2 Months later after the Devan house fire

"Aaaaa my stomach hurts my boy" said Mala who felt pain in his stomach.

"So patient, baby. Come you are strong.You can definitely give birth to our child safely dear" said Bima softly

"lnhel Exhel's. Come on baby you can certainly" Bima said again while holding the hand of mala and kissing his wife's forehead

Mala took a breath in between the contractions she was feeling.a contraction that Mala had been feeling since this morning. "Aaaaaa hurts my boy" Mala said as she pulled Bima's hair

"Look, I know. You are patient. Come on you must be strong" said Bima who did not care about the pain when Mala pulled her hair hard

"Let's get the bu pushed. A little more ma'am. This is the baby's head already starting to look" said the doctor who helped deliver Mala

Shortly thereafter. There was the sound of a baby crying that was able to make the pain of Bima and Mala disappear instantly.

"Congratulations, buk. Your child was born safe. Bulls again. Similar to his father"

Hearing that made Bima immediately look at the second for the tiny who had been born a few seconds ago. I don't know why they both look so similar to Bima. His biological father is not him

Shortly afterwards Bima who had been enduring the pain suddenly fainted right in front of Mala's eyes. Seeing that made Mala look so surprised.

The woman walked out of her room. Because it just so happens Mala has been able to walk again since 2 weeks ago.

Seeing Bima's pale face made Mala so panicked and worried. Because all this time Mala never knew if Bima had kidney disease.

All this time. Every one is on medication at Leon's doctor's place. Bima always said if there was a job outside the city and required himself to stay for days. Especially when I just got back from Chicago. Bima had to do treatment at Leon's doctor's house for 1 week.

"Doctor help my husband pass out" Mala said as she arrived in front of the doctor's office

And it just so happens that the doctor is Dr. Leon. Leon works at the hospital where Mala gave birth.

Seeing Mala's familiar face to doctor Leon immediately made the man run towards the room Mala showed. And after arriving in the room. Leon was shocked because the one who fainted was his best friend.

"Jeez Bima" said Leon panicked when he saw Bima was so pale

"I don't think I'm a stranger to that woman. Turns out he was Bima's wife"he said again

Doctor Leon brought Bima's body to the ICU room to get immediate treatment.

"Defensive Bim. You must be strong" Leon said when he arrived in the ICU room

Just this time Mala saw an Albima lying weak like that. What is really going on with Bima? That's what Mala's question has always been

Soon after, Dr. Leon left the IGD room. The man took a heavy breath while walking towards Mala.

"My husband why the doctor? Why did he suddenly faint and be taken to an IGD room like that? Ask Mala who has been curious since

"What doctor do you mean?"

Leon did not answer. The man still took a heavy breath before telling Bima what kind of condition and what disease Bima had been experiencing.

"Bima had kidney disease which she had suffered for almost 2 years"

"What! But why hasn't Bima ever taken medicine or checked?"

"He's taking medicine. But the medicine bottle he had exchanged for a bottle of vitamin medicine" explained Dr. Leon

"Why hasn't Bim said this before to my doctor?"Said Mala who sounded so soft

"Bima loves you too much. She doesn't want you to worry about her condition"

"How much does Bima love so much that she couldn't tell me"

"All I know is that you are everything, you are the world that Bima always wants to see beautiful smiles from both corners of your lips"

"He actually had kidney pain for almost 2 years. Before meeting you, Bima never wanted to seek treatment and always resigned to his condition. But after she has you, she's always on medication to get better and be with you for longer"

"But Bima's efforts are too late. His kidney condition is already very damaged. The only way to be cured is to do kidney transpartation. But all this time there hasn't been a single kidney that fits him"

"Did both of Bima's parents know about this?"

Just this time Mala heard about the feeling of Bima which turned out to be so big. The woman had no power to hold back her eyes which Mala had been trying to hold back. After Leon's departure. Mala entered the ICU room which currently has Bima lying weakly with Ventilator tools as well as other medical devices.

Seeing Bima lying weak like that made Mala's chest feel even more tight. His heart stopped beating and his world stopped spinning. For almost 1 year. Mala had never seen an Albima lying weakly as well as a face that looked so pale.

"Don't leave me my boy" Mala said so softly
