The sound of the dawn adhan sayup-sayup was heard from the mosque not far from Aldi's house. Mr. Sardi woke up the earliest followed by Mr. Samsudin and others.
Tok.tok.tok "Assalamualaikum Mbak Nur!" Mpok Jum came knocking on the door to carry out his duties. Aldi hurried to open the side door. Nurmala had not been seen out of her room.
Aldi went back into the room, Nurmala was still on the bed. Aldi sat next to Nurmala.
"Nur, aren't you awake, baby?"
"My head is so dizzy Kang!" his complaint.
"It seems you also have Nur's fever!" aldi said when touching Nurmala's forehead.
"Okay, rest! there was Mpok Jum in the kitchen" Nurmala nodded. Aldi went back out to see his extended family. They sat together in the living room with hot tea cups and snacks that Mpok Jum had prepared.
Samira asked Nurmala where she was.
"Nurmala is sick Buk!" aldi replied with a sad expression.
"Wasn't he okay last night?" said Mrs Samira.
"Yes Buk, but this morning he had a fever and a headache" said Aldi.
"Can I go into his room?" ask Samira Ma'am. Aldi drove him to Nurmala's room. Samira approached her daughter.
Touching his body gently.
"Nur?" lirih. Nurmala tried to open her eyes.
"Happy!" Nurmala tried to get up, but Samira kept her from lying down.
"I'll be home by noon, Nur, are you okay?"
"Not anything Buk, just a little dizzy and not feeling well! nurmala said as she grimaced with her pain.
"Emm thank God if so, Nur...You have a stash of money no, if you want to borrow it first, if you have the coffee harvest I return!"
"There is, but for what purpose is Buk?"
"To pay for the Nur index, your father actually gave you the harvest yesterday, but Mpok Lela went to the market and continued to wear geliiis pisan! so the money I made bought that! Don't tell me, Dad!" said Mrs Samira.
Nurmala was silent as she closed her eyes, feeling her head twitch, her body crumbling with power. Samira is still waiting.
"Ehem.. Nurmala, wakeup!" whispered to Samira
"Yes, wait a minute!" nurmala answered with a hoarse voice. Slowly he got up and down from the bed, Ms. Samira held the body of her daughter so as not to fall down while walking towards the closet.
"How much do you ask?"
"Emm a million there?" mama Samira replied excitedly.
"Five hundred thousand only Buk, Nur still many needs!"
"Emmm.yeah it's okay!" Nurmala pulled a note from her purse, then reached into her mother's hand. After that, he laid himself back.
"Thank you Nur, I'll get you some food?"
"No need to Buk, my mouth was bitter without taste" Hearing Nurmala Bu Samira's answer finally came out to join the family.
"How is Nurmala Buk?" ask Mr. Samsudin.
"It's okay, sir, your son is just dizzy, maybe tired so he needs a break!" ma'am Samira replied with a relaxed expression.
"When will Sardi arrive in Bandung?" ask Mr. Samsudin.
Mr. Sardi said tomorrow he had to return to Kediri, Pakde Jarno until the day after, because he would continue the journey to Jakarta. After breakfast Nurmala's parents will be home soon.
Mr. Samsudin approaching, "Nurmala!" calling her softly, Nurmala stammered at the voice of the person who loved her very much nearby.
"Mr?!" Mr. Samsudin smiled seeing his daughter's eyes look at his face.
"Yes, I want to leave Nur, you're okay, right?" mr. Samsudin said. Nurmala nodded slowly, tears coming out at the corner of her eyes.
"Patience Neng, every human life has a test, just put it on Him, all affairs will be resolved easily!" Mr. Samsudin stroked his daughter's hair, Nurmala nodded slowly understanding his Father's advice.
"Father go home first yes, if there is any phone!" Mr. Samsudin stepped out leaving Nurmala.
"Besan, I'll go home first, stop by if there's time!" pamit Bu Samira to Mr. Sardi crispy shaking hands like new chips out the frying pan.
"Yes, good luck to your destination!" replied Mr. Sardi, "Nothing has changed, only your age is old Samira" Mr. Sardi said as he looked at them entering the car that Aldi was driving.
"Dear not to have children!" muttered Pakde Jarno who was standing next to Pak Sardi.
"Who is Mas?" ask Mr. Sardi astonished.
"Yes your son Aldi!"
"I don't want to interfere in their affairs, Mas, let them decide their own lives. All this time Aldi can be independent and successful without relying on me, so he can also take care of his life well" said Mr. Sardi.
"He's still your son Sardi, so you should give him advice!" Pakde Jarno was still insistent with his opinion.
"Yes, later if Aldi asks for it!" Mr. Sardi said as he stepped inside the house. And continue with a cup of tea and an unfinished snack.
Tok.shock.tok.."Nurmala!" Lila knocked on Nurmala's room door. Lila opened it slowly and entered with a glass of hot tea and a plate of rice.
"Bak, Mas Aldi ordered to deliver food here!" said Lila.
"Yes, put it on the table!"
"I'm a bribe, Ma'am?"
"No, Lila, I'll eat by myself"
Hearing Nurmala's words, Lila did not dare to force her brother to eat the food he served, Lila asked to leave Nurmala in the room.
The sun had risen, Aldi came out just coming from delivering in-laws to the terminal.
"Is it late?" Mr. Sardi guessed, Aldi should have come early.
"Yes, sir, did your sister eat Lila?" aldi asked his sister. Lila recounts the incident while delivering food to Nurmala's room. Aldi entered the room, he found a meal that was still intact and a glass of tea that did not decrease in height.
"Nur, eat yes keep taking medicine!" pinta Aldi while taking out a packet of medicine from inside his pocket. Nurmala opened her eyes, Aldi restyled his wife's sleeping position so she could lean comfortably. Then he prepared with a spoon and rice plate in hand.
"Come, open your mouth, baby!" Nurmala opened her mouth, slowly chewed food, Aldi looked at his wife affectionately.
"What's wrong?" aldi asked when he saw the corner of Nurmala's eye dripping a clear liquid. Nurmala.
"But why are you crying?"
"My head hurts!"
"Oh that way, take the medicine yes, I stopped by the pharmacy when I came home from terninal.I also bought real honey to maintain our health dear" Aldi showed me the bottle of honey he bought, he said, Nurmala smiled happily.
"Message, you don't think too hard, Nur, we are asked to be patient and remain grateful!" said Aldi.
"Yes Kang, but if I get married again what should I do?"
"Hey..hey..Where do you think I'd like to remarry Nur?"
