The Arrow of the Goddess

Chapter 24 Dinner

Inside the luxury hotel, on one of the floors was an event. I don't know what show? but it's true that the address is the same as what's in the invitation. Ericsson received the invitation from Andrian when he came home from work. Back once again the man matched his address, and this time he was completely convinced. For a moment he saw the appearance of himself, from top to bottom, it seems he was wrong costume for tonight. The eyes of Ericsson and Alexia met they were staring at each other. 

"Should we change clothes? Or should we just cancel it to come?" Still staring at Alexia, Ericsson gave a choice to them at the time.

But apparently, the woman who came with him did not understand the situation they were going through. So Alexia simply frowned and shrugged both of her shoulders. "Why should it be cancelled?" 

Ericsson who heard the words from Alexia could only pat her forehead which was frustrating to face this one woman.

"Here you go, we better go home ! " Fluffily, turning around to walk home. But just one step of his foot went, the call of someone stopped his leg. And slowly rolled back his body again, to see who the person behind him was. 

"Ericsson!"

Apparently it was the voice of Andrian who called out to him, along with the figure of a beautiful woman who was graceful, walking hand in hand beside him. And of course that woman, is Wulan.

"Why are you in such a hurry to leave? The show has not yet begun !" Andrian smiled mocking Ericsson who he thought was inappropriate to come.

"Ah...actually I forgot something so, I went to pick it up?" It was just an excuse for Ericsson to hold back his embarrassment.

"You guys are here too? Why didn't you tell me before. We could have come along with that." Said Wulan who did not seem to know if Ericsson was given an invitation by Andrian.

"Well, it just didn't happen, because Andrian just gave the invitation when I came home from work earlier." The explanation made Wulan roll her eyes towards Andrian. As if he was asking for more explanation for it.

Andrian picked up the signal from Wulan, so he hurriedly said something to calm the woman down.

"Oh.well, I gave an invitation to Ericsson as well. Remember that we were planning to have dinner together. So why don't we have dinner here tonight?" He said with a hand that began to be taken out of his pants pocket.

"Why did you guys talk for so long, so we're not going in?" Suddenly Alexia cut their chatter and put everything up very flat.

"Oh yeah, sure. Let's go in ?"  With the movement of his hand he allowed all of them to go inside, and join the event at that time.

But with a sense of unease, Ericsson knew what all the behavior of Andrian at that time. 

Of course when they entered, many pairs of eyes were glancing and looking towards them, as if they were sneering from a mouth whisper to the person beside them.

"Ooh.my God! It's over !" Ericsson can only speak in his mind. Looking at the views of everyone who was directed at him and also Alexia. Because actually he was aware, if they both look very striking from the person who came at that time.

"Mampus you ! Now Lu rasain himself!" Say it in the heart. As if there was pride in Andrian's face that managed to prank Ericsson, he began to smile thinly. 

"Ericsson, Alexia, can you come with me for a second?" In a soft voice, Wulan leaned her head towards Ericsson and Alexia so that the two of them could hear her.

Andrian's hand in action, he pulled Wulan's arm slightly away.

"Where are you taking them?" A little unhappy, the man was curious about what Wulan wanted to do to the two people.

"I know, it's you, isn't it?" He slid his eyes towards Andrian. It was as if the woman had a premonition of the truth.

After saying this Wulan did not wait for words from Andrian and immediately directed Ericsson and Alexia to follow him.

At that time they were directed to a hotel hallway, where Ericsson and Alexia were separated. They entered a different hotel room, while Wulan was still beside Alexia. The beautiful, graceful woman gave Ericsson instructions to follow all the words of someone in the room. And Alexia too.

But when they were about to split up, Alexia had to interrupt something that made everyone laugh.

"Why in a place this good I don't see any fruit to eat. What a pity !" With her limp facial expression, Alexia was actually expecting to eat a lot of fruit. After that, they went into their own rooms that had been prepared.

Slowly time passed, it had been almost half an hour they had still not come out. A second later, a handsome man in a black suit and well-groomed hair came out from one of the rooms. And it was Ericsson, his appearance changed drastically after he came out of the room. Not so long ago, Wulan came out with Alexia. The goddess of the night looked extremely beautiful, even a thousand times prettier after coming out of the room. Maroon red dress along the ankle with short sleeves makes the woman elegant beauty.  Ericsson's expression was powerless not to be amazed by the beauty of the Goddess. Even the man was stunned for a moment without blinking to just look at Alexia before him.

"Wow.you're pretty awesome Ericsson !" Praise came out of Wulan's mouth when he saw Ericsson's appearance which was very attractive.

"Thank you, but you're much more awesome, Wulan." Praise back, for a compliment from a woman.

"What about Alexia? Isn't she amazing tonight?"  Wulan switched the conversation.

"Well, good!" Ericsson was embarrassed to admit it so he just gave an answer that did not fit the reality.

"Shall I wear all this? I feel very uncomfortable." Alexia moved her legs wearing high heels in matching color with her dress.

"Well, you can hold it for a minute, right? After this show, we'll replace it soon." Wulan gives understanding to Alexia, so that she still wears the clothes at the event later.

After the conversation the three returned to the showroom, where they entered. All eyes looked back at them, but this time there was a difference. Because from their faces looks look there is a sense of admiration and enamored with the new appearance of Ericsson and Alexia.

"So this is what you're doing? Why should you bother to do it?" Syndir Andrian who felt ordinary with their changing appearance.
