Mingled

Arriving at the National Police Headquarters, Claire and Claude intended to immediately go to the top floor of the building or Rooftop.

There's been a gathering of senior and junior agents. They're chatting with each other. Mingled. Suddenly someone patted Claire and Claude on the shoulder. That's her! Mr. Matsumoto, senior commander.

"Mr Matsumoto" said Claire and Claude compactly, intending to say hello.

"For a long time no see, Claire, Claude. How were you guys doing while you were here?" behind him was a woman wearing a robe. He's Mr. Matsumoto's partner.

"We're good" Claire and Claude said.

"Oh yeah did you guys meet with the commissioner?"

"That, you mean Mr commissioner Hirofumi?"

"That's right! you guys met him?"

"Of course"

"Lucky enough!. I've never met him even once. He's my idol you know?" Claire and Claude drowned.

"Well, Mr. commissioner is a firm man. He is against the injustice that exists. It was his bravery in repressing his nonhuman behavior that made me idolize him" Mr Matsumoto said in a poetic tone.

Unexpectedly, the commander as firm as himself was apparently a dramatic person. He was only serious when he was leading the training. But if not then here he is, a figure full of soul.

"That's it. After this we will all be called" said the woman who is Mr. Matsumoto's partner.

"Called?" Claire made sure she didn't hear wrong. The woman nodded.

"It looks like there's a message from our superiors"

"Trust of trust?" it was Claude's turn to ask.

"It kind of gives us responsibility. Usually they do it because they only rely on us. They are too busy taking care of everything. So they give us full trust"

"That's terrible" Claire spoke in a low tone.

"It's a heavy responsibility. Ask this senior of yours, he's already gotten something like that" she puts her elbow in a horizontal position on Mr. Matsumoto's shoulder.

"really so. Every thing you want to do you will always think is this good to do? and sort of. But. it was fun. It feels like you're taking on a challenge"

"That doesn't sound that fun"

"Well, it's up to you to think of it how. That's just my opinion"

"We have to go to take care of some that have become our duty. You guys, mingle with them" the woman said goodbye to the C-C commander.

"Okay, thanks for the time"

Claire looked away at the situation at Rooftop. Only the crowd there is. This is a relaxing time. Agents can mingle and joke as they please. It's a moment of step and fun.

"Claire" again someone patted Claire on the shoulder.

"Selby?"

"During not meeting? how are you Claire?"

"Of course it's good. How are you doing too?"

"Good"

"Is Haran with you?"

"Of course" Selby rubbed his eyes at someone on the left. Not too far. Claire followed Selby's direction.

There, Haran stood up. Her face was happy. He was talking to someone. There was a gun in his belt. It's an emergency pistol that can be used at any time when danger is threatening. All agents are armed with pistols.

"How's your relationship lately?"

"just fine. Mr. Astra made us a partner"

"Oh yeah?"

"Yes. It's lucky to have a boss as good as Mr. Astra"

"You look happy, Selby"

"Well that's it. He treated me well"

"Oh yeah I forgot Claude's here, how's Claude doing?" Selby switched the conversation. He looked at Claude.

"As you can see" Claude said, trying to be friendly.

"You never got separated, right? hehehe" Selby's god. He never lost his love for flirting with someone.

"Eh uh, but Claude?"

"Go Claire. I'm going to see my friend" too"

"alright. See you later"

From Selby's words mentioning 'they' mean that not only one person will be introduced to Claire. Claire read the meaning of every word someone said.

In a forum, Claire could see there were several girls standing in a circle. They're talking to each other. One of them closed his mouth, laughing lightly.

"Hello friends" said Selby

"Hi Selby" they say hello back.

"I'm going to introduce you to someone" Selby seemed happy. Claire hasn't shown herself.

"Who?" they seem curious.

Then Claire showed herself. They looked at him a little. Astounded.

"You know who he is, right?" Selby smiled broadly about introducing them to Claire.

"No-miss Claire? our commander?!!" they hurriedly stood parallel then bowed their bodies.

"Why are you? it's a relaxing time. He is our commander but forget his post when we are all relaxing"

"Can't, Miss Claire is an honorable commander. Please accept our honor!" said some of the girls while still bowing her body.

Selby looked at Claire. From the look in her eyes she told Claire to stop this. Selby intends to introduce but they all have too much respect for Claire.

"That's it. Selby's right, it's relaxing. Stand up" Claire said after a moment of silence.

"Thank you!"

"Be normal. Consider me the same as you"

"But..."

"It's a moment of relaxation. Understood?"

"That's fine, miss Claire"

"Selby continue" Claire said coldly as usual.

"Ahh. yes, they are good agents to take advantage of the opportunity to stab the opponent. They're also good at using the Shotgun" Selby continued.

"Oh yeah? real nice. Your hard training is not in vain" Claire was amazed and slightly stunned.

"Claire, introduce this is Shoera" Selby announces to the brownish-white girly girl with a black headdress.

"It's nice to meet you" Claire said, saying hello.

"Me too!" said firmly.

"This is Naomi, the beautiful, quiet girl who's cunning"

"Naomi, what a beautiful name" Claire praised.

"Thank you!" answer Naomi.

"This is Ren, and this is Keiko"

"It's nice to meet you guys"

"We too!" The compactness of Ren and Keiko is very high. They also look close.

"They seem like cool people" Claire's inner.

After getting acquainted with them, Claire, Selby, Shoera, Naomi, Ren, and Keiko start chatting together. At first the four girls felt awkward talking to his commanding officer. But over time by chatting with each other they can feel like friends with the same position.

In the evening Claire stayed overnight with them in the tents that had been set up in the Rooftop building.

There are two three large tents for female agents and two large tents for male agents. Claire, Selby, and her new friends are in the same tent.

Senior forces overnight in a different place. They are in the room that has been provided in the building. The room is very spacious. There are two rooms occupied.

Claire was standing staring at the night sky at Rooftop's waist. Put his palm under his chin. His eyes were fixed on the stars that spread randomly over the sky.
