Chapter 39: HOUSE HUNTING

Just like she promised K to dress herself up pretty for a date with B.B. He would use this time to ask the young master to help him hunt the house. Just thinking about it already made her so happy that her mood was so good when she reached the waiting room.

When he left the hotel, he saw a familiar car approaching and he smiled. To be honest, he missed her a lot.

I saw K smiling and he knew that he was safe. The woman was not angry at him which made her feel comfortable.

She gave a light hug and kiss on her lips before she carried him to the car.

"I miss this car" he said, looking around.

"I miss you," she couldn't help but say it out loud as she looked at him.

"It's good that you do it or I'll break up with you" she smiled at him warmly.

"So where are you going?"

"Help me find a place to live first, more expensive and quieter better," he replied, locking his eyes.

B.B was surprised to hear such a request from him. He did not know that he had a lot of money to ask for an expensive place but it was not yet time for him to dismantle.

"I know someone who can help you with that" she said with a reassuring smile and she smiled back at him.

The two harmoniously talk about life as B.B ushers K into the real estate agent he used when he bought his villa years ago. He did not know exactly the villa that K was looking for but the man was well-informed in that field. The sooner he solved the problem, the earlier he got the date he was looking for.

Eventually, the car stopped in front of a building and both got off. B.B leads her woman into the building and she is greeted by the man himself.

"You should have told me that you wanted to see me and I'd come to you myself" the man spoke politely and one could see that he was licking B.B.

"It was just a last minute thing. My mistress here wants to see the house, B.B is straight to the point and the man turns to look at K who has been quiet ever since they walked into the office.

"Ohh it's easy, I have the latest one that just came into the market. Which range are we talking about?"

"Honey, tell him," B.B gave a description to K because he didn't want to mess things up.

"I need something big, it should be somewhere quiet. I really like my privacy" K said as he looked at the man.

The man pondered for a moment and checked the portfolio he had but nothing came up that way but when he remembered about some of the big houses sold under the same criteria he was looking for, it was when he remembered about the few big houses that were sold, he decided to show it to her. Even if he can't afford it, maybe B.B will bill for him.

"I might have something for you here but this is a big house. What say?" the man asked K with expectant eyes.

When K heard it, he looked happy. A large house could also, what he did not lack at the moment was money. Even if he used all of them, he could get them back in just a few days.

"Show me," K said with a smile.

Seeing that he didn't mind, he quickly gave her a file with the mansions that were being sold.

B.B sat down next to K so that he could clearly see the excitement that was emanating in his eyes as he looked through the archives of the mansions that were being sold.

K have fun, if he knows that they're cheap SO he'll buy an old one and add a few more. He looked at the five great houses but the one that caught his attention the most.

"I like this one," he said as he pointed to a white house located on top of a mountain while showing B.B others who would stay in the mansion in the future.

"Are you sure about that?" he asked to take it out not because he didn't like it but the price was merely mocking and isolated.

"Umm, I like it. I want to see it," K said as he looked at the man gawking at him as if what he had just heard was impossible.

"There's some trouble with the mansion, are you sure you want it?"

"What kind of problem?"

"There are only rumors, they say that it is haunted and many people have testified about it, which is why the house was not sold for ten years now."

"I don't believe in ghosts and even if they exist, I'm much scarier than they are. Take me to see it and if it's good and I like it, I'll see it. it'll pay you cash" K said confidently as he closed the file.

B.B and the man who saw that the woman had set her heart in the mansion, they could only take her to look at the mansion. For this man, this would be the breakthrough he wanted. The commission is going to be big and because he's got the word cash, it's just big.

B.B kept telling K about the story relating to the mansion on the road and this did not stop K from changing his mind but made him more interested in buying it further.

The large house was large with a total of ten bedrooms including the master bedroom and closet booth for the master bedroom, study room, banquet hall, large kitchen, two sitting rooms, two sitting rooms, one dining room room, one lounge, bar, cinema room, kitchen, laundry room, sports room, games room, studio, one indoor and outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, salon, and dressing room.

The mansion was a typical old-style house and he loved it very much, three bedrooms for him and his men, the rest for family and friends. As for the servants, there was a villa behind the mansion that could accommodate a number of staff. B.B drove his wife back to the real estate agent and listened to K as he talked about the mansion.

"You don't have to worry about haunting nonsense. The energy is good for me and it can also help you in the future once I put you on the path of cultivation."

"You want me to cultivate like you?" he did not believe that he was willing to give some techniques to him.

"You are my man and I plan to live for a very long time and that means with you and J by my side," B.B froze when she heard about J, and she was very happy, why did he speak as if he knew everything?

This will be our home once everything is done and you both have nothing to worry about because I am not planning on taking anyone else. When they arrived at the office, a middle-aged man was waiting for them impatiently. He still could not believe that someone wanted to buy that haunted place even with cash. He had lived in the house for ten years yet he was aging faster. It's hard to sleep, there's no peace in

the mansion was and after being told all that the buyer was still

following decisions?

When he saw B.B he was brought back because he did not know the reason why this young master had anything to do with the mansion but when he saw the beautiful young girl by his side he understood.

For beauty, one can do deliberate things like his father who built the mansion for his mother and in the end they still fail to live in it.

"Mr Barnes, this is Ms. Krystal is interested in buying a mansion. Everything is in order and he wants to sign

paper as soon as possible," the man spoke conveying K's thoughts appropriately.

"Is that so? Then let's do it, I don't want to arrest you, Mr. Barnes agreed immediately because he was afraid he would change his mind at the last minute.

K sees the man's anxiety but ignores it, he will act the same if he is in his position as well.

K transfers the money to Mr. Barnes' account and signs the mansion's property deed. With everything notarized, it would take only a few days to officially change possession and since he still had another day to play in the capital he could wait.

"Thank you" said the man with teary eyes. I can understand how hard it is for them. Having so much money tied up in a haunted house must be very scary.

"Together, I will take good care of him," he assured the man and saw him leave in a hurry.

Afterwards, K expressed his concern with renovating the entire mansion. As much as he liked it, it did not mean that he would only move into that house that way at the moment.

"I'll help you with some interior decorators, they're good at their jobs" the man spoke excitedly and K was satisfied.

"Darling, you get in touch with them and we'll take it from there."

Since his wife had spoken, he immediately dealt with the matter and the two went on a date after a few hours had passed.
