Since Richard became the chief director of the hospital, Pamela preferred to keep her distance from Richard. Because of the rejection of Pamela Richard also looks indifferent with Pamela but does not know with her heart, but it is not a big problem for Pamela. Even Pamela thought the incident of the time almost hit was Laura's act but did not want to accuse her of just an estimate. Despite waiting for graduation Pamela has become the youngest heart specialist.

During the day Ryo came to Hendra's doctor's room which was none other than his papa.

Arriving at the hospital lobby Ryo was shocked to see Pamela and her eyes widened when he saw Pamela wearing a doctor's suit.

"Yes we have coffee in front of this hospital cafe now, I have finished practice today." Pamela asked.

Pamela and Ryo go to the cafe across the street from the hospital. They ordered drinks and snacks immediately after getting a seat. Ryo orders coffee americano while Pamela coffee latte.

"I didn't think you were a doctor" Ryo said.

"I don't know, even my papah wants me to follow in his footsteps but I'm not that interested. Have you lived here long?" ryo asks, Pamela does not know if Ryo is Hendra's doctor's son.

"Lumayan, I came here after graduating high school anyway until now" explained Pamela

Again busy chatting cafe waiters came to bring their orders.

"Thank you.." said pamela to the cafe waiter.

They continued their conversation while enjoying the coffee and snacks that had been ordered. They also exchanged mobile numbers. An hour later they chatted at the cafe and Pamela had to go back to the hospital again.

"I'm sorry, I have to go back to the hospital now" Pamela said.

"I'll take you."

Ryo was escorted to the hospital again even though the cafe is located opposite the hospital but they still use the car. Moments later Ryo's car stopped in front of the main lobby of the hospital entrance.

Today Pamela attended her second graduation but not graduation but graduated as a heart specialist. Pamela takes a day off, her relentless mama Ratih cries happily.

Pamela was shocked to hear what was said then laughed and tried to tease her.

"Oh Alvin is now big huh?" ask Pamela

"Yes mommy."

"So, Alvin sleeps alone from now on." seduces Pamela by telling her to sleep by herself.

"Big no, Alvin doesn't want to part with Mommy." Alvin wouldn't if he had to sleep alone Pamela who heard him just laugh.

Pamela approaches Ratih and Rani's mom who happens to be able to attend but only with keynan because Rey has to work.

"Mama is not sad baby, mama just cried happily for what you achieved until this moment with your own efforts" replied mama Ratih.

"Because it's Mama and Alvin that get me excited, it's also aunt Rani and o'm Rey, isn't it keynan?" Pamela. Keynan looks mature because he is 8 years older than Alvin.

"Tante is happy with Mela and from now on you have to think about a soul mate do not continue career because Alvin needs a father figure" said Rani made Pamela speechless.

The next day Pamela woke up in a hurry due to bad luck. After graduation yesterday Pamela invited them to eat at the restaurant and took her to the Sydney Aquarium because of the busyness of Pamela so that she could not invite Alvin to walk the road.

"Congratulations on Pamela's graduation, you deserve the title of youngest heart specialist" said Hendra when he met Pamela.

From far away the nurse called Pamela and brought a bouquet of flowers.

"Doctor Mela selamet yes, wow doctor Mela is amazing." said Nancy immediately hugged Pamela.

"Thank you Nancy." Pamela replied back to Nancy's embrace for a while.

"Beautiful flowers for doctor Mela, as an expression of my happiness" Nancy said, giving a bouquet of flowers to Pamela.

"I didn't know Nancy could be this romantic, but thank you Nancy." Pamela replied.

Doctor Arnett and doctor Reza also approached Pamela to congratulate her because before she ever joined their same service when koas. Doctors and other nurses also congratulated Pamela.

There is a sense of happiness Pamela when her colleagues congratulate her, even though she was late today because of misfortune but there is nothing to worry about.
