Chapter 22 Nightmares

"Have you told me the truth ?" Alexia squinted her eyes, staring at Ericsson. As if investigating the man.

"Well, of course." A faint smile was evident from Ericsson's face at the time, which was covering up a truth.

"Alright, you're better now anyway, so there's no problem!" She sat down next to Ericsson. He began to realize that his gift ring was no longer on the man's finger.

"You took off the ring?" Alexia's expression was not happy. His gaze also turned sharp.

"There was actually no intention of me to take it off, but earlier. I'm sorry, I was totally accidental. I'm really sorry." Putting the two palms together, hoping that the woman is not upset and can understand her.

"Well….You sloppy." Apparently Alexia did not get angry, she also laid her body beside Ericsson. While saying something that is a little difficult to understand by Ericsson.

"Are they going to realize it too? It seems to be getting harder to come forward." The sound of breathing was heard from Alexia, it looked like there was a burden on her mind.

"What you're talking about, you're making me not understand at all." Tegur Ericsson did not understand what the woman was talking about.

"Have it, I explained it would be the same anyway. You better get some sleep. Don't you still have to work tomorrow?" Not wanting to waste time on a pointless explanation, the woman shifted their subject.

"Well you're right ! And now you better get out of my room." Ericsson said as she shifted the body of Alexia who was still resting on her mattress.

"Didn't you just need to sleep, why bother me. After all this bed is quite spacious !" While protesting, Alexia did not want to leave her place. He still has the courage to stay there.

"Can't you forget you're a woman, and I'm a man. And we can't sleep in the same bed. It's out there." 

"No, I'm not going out!" Still in her stance, the stubborn Alexia did not want to leave Ericsson's room.

Seeing Alexia unwilling to leave, Ericsson got up and immediately carried the woman's body, then carried her out of the door.

"What are you doing. I said I don't want to go !" Alexia who rebelled when held by Ericsson. 

Brakkk. 

"Good, this is done !" Feeling relieved because the problem has been resolved. Ericsson stepped back into his bed. But he found something there. Alexia's faith has returned to her body.

"What's? You….!" The feeling of shock and annoyance mixed into one. His steps accelerated towards Alexia.

"Why did you come in again, didn't I take you out. Are you deliberately trying to make me die young now !" Ericsson is really upset right now. But instead of listening to Ericsson, Alexia ignored him. Yawning as if feeling sleepy with all the words of the man.

"You are it, really yes ! Ah, it's already !"

Giving up on facing Alexia, the man walked out of the room, and decided to sleep on the sofa.

A few hours passed and Alexia was still unable to sleep. This time with a sag, the woman began to walk out. He approached the sofa where Ericsson was. It looks like the man is asleep. With a slow pace now stopped next to Ericsson. He crouched down to see the man's face more clearly. It seemed like he was quite exhausted today, until his sleep was quite sound. 

At that moment, a streak suddenly appeared on Ericsson's face. It seems like he's having a nightmare. Until sweat circles also began to appear soaking his body. Sounding soft, the man was also delirious while saying something.

"No..you..where are you?" It's not too obvious the man muttered like that.

"Had he had a very bad dream? Why is he delirious?" Mumbled Alexia who spoke to herself while still staring at the figure of Ericsson beside her.

"Why am I curious? should I enter it !" Alexia continued talking to herself. It might look like crazy. But let it be because she's Alexia.

"Well, I have to go inside." Alexia turned into a small light that floated, until then the light began to disappear into Ericsson's head.

When Ericsson's dream was over, she could see nothing. Everything looked dark, even Alexia could only remain still in place at that moment.

Slowly a beam of light appeared, a picture began to form. And when he saw Ericsson holding a woman's hand, he tried to hold the woman's departure. Even with tears in his eyes, he still held his hand. The woman's face could not be seen clearly because she turned her back on Alexia. So in other words he doesn't know who the woman is.

"Is he her lover?" Alexia started to guess.

"I'd better make a good dream for her !" Alexia began to emerge from Ericsson's dream, leaving shredded powder in the dream.

He saw again the face of Ericsson, where the stroke had disappeared.

"You owe me for this !" Alexia murmured after getting rid of the nightmare. 

When he was about to return to the room, suddenly Alexia's hand was held by Ericsson, the man was still talking in his sleep.

"Don't leave me ! Please don't go !"  This time Alexia felt devastated. He clasped the man's hand again, whispering something near his ear.

"I'm not leaving, because I'll always be by your side !" After saying so, Alexia again observed the face that was still asleep. He felt pretty calm tonight. He slowly closed his eyes and fell asleep sitting on the floor next to Ericsson, still holding hands.

Early in the morning, a loud noise made Alexia and Ericsson wake up. But the surprising thing was more to make Ericsson's heart wake up faster. Where the man was shocked to find Alexia who was already beside him, especially with their two hands interlocked.

"Alexia !!" Ericsson immediately let go of their hands.

"Don't I say it, if I can't be with you anymore !" Brian's loud voice from the outside, disperse Ericsson who had focused with Alexia at that time.

"You can't do that, you know we were very close at first. Then how could it suddenly turn out like this?" There was a voice of a woman who seemed to be arguing with Brian in front of the house.

Ericsson and Alexis looked at each other after listening to the noise outside.
