Sometimes happiness is necessary not waiting for it to come. But what would happen if happiness could never be achieved?

Alva sat behind the table facing the pile of files he had to sign. Sometimes he smokes cigarette smoke. The knocking of the door blew away. Deva the friend appeared with a big smile.

"Don't tell me you want to come here? Coming in!"

The mature brown-skinned man took a seat in front of Alva. For six months he had not seen his best friend. Alva looks a little thin with sunken eyes.

"Loe's like a frustrated man, Al!"

Alva raised her lips slightly throwing the rest of the cigarettes into the ashtray.

"Maybe! But shouldn't life continue?" he leaned his body into the chair.

"Loe doesn't want to go back? In this small town?"

Shrugging his shoulders and shaking his head, Alva said bring him better here.

"And you can eat Safira?"

The clean-skinned man was silent. Six months passed, he chose to go for the good of all apparently has not found it. He did not feel completely forgetful.

Deva chuckled, she knew exactly what Alva was like.

"Loe hasn't been able to escape him, has she?" ask, "come on! Find another girl, Al! There must also be something ...."

"Don't talk, Dev! I know what I have to do .. but at the moment I can't do anything" he said.

Deva nodded, she handed a light blue envelope with a pink ribbon towards her best friend.

"What's this?"

"Read, I hope you come!"

"Loe ... loe married, Dev?" I asked after reading the invitation.

Nod Deva with a big smile and a pat on the shoulder by Alva.

"Congratulations, Dev! I'm definitely coming!"

Deva smiled in thanks.

"Gue hope you'll catch up soon, Al!"

Alva raised her eyebrows smiling.

Sapphira's pregnancy stepped on the seventh month, the belly of the woman with the face of the ayu was increasingly bulging. Being pregnant in the midst of people who love him makes Sapphira feel comfortable. Santi's mother was endlessly paying attention to her daughter-in-law. Of course her husband, Tyo. The man was more attentive to his wife.

"Mas Tyo, I can take it myself, do not need to be taken," Safira said as he was about to take a drink in the refrigerator.

"I know, but I want to enjoy what it's like to be a husband who's always there for his pregnant wife." The gentle gaze of the man always kept Safira protected.

"Mas, the day after tomorrow so go?" Somehow his heart was troubled to hear Tyo was going out of town for one business.

The man nodded with a smile.

"Yesterday Alva came, well the day after Mas and he would leave for the same city. We should meet with investors there."

The woman fell silent, gently rubbing her stomach. There was a worried pebsit implied from his face. That was Tyo.

"Why, Honey?"

"I'm worried, Mum."

"Worry? Why?"

"My feeling is not good" she said with teary eyes.

Tyo approached, trying to calm the wife. While gently rubbing Safira's stomach he said that there was no need to worry.

"Everything's fine, you don't worry." He hugged Safira while peeping the top of the woman's head.

"Don't cry, I'm fine."

Not more calm, Safira increasingly intrigued. Unlike usual, the woman felt that something was troubling her mind.  However, Tyo could temper his wife's fret.

The morning as planned, Alva picks Tyo up to her house. Despite his doubts, he tried to set his heart. The figure who missed was preparing for Tyo's departure.

"But be careful. Let me know as soon as I get there," he said before kissing Tyo's back. All of this was witnessed by Alva. He smiled as if he felt the happiness of both. Not forgetting Tyo rubbed Safira's stomach and whispered something there.

"I'm leaving, honey. Take good care of ourselves and the fruits of our love. I just told her not to bother her mom."

Safira nodded smilingly holding back the tears that were about to spill.

"Be careful," he said wiping the dripping water.

For a moment Alva stared at Sapphira. That woman looks more and more beautiful.

"Mas Al can be careful, right?"

Alva nodded her lips.

"Don't worry, he'll be fine. We're leaving," the farewell passed.

The thunderbolt woke the woman from the ground. He looked towards the wall. The time is seen at eleven p.m. The man who was waiting did not give any news. He seems to be starting to fret. While outside the rain is getting crazy.

