31. Refusal

"Reza!" The security guard, who helped my father, took the wallet out of the hands of the pickpocket. Maybe he's something about Calista's family and her twin brother." Said Mr. Handoyo as he was about to enter the hospital lobby.

Reza approached the security guard to ask the little girl who had told him about a pickpocket who had pickpocketed his father's wallet a week ago.

"Sorry sir!" Do you know the family of that little girl who helped save my dad's wallet?" Reza asked while introducing his father to Mr. Amir, the hospital guard.

"Oh yeah, they just got home from here, sir. Looks like they're accompanying their grandmother who just had bypass surgery." Said mr. Amir.

"Geez!" We lost fast, Dad." Reza was disappointed.

"Are we able to find out the patient's name from the little girl's family?" Ask Mr. Handoyo.

"Sorry sir, I cannot interfere in your affairs by leaking confidential patient data of this hospital, even if you have good intentions. I could be fired." Said mr. Amir.

Reza pulled Mr. Amir's arm a bit away from his friends.

"Look, Mr. Amir, if you get fired, you can work in my company, not be a security guard but be an employee of my company and your salary will be different from the salary of other employees." Reza.

"I'm sorry Sir!" That's called bribing. Your business is rich just by easing whatever the problem with money is and it doesn't tempt me.

Reza felt desperate because he could not lobby the security guard.

"We can't influence it anymore, what about the insiders?" Gumam Reza.

The two decide to return home to the mansion because they cannot trace Calista's whereabouts along with her three twin brothers.

"If only then, dad followed them to see his mom, maybe we could go to their place, son." Said Mr. Handoyo.

"It's dad, as time goes on, that sentimental feeling we're both going to get better." Reza comforted his father.

"May God bring father to Calista again. I will always pray to see that little girl again." Mr. Handoyo said expectantly.

While at the hotel, Andien is celebrating the birthday of his four twin five years old. Andien deliberately moved hotels in the Ancol area because the atmosphere was more comfortable and clean. They could not go straight home because his mother had to control again after surgery.

Andien ordered four birthday cakes, rice tumpeng complete with side dishes and some food and soft drinks for them.

The birthday song was sung with great fanfare by the family. The atmosphere was very lively when the hotel fired fireworks with the names of her four children.

All of them cheered in excitement looking above the air, just below it lay a vast sea of names beautifully engraved.

On the other hand Reza who happened to be in a meeting with his company relations is discussing their business. His friend immediately stood watching the fireworks that looked so beautiful carving each name.

"Is there a birthday on the same day?" Raffi asked his friend who stood by to watch the fireworks.

"There may be someone celebrating the birthdays of four twins" Asril said.

Hearing Asril's words, Reza's ears began to be disturbed. He turned his body towards the clear wall and saw that the fireworks were over.

"Did you read every name?" Ask Reza.

"It's not quite clear from here, but the fireworks make up every name of the owner who's celebrating his birthday.

Reza's phone rang, took his phone and saw the caller's name.

"Waalaikumuslam! I wish your son Andien a happy birthday because today his son is his fifth birthday." Wildan.

"Jeez Andien, my son!" Ok thank you Bro for your words and prayers. I have to see them." Reza said then hurriedly contacted Reni who might know Andien's return to Solo.

Reza greeted Reni while making small talk to the girl. Reni who already knew Reza's needs, immediately asked the handsome man's interests.

"Does Reza want to know about Andien?" Ask Reni.

"Look Reni, a few weeks ago I met Andien at Jakarta airport. I could take him to the hotel. Do you know about Andien right now?" Ask Reza.

"That's bang Reza, Andien wants to go home to Solo?"

"Yes!" Is she in Solo with my son and her husband?"

"The house was empty, there was no one in their house and the neighbors did not know the whereabouts of the family. How could Andien come back here?" Reni asked Reza.

"So Andien never showed up in the village?"

"Why be so confused." Reza ended their talks because there was no information about Andien.

"Geez!" Don't you think Andien isn't married? and what about our son if he's not married. Surely Andien won't leave my son in Colombia alone." Reza lirih.

"The only way is to know Andien's whereabouts in Colombia. I want to take my son who is currently with him." Reza.

"Happy birthday, baby." Andien said to his four children.

The four blew out birthday candles together, then cut a birthday cake to feed to each family member.

Calista gave the cake to her mother. Camilla for her grandmother, Fariz for her uncle Adam and Al for her uncle Agam.

They gave gifts to the four boys, meaning that the gifts they received for each child were four gifts and all collected into sixteen gifts.

"Thank you for the cards mama, Oma and the handsome uncles." Calista followed his three brothers.

Now Camilla asked her uncle that she wanted to sing.

Adam tells the MC of the event who is an employee of the hotel's restaurant.

"One of these twin sisters, wanted to sing a song to her beloved mother. We invite Miss Camilla to come forward." Tell the MC.

Camilla sang a song called Mother how are you today. Camilla's beautiful voice that is so melodious touched the heart of mother and Omanya.

"Thank you, my great mother gave birth to and raised us. Thank you to our beloved Oma for giving birth to our super great mama.

Without a father by our side, yet we do not feel any loss of affection from him.

He can be a mom and dad for us, even though my mom is great, but we still miss the father figure that we have never seen his picture let alone his form.

May my father be healthy wherever he may be. Thank you for choosing us to be your children." Camilla said while shedding tears.

Andien's heart was severed when he heard the words of his daughter who was longing for a father. His body instantly suffocated with his tears falling down dripping down his smooth cheeks.
