I am a Muslim who is blessed by Allah, indeed Allah says

يَا بَنِي آدَمَ خُذُوا زِينَتَكُمْ عِنْدَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا وَلا تُسْرِفُوا إِنَّهُ لا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ

“Hi son of Adam, wear your beautiful clothes every (entering) mosque. Eat and drink, but do not overdo it. Verily Allah does not like those who overextend” (QS. Al-Africa, 7:31).

From the above verse, it appears that the ability to decorate is in men and women. But know my sister, there is a difference in the law of something used for decoration and the state of decoration between the two peoples. In this discussion, we only discuss about the rules of adornment for women.

The first rule to be considered for women who want to decorate is that she should avoid the act of tabarruj. Tabarruj is a language derived from the word al-burj (star, something bright, and visible). Among its meanings are excessive in displaying jewelry and beauty, such as: head, face, neck, chest, arms, calves, and other limbs, or showing additional jewelry. Imam asy-Syaukani said, “At-Tabarruj is with a woman showing some of her jewelry and beauty which she (should) be obliged to cover, she said, which can fishing orgasm (hasrat) men” (Fathul Qadiir by asy-Saukani).

Allah is speaking (which means),

وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الأولَى

“And let you remain in your house and do not adorn and behave like the old jahilites ..” (QS. Al-Ahzaab, 33:33).

Shaykh ‘Abdur Rahman as-Saat when interpreting the above verse, he said, “Arti this verse: do not you (the women) often go out of the house decorated or wearing fragrances, as was the custom of the old jahiliyah women, they had no knowledge (religion) and faith. All this in order to prevent ugliness (for women) and its causes” (Taisiirul Karimir Rahmaan by Syaikh ‘Abdur Rahman as-Sa.

Paying Attention to the Aurat Problem

The second rule that you should observe, my sister, a woman who is ornate should understand which of her limbs belong to the aurat and which are not. The law itself is the gap and the reproach of something, or of everything that needs to be closed, or of anything that feels shameful when it appears, or of what is covered by man in shame, or it also means******** itself (al-Mu) Wasith.

Then, where are the female limbs that include the aurat? In general, the woman is aurat, as mentioned in a hadith which means,

الْمَرْأَةُ عَوْرَةٌ، فَإِذَا خَرَجَتِ اسْتَشْرَفَهَا الشَّيْطَانُ

“The woman is aurat, when she comes out (from her house) the devil always scouts her” (HR Tirmidhi, judged shahih by al-Albani).

But there are details about a woman's aura when she is in the presence of a man who is not her mahram, in the presence of another woman, or in the presence of her mahram.

As for the aurat of the woman in the presence of the man who is not a mahram is his entire body. This is already an ijma‘ (deal) of the scholars. It's just that there are differences of opinion among scholars related to whether the face and the two palms including the aurat if in the presence of non mahram men.

While the woman's aurat in front of other women are members of the body that are usually given jewelry. Nabi shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam once said,

لاَ يَنْظُرُ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى عَوْرَةِ الرَّجُلِ وَلاَ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَى عَوْرَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ

“Cannot a man see another man's aurat, and must not a woman see another woman's aurat” (Hadits shahH Muslim History, from Said al-Khudriy radhiyallaahu ‘anhu).

Shaykh al-Albani said, “With Muslim women in the presence of fellow Muslim women, women are aurat except for their body parts that are usually given jewelry. That is the head, ears, neck, upper chest that is usually given a necklace, cubit with a little upper arm that is usually decorated with arms, soles of the feet, and the bottom of the calf that is usually given an ankle bracelet. While the other parts of the body are the aurat, it is not permissible for a Muslimah as well as the mahram of a woman to see the above body parts and it is not permissible for the woman to show it.”

As for the limits of a woman's aurat in front of her mahram, broadly speaking there are two famous (popular) scholars opinion about this limitation. First, the opinion that says that the aurat of women in the presence of men mahramnya is between navel to knee. While the second opinion says, that the aurat of women in front of men mahramnya is the same as the aurat of women in front of other women, namely all parts of the body except the usual given jewelry.
