Special Edition WW II Part 19 (Exploring the Ruins)

Chris tried to open his mouth to explain, and Leia smashed her three front teeth with a single punch, screaming in pain.

"Chris, do you think I'll believe your bullshit?”

Leia doesn't trust anyone. In the ruins of an ancient civilization, he would not give his life to a dubious scientist.

Leia ordered everyone to leave "church” and set up a tent in an open space outside the church.

When we first arrived at the ruins, we knew nothing about it, so we rushed to the ruins, and the danger was unpredictable. Leia planned to spend a day exploring the surrounding buildings, and then go deep into the ruins after gathering enough information.

After setting up camp, Leia ordered half of them to stay behind while the other half explored the building complex, and the two teams took turns to rest.

The exploration team had to move forward in a solid formation so as not to be left alone, and immediately sent a signal bomb to retreat in case of danger. Leia and I were in camp, ready to respond.

I don't know if Leia's joking or she's serious, but I know she can do it.

"What's next step?" I change the subject, I don't want to talk about eating people

"The submarine force compartment is damaged, there are no replacement parts, and we have no other way but to continue exploring the ruins”

Our supplies last a maximum of ten days. If we can't leave on the fifth day, the supplies won't allow us to return to headquarters. Exploring the ruins is the only way out.

"Hannah, I should have told you something earlier. There is always danger in the ruins. I'll let Philip and his men rush forward. You don't need to interfere.” Leia warned.

At first, I thought Philip was my subordinate, and it was not good to use him like this, but then I thought that Philip was trying to kill me, and Leia would kill him sooner or later, sooner or later, so it's meaningless to protect her.

Leia ordered everyone to rest for a day, and checked the detonators, explosives, submachine guns, pistols, and rifles several times to avoid any leaks after entering the depths of the ruins.

Leia smiled and stomped on Philip's knee without warning.

With a creak, Philip collapsed to the ground.

Not without reason Leia attacked us. There are now six students in the team, and Philip has five. Once Philip attacks us, we'll be very passive. Separate Philip from his men, who had no command but could only listen to him.

The passageway extends into the mountain, and it takes us an hour to reach the end of that passageway.

A half-human-tall metal platform stood in front of the stone gate. The Stone Door was inlaid with sparkling glowing blue crystals.

“You, go up first.” Leia grabbed one of Philip's subordinates.

“Why?” The metal platform exuded a strange atmosphere, and he knew that he was being used as bait.

“This is a command!”

“Sorry, I just obeyed Major Philip.”'s orders The soldier fought.

“Bang!”

Leia was not talking nonsense, she just pulled out a gun and fired a shot at the soldier's head.

The remaining four tried to take up their weapons to fight back, but the cadets put guns on their heads.

All the students were smart people, and Leia knew what to do next when she fired the gun. Naturally, they would not take risks directly if they were bait.

The four of them were directed with weapons and reluctantly climbed onto the metal platform.

As the four of them climbed the metal platform, several red rays shot out from the Crystal ball at the stone gate, sweeping the bodies of the four people from top to bottom.

The next second, the crystal ball turned from blue to red.

On the metal table, there was a creaking sound.

A strong burning sensation spreads to the soles of the feet, and the smell of burning boots flows into the nostrils.

Before the four of them ran away from the metal platform, their clothes burned at the same time, and I even smelled the smell of burnt meat.
