(Children's Story) - Aliya Prawira
Aliya Prawira, Boy and Joya's second child, has always lived with luxury since childhood, but she doesn't like it at all. Aliya always does whatever she likes like, such as traveling to her grandmother's spacious backyard. Not infrequently he is often injured because of falling or scratched something. Aliya's nature is as prank as Alvin's but he is smarter, so he is almost never punished.
Before finishing high school, Aliya decided to continue school to LN. Unbeknownst to Boy and Joya, Aliya applied for a scholarship to one of the high schools and graduated high school at the age of 17. Aliya is smarter than Alvin, she uses all her abilities to be able to graduate school quickly and continue college also with a full scholarship.
Although his parents were able to meet the needs of his life in LN, Aliya never used his parents' money which was always transferred to his account every month. He tried to live independently by working part-time in several places while studying. Until finally an agency saw her talent as a model and asked her to join. Aliya agreed to it but on terms she did not want her college to be interrupted.
Aliya had just completed her shoot for the fourth issue of the magazine this year when Alvin called her,
Aliya : “Hai sis.”
Alvin : “Why is your tone like that? Aren't you missing me?
Aliya : “Of course I miss..., what do you want?” Aliya's voice quickly changed from cheerful to cold.
Alvin : “Al, can you go home?”
Aliya : “I tried to check my schedule, I guess.. no.”.
Alvin : “Go home for a moment, I'll get married.”
Aliya : “Who is that poor girl? Why he could be fooled by you.”
Alvin : “He fell in love with me, you know. I sent the details of the show to your e-mail, I hope you can come.. ah no.. I hope you can go home.”.
Aliya : “I don't promise. Bye.”
Aliya hangs up the phone, she misses home a lot, but her adventurous spirit has not come home yet. He opened an e-mail from Alvin containing details of where and what events will be held. Two weeks later, he checked his schedule and found that there was an exam that day. The morning test, continuing straight to the airport, he would arrive just as the reception began. Aliya smiled putting down her HP and preparing for college.
Aliya walked to her campus not far from the shooting location, she got into one of the buildings and almost hit a man who had just come out of there. The man catches Aliya's hand so she doesn't fall off
the stairs behind him.
Men : “Sorry.” He releases Aliya's hand after Aliya is safe.
Aliya : “It’s ok.”
Aliya looked at the man's face, she had never seen him on campus before. The man passed by while attaching earphones to his ears, leaving Aliya who immediately turned towards his lecture hall.
After completing a fairly solid lecture, Aliya is called to her professor room. The man he almost hit was already sitting there.
Next think of it as every conversation they have in English.
Professor : “Aliya, sit down. Introduce this to Deril, he'll help you with your final assignment. Like you said you wanted to graduate this year. Deril has read your final assignment and is willing to help you.
Aliya : “Hai, we meet again. I'm Aliya.”
Deril : “Hai, Deril. We can start now, actually I don't have much time. In this week, you should have been able to complete parts 4 and 5.”
Aliya : “Actually I've finished that part and now go to part 6, but I haven't had a chance to meet the professor yesterday. We can talk about it now, professor.
Professor : “You two do it, I'll check your correction, Deril. Good luck, Aliya.”
Aliya : “Thank you, professor.”
Aliya and Deril walk out of the professor's room, they exchange phone numbers to get in touch with each other.
Deril : “I have a little bit of work in a moment, can we discuss this in my office?”
Aliya : “Alright. Are you from Indonesia?”
Deril : “Ya, you too right?”
Aliya : “Hmm.
Deril takes Aliya to the car park where his sports car is parked. A woman suddenly hugged Deril as she was about to open the car door.
Vivian : “Deril darling, you go anywhere.”
Deril : “Hai, Vivian. I'm busy.”
Vivian : “Oh, you're busy same new yes.” Vivian looked cynically at Aliya who was looking at her coldly.
Deril gets into the car with Aliya, wears a seatbelt and the car walks away. Not much talk during their trip, Aliya is not the type of person who kepo, while Deril looks indifferent.
They reached Deril's office, some people greeted Deril and looked at Aliya with interest. Deril invites Aliya into his room.
Deril : “Sit down, would you like to drink something?”
Aliya : “Mineral water.” Deril took water from the mini bar next to his desk.
Deril : “This, try to see your task.”
Deril soon sank into his reading, occasionally correcting the spelling on Aliya's assignment. His frown shriveled at the part within the task that seemed to be incompatible. His eyes turned to Aliya who was working on it
part 6 and 7 are the final tasks.
Deril : “Al, why did you enter this section here?”
Aliya read for a while and began to explain her purpose of putting that part into her task. Deril listened until Aliya finished talking.
Deril : “Can you maintain this section later during the exam? Actually it's interesting because it looks new, but you know for yourself how the professor thinks.
Aliya : “I'm sure I can, many references I used for this.”
Deril : “Ok, I will give a sign for this part.”
Aliya re-typed quickly on her laptop, they were busy again on their own. Shortly after Deril got up from his chair, he picked up the phone and called someone. From his talk it seems like it was his business partner, though,
Aliya listened to the conversation with her hands fixed typing her final task.
Deril notices that Aliya eavesdropped on the conversation, hanging up. His black eyes looked at Aliya sharply, though,
Deril : “Did you listen to my talk earlier?”
Aliya : “I'm here and your voice is pretty loud. How could I not hear it?”
Deril : “I want to know something, said the professor you're pretty smart. Can you help me?”
Aliya : “Help what?”
Deril opens his laptop and takes it to the face of Aliya who has closed his own laptop.
Deril : “You see this document, I think your final assignment is the same as this. If you can find out what's wrong with this document, I'll help you get your final assignment done this month.”
Aliya : “I tried ya.”
Aliya asked for a paper and pen, she started reading the document and found flaws in the document that read the cooperation contract. Aliya noted the details of her words and solutions according to the supposed provisions.
Aliya : “This, let you see first.”
Deril read the correction Aliya had given him and took out his HP. He called someone and got into a very heated conversation, until Deril finally broke off the conversation and sat back on the sofa. He slammed the paper in his hand and spread his body, closing his eyes. Aliya who saw that just kept quiet to let Deril calm down first.
Deril : “Thanks, Aliya. Almost my papa signed this document, he'll lose big if he gets to the deal. How did you do it?”
Aliya : “Entahlah, so this month my final task is completed yes.”
Deril : “But you have to overtime, ready not?”
Aliya : “Ok.”
