Ch.30 - The Gate Guardians

(Note: In the extra chapter of PDK 2, it tells how Shin and his wives went to Earth, but in fact it was just an additional chapter that did not fit into the real story. So this was Shin's first time seeing Earth after him for so long)

"This is.. Earth!" Shin had not expected to see the land of his hometown again.

"Do you know this land, Brother Shin?" Chu Yan raised his eyebrows looking at Shin who seemed to know that strange land.

"Yes, I know him very well, this land is my true hometown!"

"Your hometown?" Chu Yan slightly frowned before recalling something, "ah, you have indeed told me about Earth before, so this is the Earth you are referring to."

"Yes, the shape of all this land is clearly earth, but I can't confirm it before actually seeing the Earth more clearly," Shin floated down and then touched the energy dome.

Shin was not 100% sure it was Earth because of the existence of an energy dome that was like making the Earth isolated.

After a moment of touching the energy dome, Shin frowned.

"Is there anything or a certain being that makes this energy dome? Is the Earth isolated from the outside world?" Shin had many questions in his head.

Shin tried to suppress the energy dome with his hand, for some reason his subscription directly pierced through the energy dome without any hindrance.

"Eh?"

"Eh?"

Not only was Chu Yan stunned, but also Shin who was silent was sculpting.

Shin immediately pulled his hand back, alert that maybe something happened making his hand that pierced through the energy dome suddenly cut off.

"Brother Shin, how did you break through this energy dome? I had already attacked him with full force before but was unable to even make the slightest tremor," Chu Yan knew Shin was much stronger than himself.

But Shin had not expended any energy to break through the energy dome.

But his hand could not enter.

"Is it possible that you didn't get a hitch because you are actually a native of Earth" Chu Yan said.

"That's possible, but if it's true I should be able to enter instead," Shin this time wanted to try to directly enter the energy dome.

Shin immediately flew forward and he entered unhindered.

"It turns out ben.."

Shin did not continue with his words, he fell silent when somehow a giant eye seemed to be staring at him.

Cold sweat soaked his face, his body trembling.

A sword stuck in Shin's chest, making his body tremble even more.

The sword continued to stick in Shin's body until his entire body was filled with swords, making him look like a hedgehog.

Shin's body suddenly decomposed, as if the dust was blown off by the wind, starting to disappear from the tip of the foot, continuing until the tip of the head.

As Shin disappeared completely, suddenly Shin saw the surrounding conditions become normal, he immediately darted flying out of the energy dome.

"Haaah.haaah..haaah!" Shin was panting heavily with his entire body drenched in cold sweat, his face deathly pale, his body trembling, making it difficult to fly.

"Brother Shin!" Chu Yan immediately approached Shin, helping him not to fall, "what happened to you? Is there something in there?"

If Shin alone could have been made to this extent, then what kind of creature was inside there? How powerful was the creature to be able to frighten Shin without coming face to face?

Just imagining it already made Chu Yan horrified.

Shin himself was still trying to catch his breath.

"Yes, I'm sure the Earth doesn't contain any kind of energy, I didn't expect it on Earth to be hiding a very powerful being."

"If it's so powerful, then why is it hiding? Is it possible that he's locked up or sealed up somewhere?"

"There are a lot of possibilities I think about, it's one of them but it's a small possibility!..

If the creature was indeed sealed, he would definitely try to find people to free himself. The humans on earth are so weak that it is impossible to help him, when I enter then he should have asked for help, but he instead used the pressure of the aura, as if driving me out!"

"Then what do you think is the greatest possibility?"

"It's possible that the creature was doing something like meditation or maybe some other ritual that made it unable to move freely, that's why he kicked me out with aura pressure for thinking I could interfere with what he was doing!"

Shin touched the energy dome with his palm, "look, my hand now cannot penetrate the energy dome. He must have strengthened this energy dome so I couldn't get inside!"

"Then what should we do now? Such a powerful being should already be able to destroy this entire world!"

"Just calm down, maybe he's not as strong as we imagined."

"Eh?" Chu Yan frowned.

"If his strength is as strong as the aura pressure he has, he should be able to get rid of me easily if he thinks I can interfere with his plan!"

"Right, too," Chu Yan nodded, "but you said earlier that the creature cannot move freely because of something, not because its strength is not as strong as we imagined."

"I've told you it's all just a possibility that I'm expecting," Shin shrugged his shoulders, "but how is it possible, we should start preparing ourselves, he said, if the creature can come out then it will be very difficult to deal with it!"

Shin flicked his hand, making a space tear.

"For now it's best that we return to the Sky Continent, we'll draw up our next plan!"

Chu Yan nodded then they returned to the Sky Continent.

Meanwhile, somewhere in the depths of the Earth at the moment.

The figure of a creature tens of meters tall, his body giving off light, it was not clear what his face was like, it was just that his body was no different from a human.

What distinguished him was the 10 wings on his back that made him look like an angel.

The figure was standing on a circular array with uni lines, a sword stuck in the ground right in front of him, both hands holding the handle of the sword.
