S2. Reunite

"DONI????" mickey muttered full of question marks while reading the name on the screen of Joelin's phone.

Mickey immediately held Lucy and triggered a step towards the kitchen, not forgetting he also brought his wife's phone. Joelin was putting food on the dinner table when Mickey and Lucy came.

"Honey, there's a message from Doni" Mickey said.

"Read first baby." pinta Joelin.

Mickey opened the message immediately.

"Joelin looks like your stepson will be born soon, congratulations ya 😂😂"

Mickey held back the anxiety as he read the highly provocative message. Mickey scrolls through the phone screen and finds a photo of chaos. The photo shows several people lifting Amel's body.

"What's he saying?" ask Joelin.

"It looks like your friend is about to give birth" Mickey said.

"Did she know which hospital they took Amel to?" Joelin asked as she looked at the husband's face with a serious look.

"You think?"

"I don't know either, baby. Can I borrow the phone?" joelin asked as she thrust her hand at Mickey who was now sitting while holding Lucy.

Joelin thinks that Doni will know where Amel is at the moment. The woman wants to see her best friend as soon as possible.

"Tell me the hospital address"

After sending a short message to Doni's number, Joelin invited her husband to enjoy their breakfast.

Elsewhere, a man smiles triumphantly while reading an incoming message on his phone.

"HAHAHA... HAHAA... Joelin finally this opportunity came along too. Right now you must hate your handsome oppa so much." the man laughed triumphantly while watching the hospital building standing before him.

After breakfast, Joelin receives a message from Doni. Information about the address of the hospital where Amel was treated.

"Who's dear?" mickey asked when he realized the gesture of the wife who was observing his phone.

"Doni." replied Joelin.

"What's he saying?"

"Amel is at XX hospital" Joelin replied as she returned to bribe Lucy for food.

"Do you want to visit Amel?" mickey asked his wife.

Joelin nodded excitedly. A smile rose on Mickey's lips.

At the hospital, Amel was struggling with the pain that crumbled his bones.

Outside the room Amel saw the girl's father sitting restless. A middle-aged woman was seen pacing back and forth with a restless look. Meanwhile, a young man stood staring at the door of Amel's room. The worry was clearly drawn on the man's face.

"Ma.." said the man trying to break the silence that now feels gripping.

"sttttt.." said the mother looks not want to be in the gang.

"Ma, are they gonna be okay?" ask again with a worried look.

"Now do you care about their safety? Where have you been all this time?" Ask the sarcastic mother.

"It is better that we pray for the safety of Amel and our grandchildren." The father of the woman who is now facing childbirth tries to calm the situation.

"If anything bad happens to Amel or your son, you will regret leaving them. Regrets are always late, right? You better pray that they're okay" she gave her son an ultimatum.

Joelin and Mickey have now arrived at the hospital where Amel is being treated. Little Lucy coolly muttered in Mickey's sling, as her hands repeatedly wriggled through the air. The nurse who passed by them smiled anxiously at the behavior of the little girl.

"Excuse me, may I know the room of a patient named Amelia Supranto?" joelin asked the information.

"So ma'am, I'll check."

After a few minutes, the woman who worked at the information table looked at Joelin with a guilty expression.

"Sorry mom. I can't find a patient named Amelia Supranto."

"Sir, please check the patient with the name Amelia who entered as the patient who was going to give birth." pinta Joelin once again.

After a few minutes, the nurse-dressed woman smiled as she muttered, "Patient named Amelia there do orchid room no 01 bu."

"Thanks." said Joelin politely before pulling the hand of Mickey who had been stared at by the nurses who passed by.

Jolein and Mickey are now tracing the hospital hallway to orchid room 01. Before long a pamphlet bearing an orchid room was printed in front of them. The couple's search seemed to be paying off.

"Have no worries, we just need to see Amel. Maybe the man was waiting for his family." said Joelin trying to calm the husband, although now suddenly anxiety is ambushing his heart.

In the past, however, the man has hurt both him and Mickey. The fact is enough to make Joelin aware of the dangers that might threaten the safety of her family.

"Joelin, Mike. are you here?" a beautiful figure who had just come out of one of the patient's rooms resuscitated Joelin and Mickey who stood glued.

The beautiful girl circulated her gaze following the couple's point of view.

He understands the anxiety that now haunts Joelin and Mike's feelings.

"What are you doing here?" tanyanya while grabbing Joelin's arm.

"Gee, Aluna.." Joelin gasped when she realized someone was holding her hand.

"Joelin, is this cute baby your son?" Aluna who could not help herself from Lucy's adorable face immediately pinched the little girl's cheek.

"Aaaaaa..aaaa...." Lucy who felt bullied by a stranger immediately cried and hid her face in the chest of the Father.

"Aluna.." the middle-aged woman who had just been pacing around in front of the patient's room immediately reprimanded the girl's actions.

"Yes Mi?" Aluna did call Mami to her aunt since her foster parents died.

"How's Amel? Why are you out?" ask the woman.

Vino raised his face when he heard the woman's words.

"Joelin, Mickey?" Vino muttered in his heart when he found the two figures were now standing ignorant of him.

"What is the relationship between Aluna and Amel? What's that guy here for?" Joelin asked in her heart.

"Mi, this is Joelin and Mickey, they are friends of Aluna" Aluna told her mother.

After getting acquainted, the family of Joelin and Aluna mate for a moment.

Meanwhile Amel's treatment room is betting between life and death. In his heart he prayed for the creator to save his life and the baby.

"He has lost his father. Please don't let her lose her mother figure. Please give him a chance to live." Amel's prayer in his heart while straining with all his might.

"Oeeeeeeek." a cry was heard by Amel after the pain ripped through his body.

Slowly the girl's eyes felt heavy and tired. Amel was blown away befriending the point of tears flowing at the end of his eyelids.

"Thank you, hang on a little more" said the middle-aged woman who had been accompanying Amel in the delivery room.

The woman wiped away the tears that flowed from her daughter's eyes that were slumbering from postpartum fatigue. Unknowingly her own cheeks had now been wet from tears.

Outside the patient's room after a nurse reported the news of the baby's birth, the worried look on everyone's face turned into a smile.

Aluna and Joelin throw smiles at each other. Amel's father looked very relieved. While the mother of the man who impregnated Amel is now very excited.

"Suster, may I meet my granddaughter? Is my granddaughter very handsome?" tanyanya enthusiastic.

Meanwhile, among them was Vino, who had secretly set foot somewhere unknown to everyone who was there.
