"Oh yes Mbah, before I came here, I had time to go to Ki Parto's place. Does Mbah Suro know Ki Parto?" Seruni asked who finally remembered Ki Parto. They never asked Mbah Suro because they forgot. But mutual good intentions were immediately rejected by Alfa. Alfa would not let his future wife stay longer with Reksa if they decided to stay the night. So that evening Alfa decided to immediately leave the residence of Mbah Suro.

Seruni could only stare softly at Reksa who was still standing on the terrace of his house while delivering their departure. Muta had just returned to his house when the car that Seruni was riding in disappeared from his sight.
