HAPPY READING'S...⚘⚘⚘
The days continue to change, as if to witness the happiness of a couple who have been living together for three years. However, their affection is not inferior to two pairs of newlyweds who just a few months ago just married. Especially now that the content of Afifa has grown.
Nine months is the age of the womb of Afifa, according to estimates doctors, Afifa will give birth in about one week. All baby equipment has been prepared, ranging from baby beds, baby clothes to toiletries complete with soap and fragrances typical of babies that they deliberately keep in their own rooms. A large bag had filled Afifa with maternity supplies that she kept next to her wardrobe.
Afifa always smiled when she saw the baby basket that had been perched beside her bed while rubbing the object and holding her large stomach. I can't wait for the little baby to fill it.
Now Afifa has taken leave, as well as Fauzi, only 3 hours he was in the store, from 9 until the time of dzuhur arrived, the rest of his time he spent at home, only, just accompany his wife to do pregnant gymnastics with her online instructor at home or take a walk every morning and afternoon around the complex so that Afifa muscles are not stiff and continue to move for the health of the womb.
Tonight Afifa woke up at 2:30, something she felt around her lower abdomen. Afifa wriggled and slowly put away Fauzi's arm that was coiled around her body. He got out of bed and stepped into the bathroom to do his best. But had been in the bathroom for so long had not come out even the pain in his stomach did not decrease, he went back out and took the water ablution.
Afifa immediately prayed tahajud without waking her husband, she also remembered by the doctor's remark that if she wanted the delivery to run smoothly, then she had to often do prostration movements by closing her chest to the floor. Long enough Afifa did the movement by reversing its position, this action is enough to make the heartburn reduced.
Afifa recalled the words of the prophet Muhammad narrated by Sayyidatina Fatimah RA when she was about to give birth. He turned on his room lamp, then took the Qur'an and read the suroh Al-Falaq and An-Nas in the suroh Al-Araf verse 54.
...That is, “ Truly, your Lord is God, who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and then He dwells on Throne. He closes the night with the day that accompanies him immediately. He created the sun, the moon and the stars that bowed under His command. Remember, it belongs only to God to all creation and all business. Most Holy God, Lord of the Worlds,” (QS Al-Araf verse 54)....
Afifa kept the Qur'an in her lap as her stomach contracted again, she took a deep breath while bowing tightly to the prayer mat she was sitting on. As the contraction slowly dissipated, he looked down at his large belly while stroking it slowly. "Is it time for Mommy to meet you, son?" said slowly. A smile was engraved from his lips, imagining the moment he had always been waiting for these nine months. He reopened the Qur'an to continue reading.
At 3:30 Fauzi woke up, he rubbed his eyes when he saw the room lights were on and Afifa was sitting on the prayer mat. "Darling...! Already awake?" Fauzi said in a hoarse voice, "Why don't you wake up Brother?" ask her.
Afifa turned to her husband, then smiled, "Fifa could not bear to wake up Kak Aji, sleep very fast," Afifa replied.
"Lo, what is it? Brother also wants to dong get the primacy of dawn," said Fauzi while sitting on the edge of the bed.
"Yes already, there is still time, Brother Aji immediately take Wudhu there!" Afifa replied with a smile trying to hide the pain in her lower abdomen.
"Okay baby," Fauzi stood up and walked towards the bathroom.
Before long Fauzi came out again with a face that was already glittering with the rest of the ablution water, he was surprised to see Afifa who looked grimacing while bowed with his hands squeezing firmly into the prayer mat.
As quickly as lightning Fauzi embraced Afifa's body behind her face, "Honey! you why?" tanyanya panic.
But Afifa immediately raised her head, then turned to look at Fauzi with a smile while saying. "Father, I'm fine" he replied calmly.
"But you're sure, Dek?" Fauzi looked at his wife in a glance.
Afifa nodded with a smile. "Already, no papa, Brother Aji Pray first!"
"Well if that's the case, Brother Pray first!" Fauzi got back on his feet after getting a nod from Afifa. He immediately carried out tahajud, witir and dhikr.
After a while Afifa felt the contractions in her stomach again, she grimaced again making Fauzi turn towards her.
"Dec? wh why? does your stomach hurt? is it time? what...are we going to the doctor now? I.. I'll get the car ready, you wait here! you.you calm down!" Fauzi holds the shoulder of Afifa, the support of calming his wife, but it is he himself who panics.
Afifa smiled, then held back Fauzi's hand that was about to stand up. "Calm down, brother! this is still a long time, the duration is also still long, most recently the opening one"
"meaning?" Fauzi did not understand.
"So the contractions in the abdomen of pregnant women have a duration, later if the time is getting closer, then the duration of the contract will be more frequent, and the opening will increase."
"But you've been in so much pain" Fauzi stroked Afifa's stomach.
"Grandfather, this is common for pregnant women when they want to give birth, Kak Aji just relax! Fifa can still hold it." Afifa placed her hand on Fauzi's hand which was still attached to his stomach.
"I don't want you to be in pain, Dek!" Fauzi kissed Afifa.
"Fifa knows, Brother! but this pain is nothing compared to Fifa's happiness at thinking she will soon be present in our midst" Afifa cupped Fauzi's face with her hands.
