Chapter 26 - Why should there be a choice?

As usual, Hannah did a good job. He cleaned the glass and floor cleanly. Until finally, he saw Alaska coming again to the Candra company. He hurried to his room. However, it was held back, as Alaska quickly grabbed Hana's hand.

"Deliver!" hana Pinta.

"Hana I won't give up. I don't care if you're married or not. I don't care where you come from either. All I care about is that I want to be with you" Alaska said. This one man was still struggling even though Hana was telling the truth.

"You don't care, but I care. Because from there, it could be seen how people would treat me. You're selfish, just selfish about your feelings. I told you our story was over. You know what it means to end, right?" asked Hana who was really caught off guard by the attitude of Alaska.

The Alaskan hand that grabbed Hana's wrist began to slip. He let Hana go.

"Can't I be selfish? I want to be with you" muttered Alaska while looking at Hana who kept away from her sight.

The incident was seen by Candra. Surprisingly, he felt annoyed and wanted to be angry now. To ease her frustration, Candra returned to her room and shed her emotions.

"Damn! Why did they have to meet and why did I have to see them? Uh! So annoying!"

Until finally, Candra's irritation stopped because of a message notification from her phone. How surprised he was, when he saw who the sender of the message was.

Celine

Candra, I'm sorry for my actions that just left and disappeared all this time. Can we meet? I want to explain everything.

"Ce-celine?" Candra stammered in calling Celine's name.

There was a sense of happiness, after a long time he waited, Celine finally gave it another message. However, Candra still realizes that her status is now the husband of people, and Celine is only her former fiance. He recalled that his marriage to Hana was only an agreement so that there would be no major scandal.

Candra finally replied to the message.

Candra

Meet me at the Orange Cafe at 17:00. You can explain everything.

After sending the message, Candra sat down in her chair and put her head on the table. She's in a dilemma, between going back with Celine or maintaining her marriage to Hana? Because it can not be denied, now Hana has entered into his life, although he never did good to Hana. But the woman always treated him well.

Candra was really waiting for Celine's arrival. He could not wait to hear the explanation of his former fiance who could leave him in the two months before the wedding.

"Candra," call Celine.

Candra looked up and looked towards Celine. The woman always looks perfect.

"Sit down" pinta Candra.

Celine sat down in front of Candra. He took Candra's hand.

"I miss you" said Celine. But Candra just kept quiet and did not respond to anything. He also did not refuse when Celine grabbed his hand.

"Can't we talk before we get to the point? I miss you, Can" said Celine.

"I'm always looking forward to your return, but whatever the power, you didn't come back even though it's been months. Then you easily say that you miss me? Is that worth it? Then why are you leaving if you miss me?"

"I'm sorry. I really feel guilty about it. I went abroad to do medicine. I have stage 1 brain cancer. I don't want to make you sad because of my illness. So I decided to disappear from you. But now I'm back and I'm healed. We can go back to how we used to be" Celine explained.

"I love you even love you so much. But why are you hiding your illness? Don't you think I exist? Then why are we in a relationship that long if you've never even been honest with me? What's for?" ask Candra who is starting to get carried away by emotions. He felt his presence was not expected so it was not used as a backup by Celine.

"I don't want to make you sad Can" Celine replied softly.

"Fuck that! You have managed to make me sad by the disappearance of you without news and without a trace. Do you know what? Now I'm married to someone I don't love because the news we're getting married has spread. Didn't you ever think of that? Thinking about the consequences of your selfish actions?"

"Hiks .. hiks ... hiks ..." Celine cries at the news that her ex-fiance is married. But he will not give up. What was once his must come back to him.

"If you don't love her, just divorce her. And marry me. We realize our wishes first" said Celine.

"Can't, Mama really likes Hana. And also papa now hates you because it was you who abandoned me. No one else is supportive. So it's free, " said Candra.

No, you can't! I have to go back with Candra and be her wife. I've been working hard all this time. If it wasn't for that damn baby! I'll never leave Candra and go to give birth to that baby.

Everything Celine said was a lie. What really happened was that she gave birth to her baby overseas. He had tried to abort the fetus, but because he had entered the age of 5 months all his plans failed. So she had to give birth to the baby, and now the baby is with the baby's father. Celine is back because she wants to take Candra back. Actually, he already knew about Candra's marriage. It's just that he pretended he didn't know. After all, Candra still seems to love him very much, even though both her parents already hate her.

"Can, don't you want to be with me? Were our dreams just wishful thinking?"

"Not that I don't want to be with you. But it is an unsettling situation. You and I can't be together" said Candra.

"Then what are we now? I'm still wearing our engagement ring."

Candra fell silent. He doesn't know either. What does this have to do with Celine now.

"Well if you keep quiet, I'll try to get you to pick me back. Your home is now the home that was once going to be our home, right? I'll come and meet your wife."

After saying that, Celine left Candra who was still speechless. He did not know what decision was right for his life. She still loves Celine, but she also cannot leave Hana.

Oh God! Why should there be a choice?
