The morning air was very cold, making a puff of smoke vying to burst from several cups of warm drinks and the roar of the drinker's breath. In the room there were several people focusing on the monitor screen in front of each of them. The monitor displays the movement of a coordinate over a map of the Seoul region and its surroundings. Someone among them seemed busy making calls with several people, with different languages. They are seen positioning themselves uncomfortably in their respective cubicles. Tired eyes, a mouth that is often open to breathe more oxygen, and hands that are tired
shoring their chins. They had been working for three days and three nights with an inhumane pause. They are members of the National Intelligent System Agency (NISA), a South Korean intelligence agency. The team was led by a 35-year-old man named Lim Jae Beom, or more familiarly called JB. He who had been pacing back and forth and spoke with the four members to ask about the development of their mission and
make sure his members are still ‘live’.
Six days ago, Do Kyung Soo, who is in charge of cyber and IT issues, detected a weak signal indicating the whereabouts of someone they have been looking for for the past six years. The weak signal was like an oasis in the middle of the desert for the five men to complete their mission. Eric
Sohn was the person they had been looking for for six years using various intelligence approaches after the man sold 25% of the Research and Development (R&D data&D) covert project of making biological weapons of South Korea-United States to Russia. Of course it was the aftermath of the cold war that was heating up at that time. However, the impact is still felt today, especially by the South Korean defense world. A defense observer stereotype that allied nations of the United States must meet the demands of that superpower in a bond called ‘economy cooperation’. So when the R&D data on the biological weapons project is lost and potentially leaked, South Korea's military and economy are weakened, although the project is still running after the change of concept to its leader. The project is nothing else and it is not
it is a biological weapons project led by Ten.
Eric Sohn six years ago was a reliable and popular researcher in the field of toxicology and biomolecular. He is a researcher and lecturer at KAIST, the best university and research institution in South Korea. His achievements in the field of toxicology were successfully glimpsed by the US Diplomat for South Korea. Beginningless
from the invitation to dinner at the embassy, small, medium-scale research projects, to involve him in foreign secret service tactics arranged by the Director of Research and Technology of the US embassy. Eric Sohn was eventually named team leader on a project in Puerto Rico in 2007. He worked with Ten, his best friend when studying S2 and S3 at MIT. At that time, Eric Sohn only knew that his job was to engineer microbial strains to create new microbes that produce self-destructive toxins that are resistant to extreme environmental conditions in the framework of GMO food development. After the pilot phase of the project was successful, he was greatly appreciated, and at that time also his promoter explained the next stage of the project he led, where he had to direct his discovery as a deadly biological weapon. Eric Sohn was surprised, not expecting that the final goal of the project in detail and thoroughness was in the interests of the elite. He regretted not understanding international politics, diplomacy, and other geopolitical aspects, so he had almost sacrificed thousands and even millions of innocent lives
through the sabotage agenda. He then discussed with Ten to end the project at any cost. But unexpectedly, Ten refused to quit because of his ambition and idealism of science. The two scientists had a big fight, until Eric Sohn disappeared, and Ten replaced him as the head of the project and changed the research method of the project. For six years, no one knew of his existence living in hiding, including Ten.
“What is this? A signal was detected, this time quite strong.” Kyung Soo's greeting broke the silence of the room. He quickly zoomed in on the map screen to find the coordinates of the signal he had just detected.
“Coordinates!” scream JB from the right corner of the room. He almost slammed the cup of hot tea in his hand that he had just drunk.
“Beverly Hills Seoul Apartment. Block E.” Kyung Soo replied.
“Coordinate with SWAT. Seok Jin and I are going to TKP. BamBam, Jimin, and Kyung Soo, do it in your respective places!” fast JB. Then he grabbed his jacket.
“Where is Seok Jin?”
“She's been around the location for six days. He is in disguise.” Kyung Soo replied with her eyes fixed on the monitor.
“Who is the Chief of the Seoul Police Detective Division?” ask JB a moment before opening the door.
“Mark Mr.” replied Jimin. He then passed to his room, followed by BamBam.
“I don't understand how dangerous and important our target is this time. Who is he until we have to use procedures like going to thwart the murder of state top brass?” cerca BamBam in her signature style while wearing a bulletproof vest.
“Do you not know? He's the data holder of that secret project. If the data is leaked 100% into the hands of Russia, we are done.” replied Jimin who was checking Cheytac M200 Intervention, his weapon as a sniper.
“I hope this time we succeed.” replied BamBam. His hands were busy fiddling with pistols and bullets.
