Arya and Dimas are already lying on the bench in the hospital, they've been getting medical treatment from the best team of doctors they have.

Mr. Hendry was late because there was an obstacle they faced when they were going to the hospital. Suddenly a big tree fell on the road. Dimas was still unconscious, due to getting an injection of anesthetic while he had a minor operation. Up until now, he was still unconscious.
