Chapter 27's

I entered the ICU room accompanied by aunt Rena. As soon as I saw Rey's sister there, I immediately covered my mouth with my hands. And in that instant, my eyes immediately glazed over.

I can't help but cry seeing Rey's condition like this. I immediately walked up to him, sat down next to him, and held his hand and said, "I'm sorry. Because of me, you're like this."

Long enough I cried over Rey's condition, until in the end aunt Rena patted my back gently from the side while saying, "Have it. It's not good to cry for too long. Let's just pray for Rey's recovery."

I nodded at Aunt Rena's words while wiping my tears with tissue.

Before answering, aunt Rena took my hand which until now is still faithfully holding her son's hand.

"Auntie beg you, please help om and Auntie to accompany Rey, at least until our son is awake."

Without thinking, I immediately agreed to his request. This I also do to atone for my sins and guilt for Rey.

It didn't feel like I'd been sitting here for almost two hours accompanying Rey alone. Aunt Rena I told her to come out to rest because since Rey's brother entered the hospital, she and om Reza lack of sleep and lack of rest. I'm worried, they both also fell ill due to lack of rest.

I immediately turned my head as soon as I heard Darren's voice calling me. I was relieved that he finally wanted to enter this room as well. For the whole night Darren and I were keeping Rey's sister in the hospital. Meanwhile, Rey's parents and Laras and her brother return to their homes to rest.

Not long after the arrival of aunt Rena and om Reza back this morning, darren and I decided to go home and change clothes and go home to get the things I needed during my stay to accompany and keep Rey in the hospital.