“Of course, our boss has instructed a special protocol, ordered to shoot him if he dares to run away and act.”

The black SUV driven by JB stopped in the lobby of the alleged apartment where Eric Sohn was. Before stepping out of his car, JB looked at the surrounding conditions. It's quiet, probably because it's still early.
“JB to JK, JB to JK!” JB spoke through HT to the Captain of SWAT Police who was standing by in the parking area, on the same side of the building as the window facing the apartment unit Eric Sohn.
“JK to JB, all SWAT police are on site. The target apartment unit does not show movement, but the apartment unit light is on!” jeon Jung Kook, Captain of the SWAT Police
on duty that day.
“SWAT Police are welcome to move.” JB command after seeing the surrounding conditions that are considered safe for ambush.
“Ready!”
“We will go to target location. Johnny, you're going in from the right wing, Nam Joon from the left, and I'm going in through the middle lane through the lobby. Make sure your arrival does not attract attention.” Jung Kook's orders to his members. The three men with guns in their pockets then walked as ordered.
After a few minutes of walking towards the 18th floor, they finally arrived in front of the unit that allegedly belonged to Eric
Sohn's. The three then observed the environment around the floor of the apartment that was filled only by two units. There is nothing suspicious, before Nam Joon points to a door that opens by a few centimeters, and a smart door lock that seems to be malfunctioning. Johnny, who was standing closest to the door, gave a gesture code to prepare to enter the apartment, which was later approved by Jung Kook.
Johnny pushed the door slowly but surely until it opened perfectly. As Jung Kook reported to JB, the lights of the apartment unit were on, even at his doorstep. The three then stepped in, holding their respective weapons. There was no movement of any kind from inside the apartment unit nuanced minimalist-tropical, all that was heard was the sound of the TV on. But a few seconds later, the three men raised their pistols when they found a man sitting at the dining table, complete with food still on trial. There were two cans, a plate of spaghetti, and two glasses of wine. Both of the men's hands were stretched over the back of the chair. Jung Kook then approached, and a few moments later was surprised to find the two men's eyes wide open, revealing only the white part. That man was Eric Sohn.
“It appears he is dead.” he said after checking the man's heart rate and reflexes. Nam Joon and Johny then approached, and confirmed the truth of their captain's statement.
“Have you guys confirmed it correctly?” said a middle-aged man with a white mustache suddenly appeared from the direction of the entrance, leaving the three policemen shocked. Johnny reflexively pointed the gun towards the man's head.
“Who are you?” ask Jung Kook while looking at the man who uses a light blue apartment cleaning service uniform. His hands were still holding on to the handle of the carriage containing complete hygiene tools.
“Of course I followed him for six days without pause.” replied the man casually. The man is Kim Seok Jin, an intelligence agent who served undercover to follow Eric Sohn since a weak signal was detected on NISA. During those six days he disguised himself ranging from being a waitress, blind grandfathers in zebra cross, volunteer day care, drink sellers at the refueling station, until now the cleaning service apartment. His disguise was very neat, especially how he changed his costume and looked less than a minute in the crowd without the slightest suspicion.
Jung Kook understood, and ordered Johnny to lower his weapon.
“Where's JB? Are we going to cooperate with the Seoul police?”
“They are on standby under.” replied Seok Jin.
“What happened?” JB and BamBam emerge from the front door. JB approached Eric Sohn, and probed around the man's body. Her net was staring fixedly at the canned food in front of the man's body.
“Search this apartment, and secure confidential files related to the project.” His orders to BamBam and Seok Jin in a soft, half-whispering voice. It didn't take long, the two men immediately split up, leaving Jung Kook and the two members silent and confused.
JB then grabbed his phone, and contacted his partner, Park Jimin who had been standing by with his rifle in the rooftop of a hotel opposite the apartment where they were currently.
“What-what. I haven't even aimed at his head.” grumbled Jimin across the street. Before long, he immediately cleaned up his equipment, and hurried away leaving the rooftop feeling futile.
“We have to secure this food.” Seok Jin said half a whisper to JB.
“He used it, to finish off the man.” he continued. JB seemed to be thinking, but for a few seconds
then, He nodded in understanding—akan identity ‘Dia’ that Seok Jin meant.
“Safekan.” his word is fast. Seok Jin immediately picked up a can of rations with the lid half open, and less than a quarter of the contents were already consumed. The position of the ration is right in front of Eric Sohn's body that has been stretched stiff.
