Eps. 10 - Sleepiness

Rian chases after Niken who walks quickly into their car. That morning they were almost late to the office because Niken woke up late.

Last night really happened when Rian showed me what he said. And Niken was so embarrassed that she couldn't sleep after midnight. He even warned Rian not to touch him.

Rian: "Niken, don't snack on dong. I'm just a prank."

Niken : "Snakes? Stop talking and quickly run the car. Don't say anything else."

Ian: "Mats..."

Niken: "I'll take a taxi."

Niken almost got out of the car when Rian turned on the car and drove it to the office. During the trip, Niken is more silent not responding to Rian.

Arriving at the office, Rian headed for his study while Niken went down on the floor of his room. Joya has come and seen Niken's mood seems not good.

His face looked irritated and reddened,

Joya: "Aren't you pa-pa?"

Niken: "I..."

Niken is eager to confide in Joya but she realizes that Joya is not married, and it would be a shame for her to hear Niken's story.

Niken: "I'm almost late. Quickly prepare the meeting materials. Mr. Calvin will be here any minute."

That afternoon they had another meeting with Calvin because the project was already running 50% and Calvin had to transfer funds again for the continuation of the project.

Calvin's staff, who came first, had already received and checked the progress of the report with the reality on the ground and from their side were very satisfied with the results.

Calvin came today. It's a little strange because usually the director will not come again before the project finish or there are obstacles with the project.

Calvin: "Joya, the last time we met it seems like your hair wasn't this short. Did you cut it?"

Joya: "No, Mr. Calvin."

Calvin: "They have finished it. Lunch with me. You don't have a boyfriend, do you?"

Joya: "I still have meetings, sir."

Calvin knows that Boy likes Joya too, and wants to make Boy jealous. He wants to know when a tough businessman like Boy wavers out of love, what will happen to his business.

After all, Calvin is more interested in Boy than Joya actually is. Shhhhhh!!! It's a secret yes.

Calvin: "Master Boy, I'll have Miss Joya personally for lunch with me. I don't think Mr Boy would mind, would he?"

Boy: "May as long as I can join."

Calvin: "Ach, very good. We can talk a lot."

Inevitably, Joya still had to accompany Calvin to lunch even with Boy as well. Still, Joya was uncomfortable with the way Calvin looked at her.

They were already sitting inside one of the luxurious restaurants. Joya was a little nervous and wanted to run away from there. But he had to face this for the sake of the company.

After their orders came, Calvin drew closer and closer to Joya. Not even touching his hand. Joya gets awkward to get sweet treatment from Calvin.

Boy's gaze sharply stared at the interaction between Joya and Calvin. He was eager to yell at Calvin to get away from Joya and Joya was his. But he can't say it or Joya will know all his secrets all along.

When their food runs out, Calvin asks Joya to follow him into a slightly private room. To speed up turmoil and discomfort to end soon, Joya just say yes.

Feeling worried, Boy opened the door and went straight in. He looked around the empty room, where did Joya go?

But as he turned around, Boy saw Calvin walking towards him.

Calvin: "Mr Boy, it's great to see you again."

Boy: "Where's Joya?"

Calvin: "The place is safe... I need to talk to you."

Calvin gets closer to Boy who stays in his place. Boy stared intently at Calvin who was almost clinging to his body.

Calvin: "Yeah...!! So handsome! Mas Boy, I'm on you!"

Boy : "...???!!!"

Boy was shocked when Calvin's attitude suddenly changed 180'. Calvin presumptuously pulled up Boy's shirt and almost kissed him.

Boy: "What are you doing?!"

Calvin's: "Mas Boy... Kiss me... Don't go far."

Boy was amused to see the behavior of Calvin who wanted to hug and kiss him. Boy realizes that Calvin only used Joya to lure him into this room.

Boy: "Sorry, Mr. Calvin. But I'm still very normal. I hope you don't misunderstand."

Calvin: "Is Joya better than me? Sweeter?" Calvin sulks hoping Boy will choose him over Joya and it's clear he's crazy.

Boy: "Where's Joya? Tell me where he is or I'll stop our cooperation."

Calvin: "You're gonna lose a lot, Mas Boy..."

Boy: "For Joya's sake, I'm ready to lose that much."

Seeing the determination of Boy's heart, Calvin sighed. He took a cigarette out of his pocket and started smoking.

Calvin: "Ah, you are not happy. Try to kiss me, we can play hot for a second."

Boy: "Where's Joya?!"

Calvin : "St... Maybe he's asleep now."

Calvin signaled with his head, behind them was a slight gap. Boy walks there and sees Joya lying on the bed. Her clothes were still intact and she seemed to be fine.

When Boy looked back to see Calvin, he disappeared somewhere. Looks like he won't bother them for today.

Boy walks into the room and sits next to Joya. He stroked her head and removed the hair that covered her face. Seen by Joya's calm face, his forehead wrinkled as Boy kissed the forehead.

Boy: "Thank God you're okay. I'm sorry I couldn't protect you. I love you, Joya."

Suddenly Joya's eyes opened, they immediately looked at her and Joya immediately rose from her sleep.

Boy: "What happened?"

Joya: "Don't know, sir. When I got in here, my head was dizzy."

Boy: "Can you wake up? We're back at the office."

Joya nodded and slowly got off the bed, she put on her shoes and carried her things out of there with Boy.
