CHAPTERS. 219. Learning to Change

The sadness felt by Mama Elisabeth when she recalled her past. His tears had already flooded his face and were sobbing. Mr. Hendry who witnessed firsthand also grieved and deeply regretted his decision first.

"I'm sorry for all my mistakes with you, I'm sorry for the suffering I've done in your life, I promise to fix everything and fill the time that has been wasted" said Oak Hendry, who wiped his tears.

Then walked towards the direction where his wife who was still standing stared at the painting. Hugged Elisabeth's body from behind. Mama Elisabeth was surprised by the treatment she received from Mr. Hendry. And reflexes move from his standing position.

"Sorry please let go is not well seen people what else we have not broken the fast" said mama Elisabeth who was actually a bit uncomfortable touched directly by Mr. Hendry who incidentally was her own husband.

Mr. Hendry immediately raised his hand up and changed position.

"I'm sorry I don't intend to surprise you or want to cancel your satisfaction dear" said oak Hendry.

"It's okay, I'm sorry if you want to go to the kitchen to cook the preparation to open later" said mama Elisabeth who immediately went to the kitchen.

"Why do you have to bother when in our house there are many chefs who can do it all, besides your hands and fingers can be rough and dirty" said Mr. Hendry who holds his hand Elizabeth.

Mama Elisabeth immediately pulled her hand because she did not want to make herself fall into her old wounds again which resulted in history repeating itself for the second time.

"It's okay, I'm used to it and my kids would rather eat food from my own hands than cooks" said Mama Elisabeth who forgot that the two had lived with Mr. Hendry and his son.

Mr. Hendry just smiled disappointed because he thought Elizabeth seemed to keep a distance from him but he realized if it happened because of his own mistakes that are difficult to forget or forgive.

Mama Elisabeth walked towards the kitchen and asked some chefs there for help to make some dishes. Mama Elisabeth wants to start today Her husband eats his own cuisine because Hendry always eats from the cuisine of the existing chef. A few hours later, the food was ready. Mama Elisabeth went back to her room wanting to take a bath while waiting for the break.

Bedug also reads and toa mosque has also proclaimed adhan Magrib. Mama Elisabeth immediately called Mr. Hendri to open up together. They have been sitting in their respective chairs, just the two of them even though the dining table is quite large and long that can accommodate several heads of the household. They also eat with it.

"Tasting you turns out to be good even beats the chef's cooking here" praised pak Hendry who smiled proudly with his new flavor Old wife.

"Alhamdulillah if you like my cooking, Arman does not come with us to eat well mas?" asked Mama Elisabeth.

"It looks like Arman hasn't come home from work yet" replied Mr. Hendry who knew of Arman's angry whereabouts and refused their marriage.

The door of the house opened wide and entered a person with wide and long steps, his jaw was hardened and no smile was engraved on his face. Only flashes of hatred and anger exist.

Mama Elisabeth who saw him immediately stood up and came to Arman as was the custom he did to all his children and members of the Wiguna Albert family Kim Said.

"Here is your bag that my mother brought in" asked Mama Elisabeth who reached out her hand to take Arman's bag.

Arman threw Elisabeth's mother's hand back and even snapped at her.

"Don't be so considerate of me, we have nothing to do and don't try to touch all my personal belongings whatever the reason and one more thing to me all those mothers are just as all evil" said Arman who rebuked mama Elisabeth right in front of his face and ran up the steps of the stairs.

But Arman yelled back at Mama Elisabeth before he was on the second floor and slightly retreated.

"I don't want to eat your cooking lest you put poison into my food" he said again and ran back up to the second floor where his room was located and closed the door of his room very firmly.

Mama Elisabeth just sculpted and did not expect if she would get such treatment even though her good intentions were no shrimp behind wheat flour. Mr. Hendri came to his wife and immediately stroked the back of Elisabeth's mother.

"Pardon Arman's disrespectful attitude, Arman has been like that since the first time and this is also because of his mistake I was wrong to educate him" said Mr. Hendri who was very sorry with Arman's very rude attitude.

Mr. Hendri stepped his feet wanting to go upstairs but his hand was held by Mama Elisabeth while shaking his head.

"It's okay Kok, it's only natural that he behaved like that, because we just know each other mugkin over time surely his attitude will change, Besides I'm fine." Mama Elisabeth answered and walked to the dining table to tidy up the dining table.

One week later, Arman returns to the Bar to find Karina who helped him when he was drunk. But the result is still the same because Karina does not go to work. Arman then searched Alwi for his alwi sip this morning so he could meet and ask for Karina's address.

"Sorry, I want to meet Alwi?" asked Arman to the OB who was cleaning the floor.

The OB stopped his activities for a moment and answered questions from Arman.

"Alwi is behind the pack, he's taking out the trash" the OB replied.

"There are still many Mas" said Arman while giving two pieces of red banknotes to the OB.

