In the hospital

It was only 2 hours ago that Pamela was able to fall asleep and at 6 am Pamela woke up when Alvin asked for a drink due to thirst. "Mommy.... Alvin's thirsty."

"Yes dear...." Pamela immediately took the water on the table next to Alvin's bed.

"Mom, where's oma? Alvin wants to go home." asked Alvin.

"Oma is also cared for dear, later if the oma is awake we look into her room." explained Pamela softly.

"Alvin wants to heal fast, right? so Alvin has to stay here for a while." Pamela tried to make Alvin comfortable

After Alvin returned to sleep, Pamela washed her face and returned to see the state of her mother in the ICU. There is still no progress on the condition of Ratih's mother, Pamela returns to where Alvin was treated.

"Good morning doctor Mela..... Hi Alvin how are you?" greet doctor samuel during the visit.

"Good morning doctor Samuel." replied Pamela.

"Alvin the doctor wanted to see his hand that was injured for a while huh" said doctor samuel and Alvin also according to.

"Hmm... You're a strong boy, Alvin." samuel's doctor tries to make Alvin comfortable while examining the state of his postoperative hand that the nurse helps.

"I heard he said the director himself who donated his blood yesterday" said doctor Samuel made Pamela shocked.

"Yes, I've been staying with Dr. Mela, there's a prescription drug for Alvin" said Samuel's doctor, then stroked Alvin's uninjured right hand. "Hopefully get well Alvin."

"Thank you doctor" Pamela said.

After a while Alvin went back to sleep because the effects of the drugs taken made him sleepy. Pamela has to take a few days off because Alvin and her mother are being treated.

Night pamela awake fortunately there is Desi who accompanies her tonight.

"Mel you just sleep let me take care of Ratih's mama here, pity Alvin sleep alone in the room." persuaded Desi.

"Alvin's still asleep if you're sleepy you can sleep on the couch where Alvin's there."

"Okay I saw Alvin first, afraid he woke up." Desi goes to see Alvin in his room.

At 2 pm when Pamela was asleep like someone woke up apparently the night watch doctor. "Dok...Ratih's mother's condition decreased." said doctor ilham.

Pamela awakens when she hears the doctor calling her without answering Pamela immediately goes inside after wearing a special suit in the ICU. As a heart specialist, Pamela also wants to ensure the condition of her mother.

"Mah.." call Pamela.

Pamela tries to interact with Ratih's mother but has no response at all.

"Doctor Mela, Ratih's blood pressure dropped and his heart pump went down too" the doctor said as he looked at the monitor on the ventilator.

Pamela began to panic with her mother's condition that was getting down.

"Suster please get me a defibrillator now" said the doctor to make Mama Ratih's heart return to normal.

"Doctor Mela, maybe you want to do it" said doctor Ilham gave the tool because he understood the situation felt by his fellow doctors.

"Thank you for me to do it for my mom." Pamela received the device and then did it to the chest of Ratih's mother up to the third time there was no change in the monitor until Pamela did it once again with water full of tears but God is more affectionate mama Ratih's.

Pamela's body slumped instantly as her actions did not make Ratih's mother endure.

"Doctor.." shouted one of the sisters when he saw Pamela's body run to the floor.

"Hurry and take Pamela's doctor to the treatment room" said the doctor and one of the nurses took her to the mortuary.

Desi hugged Pamela tightly while crying.

"Mama has gone Des.." said Pamela with a sobbing.

"You're patient, Mel, you're calm." Desi shed her tears.

Pamela picks up her phone and contacts Rani, the younger sister of Ratih's mother. Initially Rani was shocked to hear from Pamela, they immediately took a direct flight Sydney-Jakarta.

In the morning at 9 am Ratih's mother's body will be buried. It is seen that mourners came to the funeral as well as condolences from fellow doctors and friends and other relatives. Pamela cried again sadly for the second time Pamela sat languid in front of the tomb of the ground with flowers, the departure of mama Ratih made her hit because there was no one else to lean on.

"Remember there's still your son who needs you." Ranti again stroked Pamela's shoulder.

Pamela returns to her home because there are some relatives who came when she heard sick because Alvin was still being treated and Desi who accompanied her. Alvin who previously did not know if his oma died was crying hysterically but Desi always calmed the little boy's heart until calm when Pamela was still at the funeral. Alvin cries back in Pamela's arms back from the hospital.

"Mom, oma.." said Alvin in between his sobs.

"Oma's gone baby, oma's been quiet in heaven." explained Pamela.

"Alvin love same oma, mommy."

"Yes, mommy loves oma too."

Desi could not hold back her tears when she saw Pamela hugging Alvin, when the doctor samuel arrived because it was her visiting hours.

"Hello Alvin....." Greet doctor Samuel.

Pamela immediately washed her face when Samuel's doctor came to Alvin's room to be treated.

"Doctor Mela, I'm sorry for the death of Mrs Ratih" said the man who came out when Pamela finished washing her face.

"Thank you doctor" Pamela said.

"Alvin's cured, but alvin can go home" samuel's doctor examined Alvin's hand in a nurse-assisted surgery.

"Thank you doctor, Alvin wants to go home" said Alvin.

"Oh yeah doc, Alvin can come home this afternoon but can't play too hard."

"Thank you doc." said Pamela smiling.

"Same as Doctor Mela."

Samuel's doctor left, but before he came out, he saw the nurse and Samuel's doctor greeting someone at the door.

Vino enters Alvin's nursed room accompanied by Farhan with a fruit parcel in his hand. Farhan who does not know the reason Vino swiped and donated blood to the son of doctor Pamela.

Desi was shocked to see Vino visiting Alvin.

"Doctor Mela, may her son recover soon" said Farhan who preceded talking to Pamela got a sharp look from Vino.

"Mel, I bought something in the cafeteria" said Desi because she knew Vino wanted to talk to Pamela.

After Desi came out farhan was not good inside and chose to go out. While staying free of three, Vino wanted to convey something to Pamela.

"How are you doing, Alvin?" tanya Vino approached the side where Alvin was sleeping.

"Om Vino, Alvin wants to play football again the same Om Vino" said Alvin.

"Yes, next time Alvin's hand is healed." Alvin just nodded his head.

While Pamela who was still standing beside them looked awkward.

"Sir Vino thank you." said Pamela until Vino turned to her.

"Yes, what's the matter?" ask Vino.

"On the blood donation" Pamela replied nervously.

"I know what to do when Alvin's situation is like that even I want to protect you because Alvin is proven to be my son. Sorry if I asked for more I just wanted to be with you guys and marry you because I love you." Vino's words left Pamela speechless.

"Because of my promise to your mama to take care of you" said Vino again.

Pamela remembered the time when Ratih's mother asked her to think about the life of a housewife. But if married to Vino, how the match of his best friend Bona with Vino. Pamela felt dizzy if she had to think about that.
