Suffering Brides
Love is unrequited

With avenged love, Kiana lifted her gaze to look at Mr. Lucas who was now looking at her with a flat face. It was seen that the man frowned, making Kiana uncomfortable, and then finished his meal. "I'm sorry, you must have felt very uncomfortable when you saw the way I ate food on this table." Kiana spoke with her head tilted. “I like your attitude as it is, only this time I see women look simple once when eating in front of me,” said Mr. Lucas honestly. Kiana had to laugh or simply feel insulted by the honest words of the man in front of her right now. But surely Kiana felt very relieved because the man was not angry with her. "Just finish the meal" said Mr. Lucas. “Perhaps the leftovers are wrapped up because I want to eat them again tonight,” asked Kiana who suddenly felt full after hearing Mr. Lucas say. The septian master waved his index finger towards the waiter who was now standing in the restaurant. “Clean all these foods and make new ones, but just pack them!” mr. Lucas said as he stared at the restaurant waiter with his tail. "Good, Mr. Lucas." After the table in front of them was cleaned of the leftovers and also the dishes, Kiana began to open her voice why Lucas actually ordered new food. "I just want you to feel happy" Mr. Lucas said sincerely. The septian master began to rise from his sitting position, then the man stopped his steps right behind Kiana who was sitting. Kiana was about to stand up, but Mr. Lucas' hand squeezed his wife's shoulder in a gentle gesture. Kiana can only resign, still sitting in her position now with a full heart, what the man behind her did. Unexpectedly, Mr. Lucas' hand came closer to Kiana's front and, with a subtle gesture, the man put a necklace around Kiana's neck. Kiana was very surprised when she saw the necklace bearing her name, now attached so beautifully on her long neck. Kiana looked up at her husband with a beam of light. "Didn't you like this necklace?"

"I like it so much and it's the first time I've worn a necklace this beautiful," Kiana said with two drops of clear crystal falling from the corner of her eye.

"If you like why cry?" mr. Lucas said with his thumb rubbing a clear crystal that fell from the corner of his wife's eye.

"It's not tears of sadness, but tears of joy." Kiana said honestly.

Mr. Lucas took Kiana for a walk along the beach, the man unceasingly turned his wife's hand, as if afraid that the woman he loved would leave him. On this beach, Lucas stopped his steps and then with a gentle movement of the male hand, tendrils, wife's hair that was playing around in the beach breeze.

Kiana's heart was beating so fast that she loved the man in front of her so much now. Kiana was confused when she remembered the beginning of her marriage, whether until when the two could be together or in a matter of minutes or hours this marriage would end.

Just imagining it has really made Liana feel like she wants to throw herself into the waves and then disappear from this world.

Will Kiana's love for her husband be that big, or will it be because Kiana is afraid to face the fact that she will be abandoned on the streets without a family?

"Listen to what I am going to say now," said Mr. Lucas, stopping his sentence for a moment. "I love you so much Kiana, you will be my wife to the fullest and we will start all over again and can you forgive my mistakes and stupidity at the beginning of our marriage?"

Kiana's eyes moved trying to see if Septian was telling the truth or now the man was trying to toy with her heart. Highlighting the friendly eyes and begging it made Kiana believe that now Mr. Lucas was telling the truth from her heart.

"My love is enough to live with you, I mean, I have nothing to be proud of, I have no family and I don't know where my parents are either. Didn't you know all that from the beginning?" The woman spoke for a long time because she did not want to feel pain for the umpteenth time.

Mr. Lucas' hand clasped Kiana's fingers. Mr. Lucas kissed Kiana on the forehead with gentle and friendly movements until now the warmth began to envelop Kiana's heart.

"I don't care about everything, I said that time and now, let's start this family life from the beginning without Wessica and also the Hitsyah family. I will protect you from anyone and will never let you shed tears of sorrow like some." In the past, I would never let anyone hurt you, because everyone would face me if they dared to touch my beloved wife."

"I love you a lot too, Mr. Lucas. At first I thought this love would never be reciprocated, but God had other plans." Kiana hugged Mr. Lucas' body very tightly and tears melted on the woman's face, so much so that tears of happiness drenched the clothes her husband now wore.

"I love you so much, baby." Lucas hugged Kiana very strongly as if trying to relieve the pain and also the pain she caused at the beginning of their marriage.

Let's hope nothing destroys your happiness.
