Direct training begins with training the body's endurance. To train endurance, the players do light jogging again like warming up but the distance is short, it is to check the heart rate of the players first.


But even though the distance is short, the jogging is arranged by a physical trainer, where players have to jog 30 seconds, then sprint for 15 seconds then go back to jogging 30 seconds again and sprint again. It was done several times in a fairly close interval.


After that, the training continues with the cutting program.


This cutting training to shape the body so that it does not have fat and only forms muscle. After some other endurance exercises like box jumps, training continues to the strength training stage.


The players do push-ups, back-ups, squats

The next training is to train agility, where the zig-zag run like the warm-up but now set with the time set by the physical trainer, of course more intense again.


The physical exercise is completed, then continued with the technique exercise for 20 minutes.
