CHAPTER 6. ZELDA'S SORROW.

The three of them were already in the car. Zelda tried to follow her father's willingness to sit next to Hugo but in contrast to Hugo who instead told her to sit behind her to accompany Ahmad, her father.

"Sit in the back with his father, accompany him." said Hugo Lirih.

Why the hell is this guy, it doesn't seem like I'm here. Though just asked me to be his wife but not until a day in not want me to sit there.

"Why? Do you mind if I sit here?" ask Zelda curiously.

"No, I'm sick, how good of a friend you are."

What her future husband said was true as well, he had not seen each other, talked and spoiled with his father for a long time.

Zelda got out of the car and chose to sit in the back with her father.

"Why move here?"

"I want to sit down with you, it's been almost three years that we haven't talked to each other, hasn't."

"Alright, it's up to you my son" said Mr. Ahmad as he pinched the nose of his favorite child.

Mr. Ahmad and Zelda looked at each other, why the car remained silent and had not been running even though the three of them had been inside long enough with the engine running.

"Mas, why? Let's go." take Zelda

"Ohh, ti-no. Is it ready?" hugo asked back while smiling.

"Yes. Let's leave. The sooner the better so that you can immediately meet Hugo" said Mr. Ahmad casually.

"Sir, I'm here why is it such a rush to meet me?" hugo asked a little.

Ahmad smiled when he heard Hugo speak. Unlike Zelda who felt so long for her father, she felt as if she wanted to part with her father for a long time.

What's the matter? Why do I feel something is different? It's just my feelings that feel like this.

While traveling suddenly there was a heavy rain, Hugo who tried to drive suddenly felt something was wrong with one of his tires, and it made him start to feel nauseous and dizzy. He felt like he had been in a situation like this before. The dizziness that is being experienced makes the padangan become blurred. Because his vision began to blur coupled with his tire that suddenly broke so he intended to pull over his car.

"Mas, why?" ask Zelda.

"It looks like it broke a tire" Hugo said limply.

"Why are you, ma'am?"

"I-i"

Hugo had not been able to answer Zelda's question suddenly heard a loud impact from the back to make his car move forward to hit the concrete road barrier around. Instantly, Hugo was unconscious while Mr. Ahmad and Zelda survived. Miraculously, the passenger on the back was fine with no serious injuries. The car that hit them drove off fast.

After the accident, a short time later, three ambulances arrived to take the three of them to the nearest hospital. Once in the hospital they were put into a different room, Zelda and Ahmad were put into the ER room, while Hugo was put into the ICU room. Zelda who is still being treated does not know if after her father's examination transferred to a room.

After the examination he began to check one by one the people who were next to him but he did not find his father. He left the room and asked an administrative officer in front of the ER room.

"Mbak, excuse me. I was the victim of the accident that was brought here."

"Yes, someone can help."

"So my father and I went into the same room but where did my father go. Why isn't it here?"

Officers knew who was meant, surely this woman was looking for a middle-aged man who was now being moved in the mortuary room. He was confused as to how to explain his because seeing this woman before him looked weak and he was afraid that he would faint.

"Mom, where's my dad?"

Suddenly from behind there was someone patting her on the shoulder, "Son, come with me. Your father has been moved elsewhere" said a man named Aisyah.

Judging from his clothes he was a head nurse.

"Yes, please take me. I'm worried about my dad."

Along the way, not much was said by Zelda. He was too panicked and wanted to see his father. In contrast to Aisyah who was unceasingly grateful to have met her son and husband despite these conditions.

"Where is my father, sister?"

"A few more aisles we will arrive" he said, wiping away tears from being seen.

Zelda felt something strange about her steps. Why the more he stepped into a hallway he did not see people waiting for his relatives like other hallways, instead he saw many people who were sad after coming out of a room.

*What room do I want to enter? Why are so many people crying?

No. .. is impossible. Dad must be okay. I promised you I'd see Hugo and I get married*.

"Suster where's my dad?"

"He was there? sister Aisyah.

Zelda stepped up and saw a foot covered in white cloth. The cloth was covered up to the top of the head.

"Why did this cloth cover my father's face?My father can have trouble breathing." said Zelda, not believing what she saw.

"Dad .. wake up... Is it me, Zelda?" zelda said while still holding back her tears.

"Dad ... wake up dad!!!!! Then who am I supposed to be with? Who's dad with???? Brother who is gone, mother who is missing and has not met, then now even Hugo's father is also lying limp in the ICU room" said Zelda whose tears began to break.

"Didn't you promise to see me marry the man you chose?"

Hearing that Aisyah could not hold back her tears. She cried in disbelief to see her husband die. And her tearful son mourned the departure of her longtime husband who had been separated by the tsunami a few years ago.

