Biran entered the waiting room of the station reluctantly. For two weeks, Biran has repeatedly visited the Mall where he met Ruby. Biran wishes they could meet again. Biran was upset that this morning she got a message to return to Jakarta. Biran sat waiting for the train that never came, his mind filled with Ruby.
"Ruby you owe me a lot of explanations."
"Ah, late again, there was an accident on the train line leading to here. Our train's late."
Biran turned to see the lovers were nagging.
He was grumbling but only in his heart. He took his hat and covered his face and leaned back.
"I'd better get some sleep first" Biran closed his eyes. But instead of sleeping, Biran remembers her memories with Ruby.
"I doubt I'll accept the scholarship." Biran took a sip of his coffee. Ruby looked at Biran's face which looked confused.
"Why?It's a good opportunity."
"If I take it, it means I have to leave for at least 3 years."
Ruby approached, took the coffee glass in Biran's hand and looked at her face.
"If the reason you don't want to go is just because of me, we broke up today."
Biran looked back at Ruby.
"You are a woman who threatens." Biran crossed his arms.
"Ruby, without that scholarship, I could've worked. I can give you a decent life. I'm..."
Ruby silenced all of Biran's words with a kiss. Biran stuttered. After being satisfied to make Biran stop talking, Ruby smiled.
"You know we need more than a decent job, right?"
Biran laughed, "Now in an instant you become a materialistic man?"
"I'm always realistic." Ruby crossed her arms.
"You're afraid three years haven't met?" ask Ruby.
Biran scratched his un-itchy head.
"How could I leave you?"
"Heard you talking like this as if I wanted to be a widow." Ruby laughs.
"Wherever you are, will I always be able to come visit you?Trust me, nothing's gonna happen in those three years."
Biran smiled. She knew Ruby would always be able to visit her. He was just afraid something might happen when he left Ruby.
"Hmm, I'll think about it."
Ruby shook her head.
"You have to accept it or us..."
"Rather than threatening, can't you just seduce me?"
Biran was getting closer towards Ruby.
"Okay, what do you want seduction?" ask Ruby. Biran smiled mischievously and then kissed Ruby again.
"Like this is enough" he said happily after letting go.
"It doesn't seem like enough." Ruby kissed Biran again. The two drift in their kisses and thoughts.
Biran gasped, someone nudged his leg unintentionally and made his daydream stop. Biran sighed in annoyance.
"You said you'd always be able to come visit me, but it's been almost five years I've never even heard from you. And why did you forget me?"
Biran turned to look at the train's schedule and then in a moment he saw a woman standing at his feet. Biran rounded his eyes.
"Ruby?"

"Arang, I want to take you out of town." Edgar said suddenly. Arang looked at Edgar in disbelief.
"What maksdmu?"
"I know you're bored. Let's have fun for a few days."
Arang looked at Edgar lazily. He was too often hopeful and usually what Edgar promised did not match his expectations.
"You sound uninterested, don't you like it, or are you unwell?"
Arang.
"Maybe I like it, depending on what your plan is."
Deg. Edgar felt that Arang was insinuating him, but he did not want Arang to feel that he was nervous to take Arang away.
"We're going to Jogja. 3 Day. Vacationing. Just the two of us."
For the sake of hearing the word outside the city for 3 days, Arang turned his head. But he doesn't like it when it's just the two of you.
"Ratna and Willy have to come."
"Why should they come?" Edgar looked at Arang in disbelief.
Edgar took a breath," I don't need Willy."
Charcoal shrugged his shoulders.
"It's up to you, but I need Ratna. After all, it's not like a honeymoon trip that requires us to go alone, is it?"
Edgar felt Charcoal as if he hit his heart again.
Arang. "That's just my advice, but as always, I don't think I have the right to vote, do I? With or without Ratna, I think you're still forcing me to leave, as always."
Edgar pulls Charcoal's hand.
"Don't think of me that way. Don't make me look any worse. I just want to make you happy and comfortable."
Charcoal let go of Edgar's hand slowly.
"Then you should give me what I want more often. Not what you want."
Edgar was still staring at Arang.
"If I give you what you are, will you promise to at least be sweet in front of me?"
Charcoal laughed cynically.
"Is my attitude less sweet? I follow all your words!"
"You never showed yourself to be my fiancee" Edgar said.
Arang sighed in annoyance.
"What should I do to show it?"
"At least don't always pull your hand every time I touch it, you know, it hurts me Arang."
Arang. He knows it's true. He knew he hurt and offended Edgar whenever he avoided Edgar.
"We're Arang's fiancee, not a stranger."
Charcoal looked at Edgar sharply.
"But you forgot, I'm the fiance of a man's husband!"
Edgar took a pissed breath.
"Okay, I hate it every time we get to this. What you want, I'll give it to you. Instead you should behave like my partner, at least during this vacation. I really want to feel alive as your real fiance."
Charcoal is still.
"I just want you to slowly love me from the beginning again, is that too hard?"
Arang seemed to think.
"Not really." Finally Arang answered flatly.
"I'm gonna do it. I want Ratna to go, and I want to go home."
Edgar ruffled his hair.
"Please Edgar, I just want to go home. One month. Only one month in Jakarta. I need to think about a lot of things before I decide something."
"What do you want to decide? ask Edgar suspiciously.
"Did you remember anything?"
Arang.
"Whatever I try, I fail to remember everything. I'm getting tired..."
Arang was silent for a moment and then continued back.
"I'm thinking of ending everything. I'll marry you after you divorce Karin. I need to be in Jakarta to make sure you're really going to divorce her."
Edgar rounded his mouth, not believing in Arang's words.
If she chooses to marry me, it means that she has no memory of her past at all.
"I'm tired of suspecting you. I surrendered. I will learn to love you from the beginning. And I want to pray at my parents' graves."
Edgar was still staring at Arang in disbelief.
"Are you really ready to get married?"
Arang nodded.
"Just after you're divorced. One more thing, I want to take the train."
Arang then left Edgar who was increasingly confused.
I have to bet. In order to get home, I have to risk everything.
Charcoal smiled slightly, trying to calm himself down.
