are you doing something to regret? Do you know how many people have to lose their jobs? Shi Jin said he would not fight back.
“Yes, you bouncing don't have to fight! You should get promoted if you don't do any trouble. You ruined your own career,” Byung Soo said.
“I don't regret it. I made the decision. I'm the one who should be in charge.” Si Jin replies by looking at Byung Soo and then looking down. Byung Soo hopes Si Jin can hold onto his words.
Dae Young stands guard outside. Mo Yoen came running asking for Si Jin's whereabouts. Dae Young replies Si Jin is detained and nowhere to be found. Mo Yeon begged to give him 5 minutes to meet Si Jin.
Byung Soo comes out and asks the whereabouts of the mad doctor named Kang Mo Yeon because he wants to see her. Dae Young wants to explain if the VIP patient is aware of Mo Yeon Mincul from behind Dae Young that he is the doctor that Byung Soo is looking for.
“Diagnosis and treatment is a medical rational decision.” Said Mo Yeon.
“You are so confident. Even if you get fired you can open a clinic, right? Because you are so famous” said Byung Soo cynically.
“But you ruined Si Jin's career. The 10-year career he has built has been a waste and he will never be promoted. If the VIP doesn't realize he'll be in jail. It's all because of your rational medical decision.” Byung Soo. Mo Yeon was surprised and looked sad.
Byung Soo hopes VIP patients quickly realize, thus we will be able to save our careers. He left Mo Yeon.
Dae Yong drives Byung Soo to the car, telling him he will report every hour. Dae Young says it's unnecessary and tells Dae Young to go to the airport because Dae Young's transfer is still valid.
“I understand. But in the absence of my captain..” Dae Young said.
“You want to be the target of this mess? you want to be punished for breaking orders?” cut off Byung Soo and command Sergeant Choi in place of Company Command and have Dae Young go to Korea.

Si Jin asked her to toast him for 72 hours. Dae Young nodded and put on her hat. Si Jin stood up.
“I reported on May 24, 2015, sergeant Seo Dae Young was ordered to report to the Korean headquarters. I'll execute the order.” Dae Young saluted and was reciprocated by Si Jin.
Dae Young meets Mo Yeon in the VIP patient recovery room informing her at 20:50 that Mo Yeon can see Si Jin for 10 minutes. Mo Yeon stood in front of the room that Si Jin was holding and said, This is Kang Mo Yeon. Si Jin heard it. Dae Young leaves the camp.
Si Jin walked up to the door and sat leaning against the wall. Smiling says it's good to see you. Is this an official visit? Mo Yeon also crouched on the wall and apologized.
“Nothing to forgive.” Said Si Jin. Mo Yeon told her patient she was unconscious.
“Didn't you realize you were worrying too much about men? Don't be so flirty. Right now you can only worry about me. I just realized what you said was true.” Said Si Jin. Mo Yeon while holding back her tears she asked which one.
“If you look sexy in the operating room.” Temptation Si Jin..
“Why did you do it? You're the Captain and you don't have to break orders.” Mo Yeon said.
“I told you beautiful women, children and parents should be protected. That's mottoku. Beautiful woman and old man, both of them were there. So I have to protect her.” Obviously Si Jin.
Si Jin praised Mo Yeon who was so brave today. Mo Yeon's tears couldn't be contained anymore until Si Jin heard her sobs from inside asking if Mo Yeon was crying? The tin-poisoned little boy went into the Mubarat president's outpatient room past the sleeping guards. The bodyguards inside just let it go. Then the boy put his hand on the forehead of the president of Mubarat and compared it to him. By using Urk language the child said the patient was no longer sick. bodyguards outside entered the child. Mo Yeon entered in defense of the child.
Sang Hyun and the Arab Doctor got carried away in a row. Guards approached President Mubarat asking if he could see her. Arab doctors examined the state of the president with fingers and asked the president to follow the direction of moving his finger.
Sang Hyun immediately laid his head on the table, thanking him for his patient's safety. He thought at 37 it was all over. Ja Ae sneered, the patient who saved her doctor. Chi Hoon was also grateful. Although his family was rich, but still could not help him from this. Min Jin sneered that the Chi Hoon family was not very influential.

At the top, Woo Geum talks to Dae Young over the phone informing the VIP patient that he has left for the city with his doctor. The operation was a success and they looked happy. Ki Bum tried to eavesdrop on the conversation. Dae Young is grateful. Woo Geum said Dae Young don't worry anymore and rest a lot. Woo Geum turns on the speark because he is with a crybaby.
“I'm Corporal Kim Ki Bum. Why are you so cruel? You left without telling me,” Ki Bum said as he cried.
“Then I have to how? I put a dictionary in your locker. Use it to learn your GED (following test)” Dae Young says and asks Woo Geum to keep an eye on him. Wo Geum understands. Ki Bum saluted, Dae Young advised to stay excited and turn off his phone.
Dae Young walked towards the plane that picked it up. His steps stopped seeing Myeong Joo get off the plane. Myeong Ju who saw him was sad because he realized Dae Young would leave. The two stared at each other silently. Myeong Ju walked over to Dae Young.
“Only you I want to see. But you shouldn't be here. Where are you going? You want to run away again?” ask Myeong Ju. Dae Young just shut up. “I asked if you ran away?” firmly Mo Yeon. Dae Young put the bag down.
“Sergeant Major Seo Dae Young. I was ordered..” who instantly got a hard slap on the cheek from Myeong Ju. But Dae Young again continued his words, “to return to Korea.”
“Say that's an order. Asking me to wait. Tell me you'll do anything to get back.” Whine Myeong Ju while banging Dae Young.
“Insects here are fierce. Keep wearing your uniform even if you're overheated,” order Dae Young and take her bag.
Myeong Ju pulled Dae Young's hand away. Finally Dae Young pulled Myeong Ju to hug her. Myeong Ju asks what this means.what does Dae Young want. Dae Young asks that Myeong Ju take good care of her. Then let go of his embrace and saluted. Then walk to the plane.
“Why hug me? Why touch me? Be accountable for what you do! You said seeing me like this makes you sad. You're so nice to other women. Why not me?” yelled Myeong Ju crying. Dae Young continues to walk.