Hearing that remark made Zelda flinch in shock. He looked back at the woman who was driving him.

"A-what are you i-bu-kku?" asked Zelda with a stutter.

Aisha could not hold back her tears. His lips locked instantly and he could only nod.

"Mother, I'm happy to meet mom but why should I now part with dad! What fate is this?" Why this!" zelda said while still crying.

Aisha began to hug her son. He kissed his son many times with affection.

"It's Zelda's destiny, are you lucky to still be able to feel dad's embrace and see dad? how about mom? I just met your father with nothing like this." said Aisyah while gently patting her son's shoulder to calm down.

"Please, please, what God has outlined, that is the best path."

"It's better that we suck up your father so that you can immediately accompany the patient who is in the ICU room. Is he your future husband?"

"Yes." Yeah."

Zelda was still unable to hold back her tears, she held her father's now cold hand.

"Stupidity and death are destiny and rest assured that after the storm comes the rainbow. Even after the rainbow appears, the storm will return. Neither the storm nor the rainbow will be eternal, they only appear for a moment. As with our lives, not as long as we will be sad and not forever we will be happy."

"Right now it's just my mom and her that I have." said Zelda, holding a ring around her ring finger.

It did not feel like for a month Hugo was lying on a hospital bed using some breathing apparatus, he fell into a coma and did not know when he would recover.

To finance Hugo's treatment required a lot of costs so as a burgeoning lobster entrepreneur inevitably Zelda had to continue the work that was handed down by her father and Hugo. Although it looks like a cloud but he tried to like to learn about the new science.

Inevitably Zelda asked her mother for help to look after Hugo when morning arrived, because every morning before dawn Zelda had to go home to the village to see the harvest and sell it. At night, he must accompany Hugo.

A good news she got from the doctor who treated her future husband that now the patient has been placed in a treatment room, not the ICU room anymore. It means that Hugo's condition has begun to improve even though an infusion is still attached to his body.

Seeing Hugo who was asleep without the help of tools made him feel relieved.

With a careful step Zelda walked into a room to accompany Hugo. There he curled up in the cold right in a waiting chair beside the gurney. His tired body he did not feel, his clear skin now began to look brown he did not ignore.

Every night Zelda always invited her future husband to speak, although Hugo was seen not to hear and respond but Zelda was sure that what he said had been heard. Seen from her fingers that responded when Zelda occasionally grasped the hand of her future husband.

This morning Zelda who was about to prepare to leave for the village got word from the doctor that Hugo's condition was unstable, his heart rate rose and fell. Zelda decided to wait for Hugo, she prayed that Hugo could return to health as usual.

As soon as Zelda's prayer was heard, Hugo whose breath and pulse were unstable slowly began to order even his eyes that had been closed for a month began to open. A beautiful and sincere face that she first saw made her wonder.

Seeing Hugo's eyes open, immediately Zelda pressed a button to call the nurses and doctors.

Seeing one by one the nurses began to come out, Zelda could not wait to come in and greet her future husband.

"Mas Hu.go." said Zelda.

Who is this woman?

The summoned Hugo did not reply he just frowned at his forehead with confusion emanating from his face.

"Who are you? Out!" hugo shouted hysterically. He seemed to dislike the name that he thought was strange in his ears.

Zelda was surprised and held back her cries. The man she loved had forgotten her. Like a thunderbolt during the day his heart could not be revealed how miserable he was when the only person who had promised to marry him did not recognize him.

The expelled Zelda did not come out immediately, choosing to remain beside Hugo in tears. Hugo could not bear to see the sound of crying and sad face but wanted how else he really did not know what name was mentioned by the woman. Slowly Hugo felt dizzy again.

Seeing that immediately the doctor called the nurse to calm Hugo while the doctor chose to invite Zelda to speak four eyes outdoors.

"Doctor, what really happened to him? Why doesn't he recognize me?" asked Zelda while holding back her cries and rubbing the tears that had come out.'

"Him self has returned, all you see now is his true mind."

"M-I mean doc-ter what?"

"Did he feel dizzy before the accident?" "Well, what words make you wonder when she asks him for something simple?"

Zelda suddenly recalled the time she once asked Hugo who his name was and where he came from. A strange answer sounded in his ears.

The doctor asks Zelda to let go of what is going on, which means she must accept the fact that Hugo no longer knows her. Zelda was forced to obey the words of Dr. Henri because the patient was in the process of healing. The doctor also promised to help Zelda to make Hugo remember all the lost memories.

After talking to Zelda, the doctor took Hugo into the room and was shocked when the patient called his name.
