Nurmala looked confident wearing her hijab, although sometimes her veil looked less neat, but she looked more graceful. Aldi looked at him from a distance with a smile.
"Since when have you changed Nurmala?" Soni greeted as Nurmala sat in her machine.
"Since you saw today Son!"
"Not so sultry to wear tightly closed?"
"A little, long get used to it!" nurmala replied casually, making Soni speechless, moreover she saw Aldi looking at her. Soni did not dare to mess around, and chose to return to work.
All were silent, for Aldi began to walk around, walking among the workers. They knew Nurmala was Aldi's lover, the supervisor of PT KLAMBIKU's employees.

Another week of holiday leave, almost all young employees, including Nurmala and Nihaya, returned to their villages in West Java. But not with Aldi, already six Shawwal he did not come home.
Time to go home to work.
"Nurmala, we'll stop by the market!" aldi said when he would take Nurmala home. Nurmala agreed to Aldi's plan.
"What do you want to buy, Kang?" Ask Nurmala when she arrives at the market.
"You picked some Muslim clothes, and souvenirs to take home!" Aldi said, handing over the money in an envelope.
Nurmala followed Aldi, Nurmala entered the market, Aldi waiting in the parking area. Hours later Nurmala appeared with two packs. One contains two pieces of clothing and several packages of cakes typical of the city of Bandung.
"This is Kang's change!" Nurmala handed the money in an envelope.
"Kok you still have change?" aldi said while receiving an envelope from Nurmala.
"No Kang, it's been a lot, it's been more than enough!" nurmala.
Aldi smiled hearing a simple phrase from Nurmala, the money he gave did not necessarily spend just like that. Aldi considered her the type of woman who does not like to squander money for a moment's pleasure.
Aldi then drove Nurmala back to the contract. "Many of your purchases, Nur?!"
Nihaya asked when she saw Nurmala carrying two bags of groceries.
"Yes, Kang Aldi wants a gift!" nurmala said as she put her groceries on the chair.
"What is this Niha?" Nurmala looked at the cardboard tied to the rope under the floor.
"Rudi nitip for my dad's mom!"
"Ciyeee, for future in-laws yes!" nurmala, Nihaya just smiles without answering while packing clothes into a suitcase.
As the day progressed, Nurmala and Nihaya were finished with their luggage for the morning. They do not want misfortune and must berjubel with prospective passengers who will go home.
At five in the morning they were ready, Aldi and Rudi had already picked up to leave for the terminal.
"Nobody's left?" aldi asked when Nurmala would go up to the bonce.
"God's God has all been carried away by Kang!" nurmala answered while lifting the cardboard in her lap. Motor Rudi has started to move, Aldi followed.
Arriving at the terminal still looks lonely, there are only two buses that are shallow, that is the bus that will take Nurmala and Nihaya home. They immediately entered and chose a seat.
"Please write down your full address here Nur!" pinta Aldi while giving paper and pen to Nurmala.
"What's Kang for?" Nurmala.
"Hehe, far away from my house Kang!" Nurmala wrote down the address in that piece of paper.
"Far in the close eye in the heart, the far distance will feel close if there is already intention in the heart!" cletuk Rudi with his slengean expression made Nihaya tremble at once.
"It's Kang!" Nurmala handed over the writing to Aldi.
The sun was already bright, a dazzling light pierced through the bus window. Nurmala pulled the curtain to cover it. The bus was getting full of travelers and started moving forward leaving the terminal.
Aldi and Rudi were still standing under the bus, Nurmala and Nihaya waving from behind the glass, the two young men replying with a wave of congratulations.
Their house in the far reaches of the village, takes about five hours to get home, down the small winding streets of the tea plantation area.
Nihaya had already arrived at home, while Nurmala was still frontal pontal on the ojek, 2 km further from Nihaya.
Bones stop the motor in a simple house that is half the wall of woven bamboo. Nurmala came down with her luggage.
"Blecky... Black!!" Nurmala called out, a black, white cat on the chest, running closer swiping his head at Nurmala's feet. Nurmala lifted her up and carried her with longing.
"Assynnya!" exclaimed Nurmala in front of the door of her house that looked lonely.
"Waalikum hail!, who yes!" a middle-aged woman came out, looking in surprise at Nurmala who was in front of her.
"Nurmala??!!, are you neng?" Samira, Nurmala's mother was shocked after recognizing her son's face wearing a veil.
"Yes Buk, this is Nurmala!" nurmala replied while entering carrying her belongings.
"Boooo!!" your son's home!" yelled Samira calling her husband who was still gardening behind the house. Samsudin immediately washed his feet and hands and entered the house.
"Douh, Father's son is now a pisan gelis!!" said the tall man while hugging his daughter. Three of Nurmala's sisters also came closer.
"How are you doing Neng?, you feel at home living there?" asked Samira while opening the souvenir box.
"Alhamdulillah Buk, there Nurmala met good people!" nurmala's smile expands, Aldi's face is reflected in her mind.
"A lot of your snacks Nur?!" Samira dropped the cardboard.
"That's Aldi's kang buk!"
"Kang Aldi?, who is he?" ask Samsudin wonder.
"She's a friend of Nur Pak, she's the one who suggested that Nur wear the hijab" Nurmala replied while fixing her headscarf. Samsudin mangosteen heard the description of Nurmala.
"Is he Bandung?" Samsudin again asked for information about Aldi.
"Not Pak, Kang Aldi from Blitar East Java, he has been five years in Bandung, became a supervisor at Nur's place of work" said Nurmala. Samsudin and Samira listened to him attentively. The thought of parents can guess, if Aldi is a lover or a person who puts his heart on his daughter.
"Hey, don't make toys!" Tegur Samira when he saw Nurmala's youngest sister who is still in 1st grade SD interesting like Nurmala's clothes bag cars.
"Rest first Nur, you must be tired!" said Samira.
"Yes take a break first, I want to continue gardening!" Samsudin stood up, then stepped back into the backyard.
Nurmala lifted things into the room with the help of her sister. Samira returns to the kitchen to finish her task of preparing a jar to break open.
Blacky followed Nurmala in and out of the room. Nurmala lifted him back in a sling.
"Damn, gemes, gemes!!" gore Nurmala with her spoiled cat with a tickle of Nurmala's hand on her chest.