Safira got up to pick up the phone trying to get back to her husband. None of the calls were answered. His face was getting frustrated.

Just as he was about to put his body back into bed, his phone rang.

"Assalamualaikum, Mother."

"___"

"Those nights? What's up, Mom?"

"___"

"Mom, but ...."

Phone connection disconnected. Safira said she didn't understand what was happening. But his heart suddenly grew stronger. A small kick from the stomach made her surprised. Gently he rubbed while trying to chat with his life in there.

"Papa's gonna be fine, honey," he whispered.

The car stopped right in front of the house. He peeked out from behind the curtains. Ms. Santi was moved closer. Soon he opened the door.

"Saffira." Unlike usual, this time his in-laws immediately hugged by saying words that he could not digest his intention.

"Mom sit down first."

"Mom, tell me what's going on" he asked after they sat in the living room.

"Son, your husband and Alva ... they ...."

His face turned as white as cotton. His breath was hunting with his eyes appearing to condense. Said Miss Santi as if answering her fret yesterday. Tyo and Alva had an accident on the way home. The car they were riding had a tire rupture that resulted in their vehicle could not be controlled so it hit the highway guardrail.

"Bu .. Where are they? What about Mas Tyo and Mas Alva? They're fine, aren't they?" His voice trembled along with the flowing tears. Ms. Santi said that Mr. Yuda was trying to get the two moved to a hospital in their city. Because the location of the incident is not far from the city where they live.

"Mom, they're okay, aren't they, Mom? Say, Mom."

"We all hope so, Sapphira."

Santi's mother hugged her son-in-law trying to share power with each other.

There was nothing that the woman could say but cry withstanding the pain in the chest watching her soulmate roll helplessly with her eyes closed. He was declared in a coma by a doctor. A severe blow to the head caused bleeding in the brain of the husband to be unconscious.

Safira stared pushyly at the monitor screen, occasionally wiping her husband's forehead. The woman's lips continued to pray. There was a deep look of sorrow on that radiance of face.

"Mas, wake. In a moment, he's coming .. soon your son will be born, Mas. Don't you want to see it, don't you want to accompany us?" sobbing. One week the man locked his eyes. Unmoving, unreacting. Although prevented, Safira insisted on staying in the hospital day and night.

"Mother, I've lost both parents who loved me. Do I now also have to lose Mas Tyo? He's the only one who can calm me down and love me, ma'am."

Miss Santi can't talk much, she's just trying to support her daughter-in-law.

"Mother knows, Sapphira, but your condition requires you to rest. I don't want anything to happen to you and your future grandchild."

The woman's tough attitude finally made Miss Santi give up. He finally sent Pak Soleh's wife in the village to accompany Sapphira. While Miss Santi is actually no less sad. The state of Alva was not far from the condition of Tyo. Even though the man was beginning to awaken.

The first question Alva asked was about her sister.

"Mas Tyo, Mom? Where's Brother Tyo? Al wants to see you, he's all right?"

The mother's eyes glazed over. He could only ask God that his son Tyo could pass through his coma. The doctor said it when he consulted.

"The level of coma consciousness depends on how severe the damage is to the brain and which parts of the brain are still functioning. People who are in a coma are not aware of the circumstances around and cannot respond to sounds or pain. Basic reflexes such as coughing and swallowing in comatose patients are greatly reduced, and some patients need aids to keep breathing" explained the white-haired doctor was friendly.

"Then what about my son, Doctor?"

"Some coma patients can be conscious, and some go into vegetative status and die. Pray, may the mother's child get through this period," he explained.

Miss Santi's tears flowed without being held back. Seeing that, Alva became hysterical. Many times he asked about Tyo, but still he did not get an answer. Only the mother's face makes her brain think wild.

"Mother, take me to Sister Tyo!"

"Alva, your condition does not allow for that. Tyo is in intensive care. He'll be fine. Believe me!" The newly arrived Yuda sir mediated. Unsatisfied with the answer, he tried to get up. However, of course it is not possible, because his leg bones are cracked which causes him no longer free to move.