“Wait, what are you doing? This
evidence in the TKP and should not be touched before the ME and CSI come. Are You
don't understand that?” jung Kook's interruption finally after being silent in confusion. It
be aware of the procedure mistakes that JB made when he saw Seok Jin's hand
who almost touched the ration.
“It's a superior order, just carry it out.” Sergey JB fast.
“What do you mean to search TKP and secure the evidence first? I don't think this is your authority!” said Jung Kook in a half-stomping tone at JB's orders.
“Do or position you as the chairman threatened.” timpal JB cynical.
“What do you see, just for yourself. You understand that?” he continued in a cynical tone, leaving Jung Kook, Nam Joon, and Johnny speechless.

Busyness seemed in a spacious workspace filled only by two people. Mark and Dean have been working on an investigative report for the past few days that has taken their time, energy and minds. Mark seemed agitated, or rather impatiently waiting for the results of Wendy's analysis of the condition
psychic Kelvin Seo who he thinks influenced his confession as a suspect in this case. Logically, Kelvin is not the real suspect. There are other parties who are trying to suppress it and make false statements. His thoughts revolved overnight until he came to the theories of international politics and
intelligence tactics are a possible cause of the case. According to him, the possibility that this case is a personal motive is quite small, given the number of victims, and the method of murder that is not easy and cheap. If today they manage to confirm that the case is caused by a deadly toxin in foodstuffs, and Kelvin Seo is controlled by the other party, Mark will announce the hypothesis that this is sabotage, either by internal parties such as schools, autonomous governments, or domestic governments. Also, it could be international sabotage. He then remembered a case of mass food poisoning five years ago. The tragedy also killed hundreds of civilians in a densely industrial area in Busan. The perpetrator of the incident is still mysterious until now, even the case has been closed since Mark was transferred to the task and the investigation of the case was handed over to others.
Just as he was about to search the investigation report of the case, the phone on his desk rang loud enough to make him and Dean surprised at the silence they were working in.
“Good Morning. With the Seoul police detective division, Mark Tuan.” greets Mark kindly. Few seconds
then, his expression changed drastically showing shock.
“Good, we are going to location now with Medical Examiner and CSI.” Mark's response was quick, He then
hang up the phone, stand up and grab his coat and hat.
“What's up?” dean asked who was astonished to see Mark so hurriedly.
“Eric Sohn was found dead this morning in his apartment. Someone from NISA just called.”
“Jeez, what the hell is this. I'll call Jeffrey.” Dean stood up and grabbed his phone.
“Dean, contact also DVD!” tell Mark. Dean then nodded and contacted Na Yuta, head of the Drugs and Vice Division (DVD).
Mark walked quickly up dozens of steps to the 3rd floor where Wendy interrogated Kelvin Seo. His mind is now like a puzzle, he tries to correlate the findings in his investigation. But right at the end of the stairs on the 2nd floor, he called Wendy after guessing a theory
seems correlated.
“Wendy, Eric Sohn was killed this morning in his apartment. Can you ask Kelvin Seo, does he know Eric Sohn?”
“I'm sure, they are related.”
Wendy had no time to comment, but Mark had broken his connection, then swung for a moment and closed his eyes. He took a deep breath, and continued walking towards the 3rd floor. He wanted to see firsthand and assess how Kelvin Seo behaved in relation to this news.
Just as Mark had arrived at the end of the 3rd floor staircase, he saw Wendy coming out of the meeting room with some paper in her hand. His steps were no less fast than Mark's steps that were heading towards the 3rd floor.
“How?” mark asked with a gasping breath.
“Your hypothesis is right Mark. He's hiding something. I can confirm that he and Eric Sohn are related. We can interrogate him further using the lie detector for more accurate evidence.” replied Wendy while checking the paper containing the hand notes.
“Alright.” replied Mark briefly. Then his phone rang with Kim Dean's name on it.
“Medical examiner does not respond. Chances are they're on duty in another case!” dean said with a worried tone across the street. Mark rubbed his face, He seemed to think. A moment later, he glanced at Wendy who was staring at him intensely with a wondering expression.
“I understand.” replied Mark finally, then disconnected the phone. It seems he has found a solution to the problem of the Medical Examiner.
“What's up?”
“I'm going to TKP now.”
“Be careful. Do you need help?”
“Are you still certified as a Medical Examiner? I'm sorry but I think you'll be involved further in this case.” said Mark. Not yet Wendy replied, Mark had first pulled his wrist.
“Ayo”
