All of those training sessions Reza will do during this week of every exercise together. Reza is required to complete this 1 week perfectly, the exercise he did for 50 full minutes without stopping. If you are able to complete the weight training for a week, then you will increase the portion of exercise each type of movement.
Of course, accompanied by eating high protein foods such as chicken eggs, nuts, fish and other foods that have high protein. Reza is also required to consume complex carbohydrate foods such as vegetables, fruits and also whole grains.
All that coach Vino explained was the set of rules that the nutritionist staff set when looking at Reza's posture, as well as his health. Everything is thought out carefully.
During exercise Reza is also required to drink water regularly so as not to dehydrate. In accordance with the appropriate dose, Reza obeyed all these things.
Surely Reza is not alone in accepting various training programs, many colleagues who get it, but the program is a little light from Reza. So, Reza is not alone in the gym doing all that with physical trainer Candra.
He was a little happy, but not so happy because the training program was really heavy.
