Keana's desire to give birth is normal and with the method of water birth is so very much she wants because several times she saw on YouTube about how to give birth in the water, she said, how can a mother witness the birth of her child directly, even the mother who took it and immediately embraced her baby when the baby was born into the world.

Keana had previously checked her condition, and the doctor said that Keana could give birth normally. After some time the doctor and family team prepared for Keana's delivery, Keana suddenly fell unconscious and had seizures, such as Dejavu during Keana's early pregnancy,everyone in the room was very panicked and the best obstetrician at Mahawira Hospital handled keana. All the tools were fitted well, as Keana local experienced shortness of breath and slight seizures.

"Dok, how's my wife doing?" ask Aldi to panic

"Did Dr Keana have her uterus checked regularly?" ask a doctor named Ema

"A month before birth we had checked my wife's condition doc, and doctor Siska said everything was good and could give birth normally" Aldi explained

Doctor Ema slightly took her breath.

"It looks like your wife has preeclampsia, has this happened?" ask Dr. Ema to make Aldi more and more unbecoming

Aldi nodded too.

"Yes doc, before my wife experienced this and has increased to the stage of Eclampsia but the condition has improved and declared cured doc"

"It seems that it happened again, Dr. Aldi,your wife is experiencing very high blood pressure may be one of the causes is due to stress or tension when going to face labor or lately many things that make the wife there uncomfortable"

Aldi is increasingly frightened by what the doctor explained Ema, because as far as she knows lately Keana has always been living her pregnancy with joy,so Aldi does not have the slightest suspicion about Keana's condition about the triggers or stress experienced by his wife.

"We must take immediate action to perform cesarean section, your wife's condition is not good enough to give birth normally

This happens because your wife has high blood pressure or hypertension, the arteries that carry blood to the placenta are blocked.

This obstruction of blood flow will certainly reduce the amount of oxygen and nutrients needed by the fetus to develop and can trigger eclampsia. Eclampsia is a seizure that can damage vital organs, so it can cause coma, brain damage, to death" said Ema doctor again explained all the possibilities that will occur

Doctor Aldi was already helpless to hear it, his shoulders felt heavy like a chunk of stone fell on his body, Aldi was powerless to hold back his tears, no long time family came to ask the condition of Keana, Keana,and when all the family heard the explanation given by Ema's doctor, everything seemed panicked and sad, especially Kevan and Aldi .

A few minutes when the C-section will be done Keana was aware and looking for her husband.

"Sus, please call my husband" Keana said in her weak voice

The nurse who heard Keana's request immediately ran towards the family who were gathering, not long after Aldi came, with a face that was not okay.

"Darling, are you aware? hold on I'm sure you can, we'll look forward to the birth of our child together" said Aldi Pilu

Keana smiled at her husband's words.

"Dear dear all our extended family is outside, they want to give support and prayers for you and our child, so hold on dear"

"Mas, please make a video call to dad and I want to see all the family" Keana said with a weak breath

"For what's dear, after the operation is over you'll see them"

"Please, man,"

"All right"

Aldi also made a video call to Kevan and was immediately adopted by his father-in-law. Kevan could not help but hold back his tears when he saw his smiling daughter, but it seemed Keana was holding back her pain. Keana also greeted all her family members with a smile that never escaped, but Keana gave a closing word that made everyone cry.

"Honey hold on we are all waiting for you and your child here" Kevan said trying to toughen up and words of encouragement were given by all families.

In a soft voice Keana spoke.

"Thank you for loving and praying for me, I am grateful to be part of this family. Father, mother and all if anything bad happens to me I leave my son to you and I want to feel like a mother to my son. Please fulfill my wish the last time .. "keana said disconnected because Aldi dropped the phone Nyang was being held when making a video call.

"Darling, don't say weird, I'm sure you and our son will survive. Hang on for me and our son, I won't be able to lose you"

"Mas, every possibility is bound to happen, and if it's a bad possibility that I'm going through then grant me my wish"

When Aldi will continue his words suddenly the team of doctors is ready and Aldi is not allowed to come because of his condition is not okay, it will interfere with the delivery process.

Outside the room all the families were crying together because they heard Keana's request that seemed like it would leave them for good. Kevan is devastated, he is afraid of losing his son, he is afraid of bad things happening to his daughter. Kirana calms her husband even though his heart is broken.

Caesar's operation has been running for less than half an hour, the voice of baby Keana has been heard, making the big family relieved but it only lasted a few seconds ,because after that the sisters in the operating room scattering out of the room either they will do.

Keana's condition is getting worse, the doctor was out to provide information about Keana's condition and asked for everyone to pray for a miracle for Keana. Panic struck the big family, shortly after Keasa came still wearing his snelli suit, his face looks panicked after being told by his parents.

Kevan invites his family members to pray together and ask the almighty for Keana's healing. When the atmosphere was precarious the nurse brought out a beautiful baby belonging to Keana, a white baby with a sharp nose with dimples that add to the beauty of the tiny baby, as soon as the existence of the baby became a medicine.

"Happy doc, the baby girl was born perfectly without a lack of anything" said the nurse who brought the baby Keana

Aldi looked at his son full of days, after that he abused the baby, the family seemed sad to see the figure of a newborn baby and on the one hand Keana was struggling between life and death.
