Do I Look Weird?

My heart rate is getting worse and feels like I want to jump. I need to finish the day's event immediately to get my heart back to normal. I'm not sure I'd be able to act normal if Brother Ryan kept barking at me like this.

''Here you go, let's go home!'', I sped up my pace so that Brother Ryan didn't notice my change of feeling and also my heartbeat that was like it was about to explode. The crack sounded loud in my ear, and I hope Brother Ryan doesn't hear it.

''Hey ''Hey! Why did you leave me! Answer my question first'', he began to pursue my small steps.

I pretended not to hear it by going on.

''Hey, look out!'', he suddenly pulled my hand and I staggered back into his body.

A young man who was engrossed in his cell phone almost hit me from the left before Brother Ryan pulled me. The me that was focusing on the road in front of me ignored things from any direction almost colliding with the young man.

The young man who almost bumped into me seemed to be more mature than us when viewed from his appearance. He was also taller than Brother Ryan, for a moment we were glued together because we were both shocked. He apologized to me and Brother Ryan then resumed his steps after I apologized as well.

It seemed like the young man was in such a hurry when viewed from his wide steps.

We went home in silence with feelings raging in each other's minds. I sat quietly and looked at the road on my left side through the car window.

Brother Ryan drove me to the front of the house, then said goodbye to prepare for the event later in the afternoon. Don't forget he handed me a paper bag containing the clothes I bought. He also said he would pick me up at 5 in the afternoon.

I brought a paper bag into the house and then put it on the bed. Ardi came home after playing all day when the clock showed the number 12. I did tell him to play so he could feel the beauty of childhood. I don't want Ardi helping out at work and keeping him locked up with what adults should be doing.

Right now I'm getting ready to take a shower before Brother Ryan comes to pick me up. I remember the paper bag that Ryan gave me earlier. I took it to prepare the clothes I wanted to wear.

I can't believe Ryan bought me all this. Did Brother Ryan notice me earlier while trying on this shirt? If so, I feel more indebted to him. There were countless help I received from him, and now he was willing to waste money to buy these expensive things for me.

I'm in a dilemma, between wearing it or returning it. Ryan's sister bought it for me and asked me to wear it. I went out to look at the wall clock in the living room. My time is wasted watching the money things bought by Brother Ryan.

After taking a shower, I was worried about which clothes to wear. I thought for a long time, I decided to wear the dress that Ryan bought. I tried it, and the size fit my guess.

I proceeded to smear my face with cheap powder and cream that was commonly sold at a nearby store. At least I have to dress up a little to make up for this dress.

I wear earrings and bandanas with neat and lastly flat shoes. Not long after, I also heard the roar of the car in front of the house. I came out of the room and I saw my dad sitting in the living room chair.

''Well, well, the beautiful daughter of the father'', praise me as soon as I see me.

''What the hell well, when this is normal'', I feel embarrassed by my father's praise.

''Hehee.. Really, nduk. If you don't believe me, ask Ardi. Son! The ardi! Try to get out for a minute''

Ardi praised me.

I went out of the house to approach Ryan. Brother Ryan was waiting for me by leaning in front of the hood of the car while busy playing his phone.

''Sister!'', call me wake up Brother Ryan from his busy life.

''You're ready!?'', Brother Ryan raised his eyesight slowly from the phone towards me.

For a second, brother Ryan was still glued, while I was just looking at him strangely.

''What's up? Do I look weird?"
