Ch.7 - A Story of the Past

Shin opened his eyes, he found himself in a pitch-black place, as far as the eye could see there was only complete darkness.

"What is this place? Did I dream again" muttered Shin kept looking back and forth.

Until then Shin suddenly moved to a different place.

It was currently in a place where many volcanoes were with hot lava everywhere.

"What other place is this, what kind of dream is this?" Shin grumbled, feeling annoyed by this dream.

Shin looked in all directions and found out if there were two people who were far enough away from him at the moment.

Shin flew closer to the two who seemed to be fighting.

Shin finally saw if the two people were adult men who looked very handsome, even Shin's face could not compare to the two.

Shin saw that one of the two men had a face similar to his, and the man who resembled him was seriously injured, while the other one looked fine.

The other man carried a glowing orb in his hand, a bright blue light that was very beautiful.

Shin just stood still and looked at it from tens of meters away.

"Zhu Qian's! You really don't know yourself! Using a sneaky way like this to trap me!!" Said the man who resembled Shin with a tone of anger.

"Haha...! It was you alone who was my brother's fool, easily fooled by just a little trick like this!" The other man smiled with pride.

"Never call me brother again! Though I have saved your life many times but you can betray me!!" The man's breathing went up and down, he didn't expect the person he trusted so much to betray him instead.

The other man smiled sinisterly then raised the light ball in his hand proudly "Brother Shin, thank you for getting this Twilight Orb for me!  With this Twilight Orb, I can become the ruler of the Heavenly Realm! So you better die and let me be the ruler of the Heavenly Realm!"

The man then moved quickly and killed the man who resembled Shin by stabbing his heart.

The man fell down with hot lava until his body was no longer visible.

"Well?!"

Shin suddenly woke up, looking to the right and to the left where he was sleeping in bed with his 4 wives after a long struggle.

He massaged his forehead as he felt a slight headache after dreaming.

"Haaah, this dream again. Every time I slept I would dream the same thing," Shin did not know for sure why he always dreamed about the death of a man similar to himself, "is it possible that this is what was in my previous life?"

If the dream happened 1 or 2 times then Shin would not think about it. But the dream came every time he slept.

"What's Shin gege?" Xun woke up and moved closer to Shin, sleeping beside him while hugging Shin's arm, sticking her husband's arm between the tops of her twins.

"It's okay, just having a bad dream."

"Why not tell me, what nightmares do you see?" Xun smiled gently.

Shin was silent for a moment and decided to tell Xun.

Xun was slightly surprised to hear the story about the dream that Shin had seen.

"Zhu Qian huh.. was that person really the cause of Shin Gege's death in his previous life?" Xun muttered in his heart.

Indeed Xun was a reincarnation of a cultivator from the Heavenly Realm. In his previous life he was one of the strongest cultivators yet during the war with the Hell Realm, Xun was seriously injured.
