On the night of Lebaran takbir echoed across the country. Andien was busy helping his mother prepare dishes for them.
This day, she almost never rested because her husband's family would come to pick up her four children to go to the mosque following the takbir with the villagers.

Andien immediately rested at the feet of his mother.

Reza, who saw his wife pleading with her in-laws, shed tears. He wanted to feel he approached his wife but was afraid that his mother-in-law even scolded him and would ruin the atmosphere of this takbir night.

Reza introduced his twin brother Andien to his family. Adam and Agam saluted the family again while mentioning their names formally.
"By the way, where's Andien's mother and his Andien, Reza.
Reza looks panicked and goes inside to call his wife first.
"Andien!" Reza saw his wife sitting in front of his mother's room on her knees with her bowed face holding back her grief.

"It's okay baby that I haven't been able to forgive my father. I must understand your mother's feelings." Reza hugged his wife in a sitting position.

His face grew pale with his body feeling cold.
"Andien!" Your nose, baby. Holy jeez!"
Andien felt his nose and noticed that his fingertips contained fresh blood.
"Calistas! Calistas!" Take your baby's medicine!"
"Andien!" Andieeennn!" Reza's screams to make the family in the living room scattered into the family room.
"Yamaoooo!" Shouted four twins in shock to see his mother bleeding.
Madam Yuni directly opened the door of her room and saw Andien already under Reza into the room.
"My daughter!" Madam Yuni said in a panic and entered her daughter's room.
Reza laid his wife's body with the position of the body placed on Andien's back without a pedestal.
"Dear hold on!"
"Oh God!" Where are the drugs?"
Kids, please find your mama's medicine." Reza's word is getting frustrating.
"Dad!" Blood then father!" Camilla screamed at her mother.
The family had surrounded Andien's bed and helped as best they could.
Madam Yuni embraced her daughter's increasingly weakened body.
Adam broke through with his doctor's equipment.
"Andien!" Where do you keep the medicine, baby.
Rania and Jody unpacked all of her sister-in-law's belongings, but were not found.
"Andien!" I'm sorry, son!" Madam Yuni's cry sounded bitter as it made her daughter feel depressed.
Reza took his wife when he couldn't find Andien's medicine.
After being examined by Adam, Andien began to mutter and blink his eyes.
Adam looked at the pale face of his brother with a strange feeling.
"Bak Andien!" Are you hiding something from us?"
"What do you mean Adam?" Ask Reza.
"Bak Andien!" Is Adam able to tell them everything here about Andien's mother?" Adam asked his twin brother for permission.
"Adammit, Andien!" What are you guys talking about?" Madam Yuni asked holding back an indignation as her heart was currently about to explode.
Andien simply gave his gesture with his eyes.
"Sound everything!" These two families will come new members with equal numbers.
Ma'am Andien is currently pregnant with twins." Adam said with a high enough intonation to make everything in the room gasp with a happy smile.
"Is that really dear?" Ask Reza.
Andien smiled blandly and nodded weakly.
"Horeee!" Finally we had four twin sisters screaming at the same time. The large family chuckled at the behavior of the four twins who were excited to welcome their sisters from their mother's womb.
One by one they congratulated Andien. Andien felt very happy that the family felt that her pregnancy was welcomed with joy but not with Reza who seemed worried about her condition which did not allow Andien to continue her pregnancy.
Jody and Rania take the four of them out of their parents' room, followed by Adam and Agam.
Lady Susan whispered something to her husband when she saw mistress Yuni who looked glum.
The newly remembered Master Handoyo with his initial intention of coming here wanted to apologize to his besi.
He approached Lady Yuni and sat on his knees before Madam Yuni who was standing next to her daughter.
"Mrs Yuni!" I apologize for what I did to Mr. Rendra until he died." Sir Handoyo said with regret.
"Wake up Sir!" Don't be like this, it's not good to see our children and grandchildren!" Pinta Andien's mother.
"I won't stand if the mistress hasn't forgiven me." Said Mr. Handoyo accompanied by his wife who joined on her knees with her husband.
Never mind, madam!" For the sake of our children and grandchildren, I sincerely forgive Mr. Handoyo." Madam Yuni said with a big heart.
Lady Susan hugged the iron while crying. They have forgiven each other.
"Alhamdulillah." Inner Andien then sighed in relief.
"Come jeng!" We leave Andien's son to rest!" Madame Susan said to her besan.
The two smiled and said goodbye to Andien and Reza while holding hands leaving Andien's room.
Reza looked at the pale face of his wife who was still beautiful and asked where the medicine was.
"Darling!" Did you know you were pregnant?"
Andien nodded weakly.
"Is that why you keep or dispose of the drug so hard to find?"
"Darling?" I don't want you to go on...?" Andien covered her husband's mouth with two fingers.
"I want them to come into my life even if I have to die. If you don't want them, I'll sue for your divorce from Reza!"
