Reiz tried to regulate his hunting breath, those bitter memories always haunting him. It was also the memory that turned a spoiled Rexy William into a cold Reiz Anderson.

Reiz does not want to fall in love and make women fall in love with him, because for him love will only hurt ourselves and others. Without realizing it, his cold attitude even hurt Rinata, his own wife.

Mr. Drake got up from his seat, he moved to sit beside Reiz.

"He's Gwen." Tomi. Reiz rounded his eyes.

"Gwen Caroline?" Reiz asked as he remembered the person in the photo.

"Yes, Gwen Caroline. The woman who was crazy about you when we were in college."

"But didn't Gwen just disappear in the last semester? Why did he suddenly reappear?"

As Reiz once said, Gwen Caroline was crazy about her. She used to do anything just to get to meet and be close to him, but Reiz never cared about her at all. Then Gwen suddenly disappeared at the end of the semester.

"I don't know about that either, do you know what Gwen's full name is?" Ask Tomi.

"Gwen Caroline." Answer Reiz. Tomi nodded, making Reiz frown.

"Gwen Caroline Rivers, daughter of Albert Rivers. Do you know who Albert Rivers is?"

"Albert Rivers's? Rinata's stepfather?"

"Yes, Albert Rivers is your wife's stepfather."

"That means Rinata and Gwen are half-brothers? But why would Gwen want to harm Rinata?" Reiz looked at Tomi questioningly.

"If that's not what I know, maybe there's a family problem between the two of them.... Or..." Tomi hung up her words.

"Or Gwen is jealous of Rinata, knowing Rinata is your wife." Tomi.

"Why talk about feelings? Do you know where Gwen is?" Reiz switched the conversation.

"My men are searching for her whereabouts, Gwen disappeared after the incident." Answer Tomi.

"I'll find it myself." Reiz got up from his seat.

"Did you forget? You've been skipping two days, your work's been piling up." He then pointed at the pile of files on Reiz's desk. Reiz breathed out his coarse breath.

"Here is Reiz, let my men seek him."

Reiz returned to his seat.

"Oh yeah, did you know that Rinata was conscious?"

"What's? Rinata is conscious? Really true?" Reiz asked with a twinkle in his eyes.

"Yes, Rinata was conscious last night."

"How is he doing? Is she okay?"

Tomi shook her head, her face suddenly sad.

"Rinata was in shock when she found out that the contents could not be saved."

Reiz was silent, his eyes were heating up.

"All my fault." The man rubbed his face rough.

"I want to meet him." Reiz got up from his seat.

"You can't see him." Tomi's words again stopped Reiz's steps.

"But I want to meet him!" Exclaim Reiz.

"Don't you know how the fuck I feel? My wife is in a coma, and I can't accompany her at all? And now that he realized I was also forbidden to meet him?!" With clearly visible emotions.

"Reiz, we're banning you because Rinata doesn't want to meet anyone right now. Especially with you! He's still traumatized. Rinata just wants to be alone." Tomi tried to explain even though her words were a little cruel.