"There are many sirs" he said then resumed his work which had been delayed because Arman asked him.

Arman moved his foot towards the back of the bar. Arman saw Alwi was busy cleaning up some bottles of used drinks of the customers.

"Alwi" cried Arman.

"Yes sir, is there anything I can help you with?" asked Alwi who noticed Arman's face that he seemed to recognize.

"You're Karina's friend who's OG here too, can I have her address?" asked Arman.

"Isn't it the father we helped a few days ago who collapsed on the Bar floor?" asked Alwi.

"It's true, how do you know?" asked Balik Arman.

"If so may I ask for Karina's phone number or her home address?" said Arman, who was hopeful.

"If the phone number does not exist sir because Karina sells her phone for the treatment of her mother and her address on the street like peace aisle 2" said Alwi.

"Thank you very much, and this is my thanks because you helped me the other day and this is for Karina's information" said Arman, who handed over about 10 pieces of red banknotes. Othor is not loved, hehehe.

Arman immediately walked to his car and drove his car to the address he had received from Alwi. It didn't take long to get to the address that Arman was looking for.

"It turns out there's a place like this in a very big city, how can they live well?" asked Arman to himself after seeing the state of the village.

Arman weighed whether he got into the compound or not. Arman cars are in the spotlight of everyone who passes by because they are surprised by the arrival of sports cars that are very luxurious and certainly expensive. As long as they stayed there, none of these cars entered the area.

Arman felt uncomfortable continued to be noticed by all the citizens of the community who were there.

Suddenly his eyes caught the shadow of someone wearing work clothes that read the name of the Bar he used to visit and had been a subscription all along. Arman hurriedly opened the door of his car and walked towards the woman. Arman immediately pulled the girl's hand and pushed her into his car.

"Aaaaahh please, there is a thief!!!" cried Karina who continued to wriggle and tried to remove Arman's hand grip from her hand.

Arman did not speak a word and just continued to drag Karina's hand towards his car.

"Who are you, I have nothing you can steal, please let go of me huhuuhuhuhu" said Karina who was surprised because her hand was suddenly pulled by someone and pushed violently into the car.

Arman then drove his car to the direction of the highway and one hand held the steering wheel while the other held Karina's hand.

"Please let me go, I don't know the father anyways and I don't have any valuables sir" Karina said.

"Can you be quiet?, if you don't shut up I'm the one who is silent" Arman said.

Which made Karina laugh out loud after hearing the words from Arman.

"Sir you are young but why would you want to be a thief, and my mistargeted father this poor man sir eat as is and my parents do not have money to redeem me sir, you lose if you kidnap me" said Karina, who was like a parrot.

"you're too sick, but whoever wants to kidnap ugly women and shitholees like you, I'm losing a lot if I steal you" Arman said.

"So it means the father who held my hand earlier and immediately put me in the car father means for what????" asked Karina who was confused by the handsome guy in front of her.

"You can be quiet if you don't shut up I'll kiss you" Arman threatened.

Karina instantly fell silent after hearing the threat from Arman.

"But please let go of my hand, it hurts to know" said Karina, who already felt pain in her wrist.

Arman immediately let go of his hand and stopped his car right in front of Karina's workplace bar.

"Is there no other workplace that you can occupy, how long have you been working in this Bar?" asked Arman who was confused by the way the girl's mind was beside him.

"Many if the problem of the workplace, but what job is suitable for me who just graduated from elementary school sir? while my sister and mother need money, inevitably I work here, after all my work is Halal sir not selling myself anyway" Karina asked back who was astonished by the man beside her who was concerned about her Work problem.

"Aren't you afraid if there are customers who are drunk and want to hurt you?" asked Arman again who was sorry for Karina's life but he was also confused why he wanted to know Karina's life.

"Fear too sir but Alhamdulillah up to this moment no guest is rude to me, even though I worked here almost four years ago" said Karina who remembers the risks of her job.

"If so you go to work and this is my thanks because last week you helped me" said Arman.

"No need sir I sincerely help you" replied Karina who returned the chocolate envelope given by Arman.

"Typically people are given money does not refuse even nolak when two need once with the money?." monologue Arman.

"Sorry sir I help anyone who needs my help and yesterday it happened to be the father who fainted and I was on the scene" said Karina who smiled sweetly at Arman.

Karina's smile successfully hypnotizes Arman to make Arman's heart beat faster than usual. They looked at each other until Hp Arman rang which made Arman aware of his daydream as well as Karina. Arman sees who's calling him but Arman turns off the phone and doesn't want to be interrupted.

"Take it, I'm sincere that if you don't take it I'll kiss you" said Arman who pressed his lips towards Karina's face.

Karina immediately picks up the envelope then runs out of the car and continues to run towards the back of the Bar for fear that Arman kisses her. While Arman laughed out loud to see the behavior and reaction Karina who thought funny.

"Freaky girl" he said and drove his car to his office.
