The ringing of the phone distracts him.
"It seems like it's time for me to go." he muttered as he grabbed the phone from the top of the nightstand, then saw a notification of incoming messages from the top of the screen.
Slowly he got out of bed very carefully so that the woman did not wake up. Then, without carrying anything other than his phone. His footsteps walked towards the door. A few steps he did without sound until he came out of the room. Breathing is back to normal.
"Ekhem! Bry, why do you sneak around like a thief?" chirp a man who was already standing by leaning against the front wall of Bryant's room.
"Is it time to argue? I'm late, where's the ticket?" bryant asked back without wanting to delay time again, making Muel grunt while giving a piece of paper which is a flight ticket back to the city of his friend.
"Bry, when are you back?" muel asked following his best friend's steps away from the main room.
Bryant checked his ticket, making sure he didn't miss the flight. "I'm back as soon as I can, but for that, you know I have to do something to keep Hazel from suspecting me....,"
"Bry, are you unconscious? Even your sudden departure does not make your wife ask your whereabouts. Why do you think that woman loves you." Muel was upset.
Bryant stopped his steps, then turned to look at his best friend. "I know Hazel, she's just busy working. It is impossible for my wife to forget her husband. Hazel.., uh....,"
"Whatever! I don't wanna hear. Remember that, Bry. Ara is not the woman you vent your desire to have offspring! I as your best friend just want the best for you, but don't blame me. If you can't be fair, I'll keep you away from your serial wife." Clearly Muel was serious, making Bryant hold back his anger with his hands clenched.
Bryant took a breath and exhaled slowly, "Take him! I know you can take care of him. Relationships are not based on lies, but situations make my relationships full of lies. Give me some time to straighten this out, you know what I'm like."
Samuel realized he was too carried away by the feelings of the friend's life. Bryant's calm attitude leaned on his attitude that was quite frontal. "Sorry, Bry. Let's take you to the airport!"
"No problem, we're best friends, right?" greet Bryant by embracing Muel's move.
The two walked out of the villa embracing each other like inseparable companions, making someone standing behind the exit of his place. It was not his intention to eavesdrop, but everything he heard sounded strange and incomprehensible.
"Who's Hazel? Is it true that the woman above is just a serial wife?" He said as he turned the glass in his hand. "Well why am I involved in the complexity of people's lives, anyway? Now what do I have to do?"
"You.., uh....,"
"You're a doctor, then be a doctor for Miss Ara. That's enough, didn't you ask to try to be Miss's friend? That focus is so that the health and emotions of prospective mothers stay awake. I'm just like you. Our duties, obligations and responsibilities make no difference. Let's collaborate?" Ocy extended his right hand.
Kinara smiled faintly hearing the calm demeanor with a straightforward delivery from a bodyguard. "Friends, call me Kinara."
"Call me Ocy, we'd better take a break. Didn't Miss Ara's therapy schedule start tomorrow morning?" ask Ocy to make sure.
Kinara smiled sweetly, "Yes, what if we go for a morning walk together? Around the villa."
"Can, we gather in the dining room after prayer. Good night." Answer Ocy.
"Night too," Kinara replied, leaving her place to return to the guest room on the lower floor.
