The Curse of Janggala Sukma Village

The Curse of Janggala Sukma Village
The Curse of the Manggala Sukma Village: Chapter 10

After eating food, they both came out of Mbah Bengkut's house. They want to know what is in this Sukma Janggala Village. Although Mbah Bengkut seems to dislike those who come out without his permission, Yati and Iwan still do not care. They want everything done soon. They did not want to constantly be in this strange village. Everything in this village actually seemed normal. But after the two of them saw a group of people dressed in all black, they began to believe what was said by Hermanto and Mr. Bandri before they left for this place.

"Now I understand what Mr. Bandri and Hermanto mean. This is what really happened in this village. There must be a secret hidden by Mbah Bengkut from both of us. Sooner or later, Mbah Bengkut will definitely know all our plans. And by the time that happens, I hope it's all done." Yati said to Iwan.

"Yes. I hope so too Yati. The doubt that was inside me, instantly disappeared, after I saw those people dressed in all black. From the conversation Mbah Bengkut had with them, I believe that Janggala Sukma Village was actually being hit by a big problem. But, Mbah Bengkut is unlikely to tell us."

"You're right, Iwan. Mbah Bengkut will definitely cover it closely. Moreover, the two of us have just arrived at this place. Last night, I was really hard to sleep. Even though my body is very tired, but I need a long time to be able to close my eyes. Aren't you having something weird tonight?" Ask Yati.

At first Iwan did not want to tell what he experienced last night. But since Yati asked first, inevitably he had to tell her. Iwan said, if last night saw a ghost figure that was very creepy, until he was unable to hold himself, and finally he fell unconscious. After morning arrived, Iwan only realized that he had fallen out of bed. Iwan then told everything to Mbah Bengkut. But Mbah Bengkut just smiled and did not give any comment, about what he had experienced. To let go of his fatigue, Iwan decided to get out of the house, and chat with the villagers.

Some villagers who talked to him, questioned why Iwan wanted to stay at Mbah Brengkut house. Because as far as the villagers know, Mbah Bengkut is a very evil sorcerer. He could kill anyone who dared to mess with him. But the story must stop, because suddenly the head of Janggala Sukma Village came to them. The head of the village was named Bambang Wibowo. Mr. Bambang Wibowo is a 50-year-old man, who has served many times in Sukma Janggala Village. Although Sukma Janggala Village is a remote village, but Sukma Janggala Village still has a village head.

Bambang Wibowo is a highly respected person in Sukma Janggala Village. And for whatever reason, Bambang Wibowo was also surprised by the existence of Yati and Iwan at Mbah Brengkut house. Even though no one dared to come to Mbah Brengkut's house. Although Mbah Bengkut is a traditional leader, but he became the most avoided person in this village. People are willing to accept his presence, when there is interest only. But Bambang Wibowo did not tell in detail, what really happened to Mbah Bengkut. Up in must be hated by all residents of Janggala Sukma Village. And when Yati calls Iwan, the story of Mbah Bengkut's life must be finished.

"So? Actually Mbah Bengkut is the most hated person in this village? Are you sure the villagers aren't lying?" Ask Yati.

"Entah Yati's. That's what we need to investigate now. We can start everything from the Village Chief. Maybe, from there we can find something."

"Don't be Iwan. We don't know who is right and who is wrong. If we want to know who is right and who is wrong, then we have to make trouble in this place."

"meaning?"

"We need to find out, who's right? And who's wrong?"

"Then?"

"Good people can distinguish between right and wrong. As for the bad guy, he would instantly draw a conclusion, without questioning the matter first." Answer Yati.

Iwan then understood what Yati was saying. Mbah Bengkut is a troubled person, because even though he is a good person, his anger is easily provoked. So, Yati will use Mbah Bengkut as bait, to get what they need. They both finally agreed to do things that would make Mbah Bengkut angry. They went back into Mbah Brengkut's house, pretending to ignore it. Mbah Bengkut as is not considered its existence by Yati and Iwan. In fact, the house is the home of Mbah Bengkut.

Actually, at this time Mbah Bengkut had tried to return to being kind to Yati and Iwan. But Yati and Iwan who had already been upset, were forced to use Mbah Bengkut as bait, to make trouble in this village.

"Ono opo the Ngger?! Heh?! Takoni wong tuo koyo wedus!" Said Mbah Bengkut who was upset to see the behavior of Yati and Iwan, who he thought was not polite.

In front of Mbah Bengkut, Yati and Iwan pretended to make out. They hugged. In fact, Iwan courageously held Yati. But they have never done it before. Mbah Bengkut who had climbed black, also took a firewood, and tried to hit them both. From there the commotion in the house began to occur. The two of them finally ran as fast as possible from Mbah Brengkut's house. Without the slightest guilt, they shouted for help to the villagers. They even accused Mbah Bengkut, that Mbah Bengkut wanted to kill them both.

The reaction of the villagers was completely unexpected. At first Yati and Iwan hoped that they would get help from the villagers. However, the villagers just watch them, without doing anything.

"Don't look for trouble in this village. Or you'll never be able to go home." Mbah Brukut said to the two of them.

Seeing that the atmosphere was getting strange, Yati and Iwan also tried to run away from the crowd. Suddenly, Mbah Bengkut ordered the entire village to arrest Yati and Iwan.

"Catch them both! And leave it to Den Mas Bagas!" Mbah Bengkut's orders to the villagers.

From here, it can be known, if Bagas Mantari is not dead at all. And he is an important person in Sukma Janggala Village. Iwan had heard what Mbah Bengkut said. But because Yati kept pulling him away from there, Iwan no longer knew what the villagers and Mbah Bengkut were doing after they both got away from there.
