Chapter 20 - The stubborn man

Late at night, Dona's mother finally decided to go home and let the couple both in the hospital.

"If you need anything, just call me. I was sitting on the sofa over there," Hana said as she pointed at the sofa inside the nursery. Two hours after being examined, Candra was transferred into a VIP inpatient room on orders from Mama Dona. He wanted his son to get the best facilities in the hospital.

"I can do it myself" replied Candra who did not want to trouble Hana and felt indebted to the woman.

"Alright, well sir who can do everything" ledek Hana who then sat on the sofa while watching a comedy show. He laughed silently while watching the comedy show.

Candra who saw it to be astonished by Hana's attitude. Because Hana used earphones in her ears. He felt very bored in the hospital, especially with the smell so bad in the kissing area.

Shortly afterwards, Hana fell asleep in a sitting position on the sofa. While Candra was still awake, she did not feel any drowsiness.

For a moment he thought about Hana, an ordinary girl who had entered suddenly in his life in the past few months. There was actually no Hana trait that he hated. It's just, Candra feels that Hana is the beginning of all the injustice she gets. He had to marry someone he never loved.

If not Hana, who else should she blame? Her dad? That is very unlikely, can-can Candra directly kicked from home if so. The reporters who purposely photographed her? Yes this is to blame, but Candra does not know which journalist managed to make a scandal at that time.

"If you hadn't left me. It's possible that we're married, Celine," said Candra as she looked at the window of the room whose curtains had not been perfectly closed. It was a dark night with thousands of lights burning like stars.

Suddenly Candra's throat felt dry, she felt thirsty. Unfortunately, the glass was far from the reach of his hand. When Candra tried to reach for the glass, it fell and ...

"Pyar ..." the sound of the falling glass. Hana who heard the sound of shards immediately woke up from her sleep and approached Candra.

"I told you if you need anything you can ask me for help" Hana said softly. Candra was silent and refused to respond to Hana's words. Definition of a stubborn man.

Instead of thinking about Candra's attitude, he cleaned up the broken glass on the floor.

"Next time don't put your ego forward. If you're sick, you can't do everything alone. You need someone else's help. At least think of me as a nurse if you still don't want to think of me as your wife" said Hana, who was still cleaning the glass.

After all the pieces of Hana cleaned up, Hana then took a drink for Candra. Candra receives a drink from Hana. He was lazy to answer Hana's words.

"Then you don't have to bother" said Hana and pulled a chair to sit next to Candra's bed.

"Want me to get you something else?" ask Hana.

"No, I'm just thirsty" replied Candra.

"All right, I'm sleepy. So, I'm gonna sleep here. You don't have to bother calling my name, just touch my hand, I'll get up soon" Hana said and positioned her head to sleep on Candra's bed with a body position sitting down.

Wanting to ban it for free, Hana had closed her eyes. Candra could only see the woman sleeping comfortably in her position. Though it will actually make Hana's hand feel pain, because his head is supported on both hands even though he lay his head on Candra's bed.

"The stubborn woman!" chirps Candra who then unconsciously she tidied Hana's hair that covered Hana's face.

Soon, Candra falls asleep with her hand on Hana's head.

Hana sends a message to her OB head, that she is not allowed to enter work because there are relatives who are sick. It was impossible if she said her husband was sick. Hana really takes care of her privacy. Only a handful of people know that she is married and is the wife of their CEO.

"Simple!" the door opened, revealing someone who had come to the room.

"How's Candra doing?" alvin asked as he looked at Hana who was beside Candra.

"The wound was not too severe, the doctor said it only took a few weeks until the wound dried up, but Candra could not do the heavy things first because the wound was still wet" replied Hana.

"Oh, so. May the bad boy soon recover from his pain and from his stubbornness. I've heard from Raka about Candra refusing to be driven by Raka" Alvin said.

Alvin came here with nothing. According to him, it is useless to bring fruit to Candra, because Candra will definitely not eat the fruit.

"Hana, do you love Candra?" ask Alvin suddenly.

"What questions do I have to answer?" ask Hana.

"Em, not really. I was just curious. You've been married for a few months. You have plenty of time at home. Usually, with time, two people of different sexes will fall in love with each other if they live in one house. It could trigger a sense of love that is present from one of you or even the two of you," said Alvin who told the possibilities that could happen.

Unfortunately, what Alvin said was very much different from what Hana was living. Staying in one house is only a cover if he and Candra are husband and wife. About how the atmosphere is in it. Hana hasn't felt that love has really grown. He just felt that he should be a good wife even though it was never considered.

"I refuse to answer your question. Let it be my secret with God" replied Hana.

Alvin feels that Hana is a woman who is very appropriate to be with Candra. He saw that Hana was a tough woman and not neko-neko in acting.

You should be grateful for Candra, and be able to forget about your fucking ex!
