The Wind at Dusk

Today is the closing day of activity. We've been cleaning our stuff since morning. So finished the closing ceremony we can go straight back to Bandung.

"Everything we gather first. I have something to discuss."

We gathered following the instructions of our supervisor.

"Alright be a gini, last night I had time to discuss the same girl. How about coming home we stop by the beach pangandaran and stay there overnight?"

"Well, I agree."

"Rarely can we walk like this."

"Next outside the city too."

"Because everyone agreed so we stopped by the beach for camp last night."

The star that heard it was disappointed. He really hopes to get home soon. Last night he thought about meeting the Moon and spending time together. This time he will be honest with his feelings.

He'll reveal it to the girl.

Diana who realized that the Star did not look happy in the slightest was worried.

"Don't like us stopping by first?"

"Well that's it. Brother is tired, it feels like he wants to go home and rest."

"Diana is going to the beach. You have to accompany Diana."

"Yes. I will definitely come too. There's no way I'm going home to Bandung alone without you."

"Then Diana will make you cheerful again there."

They continued their journey to Pangandaran beach. On the way the other members are busy discussing the experience of this activity. The stars stared out the window all the way. And Diana who was sitting next to him had long fallen asleep on his shoulders. They arrived at Pangandaran at about 3 pm.

"Din's up. We've got this."

The stars woke Diana.

"Diana is nauseous." Diana suddenly looked pale.

"If so let's go out first find a place where the air is fresh."

The star and Diana went out of the vehicle and sat in one of the gazebos. While the other members had already changed their clothes and played on the beach.

"Where's Din? Already lightened yet?" The star looked at the girl next to him.

"Not brother." Diana still looked so pale.

"Have a rest first."

"No, if you want to go to the beach, it's okay. Diana is here alone." Diana forced her smile.

"What the hell are you talking about. I can't possibly leave you alone here."

"But you can't play on the beach like everyone else."

"Let's just be. I don't really care. I can go with Diana."

"But I think we can go in the afternoon. Diana may be gone by afternoon."

"It's okay."

"Sir, Diana's going to bed rest for a while isn't anything, is she?"

"Rest me."

Diana was asleep beside him. The stars just looked out at the sea. Enjoying the wind blowing on him. Relax, he likes this calmness.

On the beach he could see his friends were playing chasing each other and swimming together. He didn't think too much about it. He was not such a carefree person and could enjoy time together like that. He is a very quiet person and does not get along very much with his friends.

From the beginning he was a loner. Feel the loneliness of living on earth among its billions of thousands of people. Spending his time quietly without thinking much of anything troublesome.

Although he has changed a little bit like before but does not change any facts for him. He did have friends from Eskul and the organizations he had followed. He also had a person who could be called a friend because of his selfishness. And now he also has some precious people in his life like this girl beside him.

Destinies.

It was fate that brought him to Diana. They were not people who knew each other. Many of them passed each other in the street and they never rebuked each other. Everything has changed since he ran for president of OSIS. Everything has changed since the tragedy in September about 2 years ago.

Maybe he should thank himself for having the courage to do it. Have been courageous in making this decision. A decision that made him take a choice that he would never regret in his lifetime.

"Emm..."

"Hoam...What time is this brother?"

"Now it's 5." The star looks at his watch.

"Diana must have slept a long time right."

"Bas on the bed."

"Diana doesn't think that's a compliment at all."

"Have you gone?"

"Diana feels like she's gone. Diana is strong again." Diana smiled in reply.

"Thank God it was that." The stars returned that smile. "You want to go for a walk?"

"Emm, Diana wants to."

They walked to the beach that afternoon.

"Diana's not cold, is she?"

"Not really big brother."

Diana looked at the man in front of her. She wanted to grab the man's hand and hold him. He just doesn't have that courage.

The star glanced at the girl behind him. He turned and looked at the girl.

"You want a big brother?"

Diana raised her face looking at the young man in front of her. He was afraid of mis-listening and making sure.

"What did my brother say?"

"You want a big brother? If you don't want no ap-..."

"Diana wants to." Diana instantly interrupted fearing the young man in front of her was changing his mind.

"If it's like that come here." The star extended her hand to Diana.

"Emm..." Diana smiled and welcomed the helping hand.

They join hands and walk along the beach pangandaran. Diana was just speechless letting the Star carry her where the pum went. He just kept looking at the man. She was happy to be able to enjoy time together with the man. He doesn't care where he's taken by him, he'll always follow.

"Follow me.."

The star led Diana towards the beach. They stopped stepping when the water level had sunk both of their knees.

"See.."

Diana looked in the same direction. He could see the twilight that was about to disappear. Orange color meets the sky of the view. Every last light from the sun to this day shines on both of their faces. The sea breeze blew away every strand of their hair.

"Beautifully.." Diana was amazed at the sight before her.

"Rarely we can enjoy the sunset in pangandaran."

"We're the ones who never came here. Next time let's go here again, brother."

"Of course, if there's time ahead."

"Diana wants to play water but it's late afternoon."

"Don't catch a cold."

"Then you have to be Diana's nemanin tomorrow morning."

"Don't expect too much brother. Because I can't swim."

"I just found out that you can't swim." Diana suddenly smiled.

"Don't make strange plans. Don't go too far out to sea. Later if you why-why brother can not nolongin."

"But big brother will definitely still nolongin Diana right?"

"Surely."

"If so..."

Diana suddenly pushed the Star down into the ocean.
