Becoming a Blood Sucker?

Doctor Steven is nervous because Ariana is allowed to leave for up to one week. His best friend said he needed to mourn Evander's 'death. And Ariana really enjoyed it by dissolving in grief and loss, remembering her husband at all times without being disturbed.

“Don't kill yourself with silly things, Ariana! I really don't like you shutting yourself up in your room and spending time just looking at the ocean like this!” said dr. Steven with a little loud tone.

“I really want to die, Steven! I don't think I can live without Evander. I can't explain how sick I am in here!” ariana said as she rubbed her chest. With tears that slowly melt again. It started without sound, but over time it became a heartbreaking sob.

“I understand, but you must be strong! You promised Evander to wait for him if there might be a fate of a second meeting.”

Steven hugged her, calming down with a few soft sentences and a swipe at the shoulder, until Ariana's tears eased a little. “I'm very depressed and lost, Steven!”

“I understand very well, Ariana. You're a strong woman, you can definitely get through all this sadness.”

Ariana tells all her stories and feelings that go back in time with Evander. “I don't expect you to believe, but I've been feeling bad for a week. I mean, like a really sick person.”

“You want me to check you?”

“Yes, do! I need an intensive examination. I lost my appetite,” complained Ariana.

Heard that dr. Steven made a warm porridge. “You want me to make milk too?”

“I don't want to eat or drink,” decak Ariana while shaking her head.

“What symptoms have you experienced? Most disturbing, at least you know the medical cause of your pain, you're a doctor!”

“I started not being able to sleep at night, Steven! The nightmare of farewell at the pier is troubling me. I suddenly didn't like the smell of onions .. And I felt my gums itch! You know what I mean, right above the canines?” ask Ariana full of meaning.

“Gosh ... Why don't I think that far? Did Evander bite you?” Steven pulls out Ariana's scarf, looking for evidence of Evander's bite.

“Ya, here!” Ariana groped his neck, trying to show Steven something.

“There is nothing at all, just disappears ..?” hiss dr. Steven wasn't sure.

Ariana groans, “Really? What about my teeth? Check my eyelids, Steven! Don't let Evander's poison turn me into a bloodsucker!”

Doctor Steven thoroughly examines what Ariana asks, regarding the special traits that are usually closely attached to vampires. He only concluded his opinion after an hour struggling with the book and symptoms Arana complained about.

“Don't let me drink human blood, Steven! Once I liked it, I was afraid of not being able to stop and not being able to control myself to suck blood directly. Oh... Steven, how can I have a bastard who can turn me into a vampire when he's gone?”

Doctor Steven squinted, “Hm, did Evander tell you the possibility of this change?”

“No! Evan said that only a little poison entered my body, the poison he gave me to give me immunity, not to turn me into like him. Evan would have preferred me to remain an ordinary human being, this symptom was not at all what he had said. I haven't forgotten what Evander said!”

Doctor Steven thought hard, “It could be that what Evander said was wrong, I mean not very precise. You've been shown to experience the same symptoms that humans would turn into vampires. Your sleep patterns are also starting to change. If you are able to consume human blood .. we can be sure you are part of Evander.”

Ariana shook her head in anger, “I will never drink the blood of my own people, Steven! Don't let me be a ruthless bloodsucker! Just bring me the cow's blood after you've finished work, or I'll suck your blood instead!”

“Your father could die standing if he knew this fact, Ariana! You know he's arranging your wedding with Jonathan. Big party next month, everyone already knows this news .. sorry I didn't dare to tell you!” dr. Steven with a sorry expression.

“Gosh!” Ariana ruffled her hair, grabbing it herself in frustration. It seems like his father should be told in a more violent way. How many more times did he have to reject Jonathan? And why did his father love to die with Jonathan? Is there no other man in America who can marry her than Jonathan? Ariana was crazy to think about her father's plans.

Douglas is overjoyed to learn that Ariana's husband is missing. Scraps of the former Evander ship found on the shoreline indicate that the ship was destroyed by lightning.

Simultaneously, news of a strange thunderstorm that struck the high seas but did not extend to mainland Maine was posted on electronic media. Evander is reported to be an insecure fisherman while fishing, as his ship was caught in the center of the storm and shattered into pieces.

“I'm sorry, I don't know if it can still help you get away from Jonathan this time. Doug threatened my career in the hospital if I influenced your decision,” Steven said sourly.

“I will deal with myself about my father and Jonathan,” said Ariana no less sour. “You just need to keep a close eye on all my stories. I don't want to be considered crazy for marrying a time-traveling vampire. I think not only I will be taken to a mental hospital, but you and your wife are also because they have confirmed and believe my story that seems to make it up!”

“I never thought that this story would be complicated.”

“And I'm glad to have a sharing friend, at least I'm not crazy alone. You and your best wife, Steven!”

Ariana's heart healing process should go smoothly because Steven and his wife never let it alone. They always exchange stories and are full of jokes every day. It's just that, Ariana is still difficult to accept the harsh reality of her life.

Three days later, Ariana decided to undergo a change of routine, either at home or work. He began to set the schedule of work in the hospital at night and spent the day with sleep. He did not consume much human food, but replaced it by drinking fresh blood from livestock, to fade his thirst.

Ariana did not stay silent with the condition of her body. He and dr. Steven conducted a number of studies to stop changes in his metabolism. The amount of busyness is what makes Ariana can forget a little about her sadness.
