Somplak Boss
Part 58: Women of Choice

"Viola, eat, yuk?" his mother said when she opened the door.

Viola gave no answer at all. Still sitting in front of the window while staring at the water in the pool.

Her mother stepped up, then held onto both of Viola's shoulders.

"Some word from Mas Erwin and Rena?" asked Viola in a hoarse voice.

Viola's mother shook her head weakly. "Let this life, however, continue to go with or not with them."

Viola wiped away the tears that had always been faithful inundated her cheeks the past week. "Anterin me to Zahra's house, Ma!"

"Hmm, Zahra is now living in an orphanage." Viola's mother who was always monitoring Zahra's progress told him.

"Why?" Viola looked surprised.

"All his property was sold by his uncle. And, he felt he had no right to enjoy the treasure that Erwin had left behind. Even though Erwin's parents and his grandfather had been pushy. There are too many memories in it."

Viola was puffed out, sighing harshly. "Jude, let's go!"

"But eat first, huh?"

Viola went back silent for a moment then nodded in doubt.

After traveling for about an hour. Finally Viola and his mother arrived at an orphanage in the South Jakarta area, where Zahra now lives.

Since childhood, Zahra has often stayed at this orphanage. Because after his parents died, this place made him feel he still had a family. In her own home, it felt like hell. Uncle Aji's family always treated him cruelly.

Viola looked at the familiar female in front of the parlour. Viola hurriedly ran over to the woman after getting out of the car.

"Hey, you!" viola shouted after arriving in front of the woman wearing the black police uniform.

"You were the police officer who saved me that time, right?"

Caramel put on a smile and then nodded. "How are you doing?"

"Alhamdulilah, fine," nods Viola enthusiastically. "here? What's to do?"

"Meeting with my school."

"Owh," Viola replied with a gaping mouth.

"That's my theme" pointed Caramel at the woman wearing a navy-colored balotelli.

"Huh?" Viola was surprised because the one appointed was Zahra.

"Why? Shocked? Is that Mr Erwin's wife?" Caramel laughing. "Yes, that's my friend."

"Ah, I didn't expect it." Viola looks clumsy.

Zahra greeted Caramel, Viola, and Viola's mother.

"Kok, can you come with that?" asked Zahra smiling.

"What a coincidence, huh?" caramel then giggled.

Viola felt pity for Zahra, who despite being grieved but still looked cheerful. Now the four of them sit in the gazebo which is in the garden of the orphanage.

"What about your condition?" chirping Viola's mother, made Viola and Caramel instantly sculpt that second as well.

Zahra glanced towards her stomach, then smiled wryly towards Viola's mother. A baby born without the presence of a father.

The cheerful atmosphere that had been presented vanished just like that. Caramel only gulped his saliva with great difficulty. Feeling guilty because Zahra lost her husband because of her mistake. Caramel made Erwin as bait to find out Rustam's hideout, which he said in Beijeng was in Hanan province.

Zahra again sobbed at the thought of Erwin. Viola immediately clenched Zahra's body to calm down. Viola realizes that Zahra is still a child, still the same age as Erwin's sister. It's only natural that a girl who was supposed to go to college like Zahra was devastated by her husband's passing.

"She will help you take care of your child." Viola rubbed Zahra's trembling back in her arms. "We take care of your son together, okay?" lirih Viola was crying.

Caramel could only bite her lower lip and then looked up, unable to see the heartbreaking sight.

"Thank you, Ma'am," said Zahra taking off her arms and then wiping away the tears that again soaked her cheeks. "Eh, I'm sorry to be crying like gini, deh."

Deg.

"Pray the best for Mr. Erwin, Ra."

Zahra and Viola tried to entertain themselves by visiting the Ragunan star garden in South Jakarta. Unexpectedly, the tragedy made them become this close like a brother who loved each other.

"The tar! Zahra I bought cappuccino cincau, here." Viola showed me the drink he had just ordered. After getting tired of surrounding the ragunan park, see various types of animals. The two of them finally decided to rest on the benches that had been provided in the corners of the park.

The two of them were just laughing like teenagers who were hanging out. Very similar to ABG who has not felt the bitterness of life.

"Zahra your face looks like an orangutan, huh." Viola giggled while sipping his cappucino cinca.

"Ishh," Zahra snorted as she patted Viola on the shoulder. "Mbak Viola even looks like a goat that was caged earlier, embekkk..," the lead made the two of them instantly open.

"Okay, ah, ouch. My stomach hurts laughing mute." Viola tried to put the brakes on her laughter which made her stomach ache.

Zahra sipped her drink casually, then her gaze turned towards the two married couples and two children who looked excited when they saw the elephant at the end. The look on Zahra's face immediately turned sad.

"What's wrong?" asked Viola who was aware of Zahra's change in facial expression.

Zahra forced a smile. "No papa."

Viola seemed to think for a moment. "Earlier every weekend Mas Erwin often took me to vacation to tourist attractions."

Zahra.

"You know what I always remember about Mas Erwin?" viola smiled, but there was clearly sadness that he was hiding. "Hmm, Mas Erwin still pray wherever he is, even though recreational events are still exciting."

Zahra dropped her head onto Viola's shoulder. Let them open up the good memories of the past to start a new future.

"Mbak misses Mas Erwin too?" zahra asked as she rubbed her stomach. His view looks empty.

"Maybe. I'm sorry I left Mas Erwin just for Rustam."

"That means...."

"But I'm happy too. Everything that has happened must have been a silver lining," Viola interrupted Zahra's unfinished speech. "If I do not divorce Mas Erwin, surely Mas Erwin will not marry you. You are a pearl, Ra, you are a light that gives warmth to the life of Mas Erwin. While I'm just a copong shell that doesn't contain. There is no beauty at all."

"Book?" zahra asked with the same expression. Droopy.

Viola snorted, sometimes Zahra was very annoying. He was not sure if Zahra had listened to his words earlier.

"Why do you keep cheating, even though you know that Mas Erwin is the best man."

Viola sighed, then went back to sipping his drink. "Behind the harmony of the household, there is always a former demon who is ready to destroy."

At once Zahra also remembered Vilan who had recently been intensively approaching him.

"As if presenting the beauty of heaven, whereas the devil always plunges us into the valley of destruction. So, humans must be good at controlling lust. Because demons often affect us through lust." Viola embracing Zahra's body gave an injection of spirit.

"The cheating race brought us together as winners with the main character who fell in the match." Zahra is back.

"Aren't you planning on getting married again, Ra?" asked Viola doubtfully.

"If loving Mas Erwin reminds me of God, why should I betray him?"

Viola hugged Zahra again, both sobbing again holding back the longing for Erwin.

"Woe to women who choose men only because of their property, not because of their morality and religion. That's why you're looking for the world. The world is small, only as big as a mosquito wing for the Great Master of the Throne."

"If Miss Viola wants to get married again, don't try to cheat just like before, yes, Ma'am," Zahra asked in a hoarse voice.

Viola shook his head. "No way," he answered in a trembling voice. "If you? Got another wedding plan?"

Zahra nodded slowly. "Come, Ma'am. I want to focus on raising this child myself, to grow up, to succeed, to become a person who is useful to others. Then I'll die and follow Mas Erwin and Rena to heaven."

Viola choked, his throat feeling dry hearing Zahra's expression of loyalty to Erwin. "Heaven is too beautiful to be exchanged for worldly pleasures, Ra. You are the chosen woman. You're the chosen girl. Truly the woman of choice."