"Then what can I do to ease your pain, Dek?" his hand again stroked Afifa's stomach.
"We read only do'a, recite suroh Al-Falaq, Annas, Arro'du verse 8, Annahl verse 78 and Al-'Arof verse 54, and other do'a-do'a."
Fauzi nodded, then stood up and walked to the bathroom to take the water back. Soon he went out and took his personal Qur'an on the table, and opened and read the verses mentioned by Afifa. He kept repeating the verses until he memorized them out of his head.
..."And God brought you out of your mother's belly knowing nothing, and He gave you hearing, sight, and conscience, that you might give thanks."...
..."God knows what every woman contains, and the womb is less than perfect and increased. And everything on His side has its size."...
Fauzi began to calm down after reading the verses. While the contractions felt Afifa increasingly frequent frequency. Afifa's face looked pale from enduring the pain, and sweat began to pour out from her forehead.
Fauzi closed the Qur'an without stopping his recitation, then shifted his seat closer to Afifa, then rubbed softly on Afifa's stomach.
Afifa felt a great comfort as her husband's hand continued to stroke her stomach, she shifted her seat and leaned her head against Fauzi's chest. "Thank you, Brother! looks like our son is comfortable getting a caress out of your hand."
"Alhamdulillah, what pain is less, Dek?" asked Fauzi while kissing Afifa's forehead. Then clasping Afifa's hand, "Your hand is so cold? your face was pale, too" Fauzi said after noticing the change in his wife's face, "we're going to the doctor now! What to bring? let me get it ready."
"Everything is ready, Aji just carry that big bag!" afifa's hand pointed to the side of the wardrobe, where a large bag of maternity equipment was perched there.
"Oh, yeah, I'm out of the car now."
"Later after the Fajr Prayer, only a few minutes left, better Kak Aji telephon Bi Yati to come here with Mang Ujang after the prayer later, He usually woke up at this time."
"O yes, just a minute!" Fauzi stood up and took his phone which was still attached to the charger cable. He immediately made a call and Bi Yati directly picked him up.
Before long the Adhan of Fajr reverberated, Fauzi and Afifa took the water of Wudhu back, and immediately carried out the obligation of congregational Fajr Prayer. Finished with his prayers, Fauzi headed to the garage to get the car out.
Afifa was still enduring her pain in the room, she was about to change her clothes, but she felt that something was coming out of her intimate parts. With a little step in the drag, he went into the bathroom to check it out, there were fresh blood spots there. And suddenly Afifa felt a tremendous contraction in the bathroom, she grimaced and did not feel it until she let out a groan, "Aaaaaaaawwww...". Afifa found it hard to step on her feet, "Kaaaaak...!" call Afifa with a loud breath.
Fauzi, who was walking towards his room, was lightning-fast when he heard the moans and calls of his wife. "Sir...???" His hand opened the bathroom door. Fauzi was aghast when he saw Afifa clutching the sink tightly with sweat pouring out. "What's going on?" Fauzi asked while embracing Afifa's shoulder, But Afifa kept quiet while bowing in pain.
"Sir...! Dear...! Baby, look at me!" Fauzi raised the face of Afifa who was now starting to shed tears. As fast as lightning Fauzi lifted Afifa's body and carried her out and laid her on the bed.
"Assalamualaikum" said someone from outside the front door.
"Se..severa darling!" Fauzi ran towards the front door and let Mang Ujang and Bi Yati in.
"Bi! A... Afifa... Su...already..." Fauzi panicked and did not finish his words. He ran back to the room, followed by Bi Yati and Mang Ujang who also panicked.
"Neng Fifa...., has it been heartburn often?" bi Yati asked as she rubbed the back of Afifa who was sleeping sideways while holding her stomach to endure the pain.
"It's blood, Bi!" afifa replied softly while grimacing.
"Let's go now, Aji boy!" Bi Yati turned towards Fauzi.
"I...Yes," Fauzi replied still misbehaving.
"Where's the car key, son Aji? let Mamang bring," said Mang Ujang.
"This, Mang!" Fauzi handed the key to Mang Ujang. Mang Ujang immediately ran towards the car and turned it on.
Fauzi carried Afifa's body, while Bi Yati carried a large bag containing maternity equipment.
Fauzi swiftly brought Afifa's body into a car that had been perched in front of the gate, then sat him in the passenger seat with him. After Bi Yati locked all the doors of the house and the gate, the car also shot towards the maternity clinic.
During the journey Afifa continued to recite do'a-do'a while occasionally moaning slowly to endure the pain in his stomach. Likewise with Fauzi, his lips can not be separated from the verses that have been read since, his left hand continues to hold tightly the hand of Afifa, Afifa, while his right hand embraces him while wiping the sweat that splashed on Afifa's face.
"Patience, dear, soon we arrive" said Fauzi while peeping Afifa's forehead.
Afifa did not say much, he just nodded while continuing to take deep breaths to suppress the pain that was now becoming more and more. But this pain was not worth her happiness, Childbirth this time, Her husband was always by her side, looking after her, motivating her and supporting her every way she felt, in addition, the shadow will cry of the little one who will soon be present in his lap. Afifa's lips smiled in the midst of her pain.
