Second trial

The second trial was finally held in the title. Eva's parents then joined to bear witness to the unjust life that Arsana and Daniel had given to their son.

Eva and Toni try to find another witness, a female reporter who once helped Toni look for Riko. Riko was a reporter who had been threatened by Arsana at that time not to publish news about him.

Toni doesn't come home last night she bothered to find the woman's house, hoping she'll bear witness to the disappearance of her co-worker Riko. Karna was trying to publish news about Arsana.

eva said while glazed, because Eva knew she would not win this time if only to make her parents as witnesses. Her parents are not yet strong enough to bear witness because they themselves live apart from Eva, and only know all of Eva's stories.

The judge certainly feared Eva was just making up stories because there was no evidence and a strong witness to her life. While Arsana and Daniel have strong evidence for Tama custody, the DNA is the same as both.

Seeing that the judge could no longer give Eva time, both Arsana and Daniel smiled happily, they believed they would win custody of Tama because Eva had no solid evidence.

Waiting a few minutes, until the Judge finally opened his voice to announce the decision of his trial.

Suddenly the sound of the courtroom door being forcefully opened, Eva immediately turned her head towards the door. Toni looked with breath gasping at the doorway.

At once also the judge who wanted to start his decision fell silent because he was surprised by the arrival of Toni.

"Sorry sir.that's my husband.he brought another witness.."

"Can't.is not the time given is up.Master Judge please start to read the decision"

daniel said.

"Wouldn't the other trial also be in the title of Lord Judge.please read the decision immediately..."

said Arsana also in a panic, because seeing Toni who brought 3 witnesses, Arsana did not know him, because he was not, but he remains afraid they will influence the judge's decision which will clearly side with him because of all the evidence.

But unexpectedly the Judge turned out to give time for the witnesses brought by Toni, to express what they know about the life of Eva and Toni before.

The first witness came from the owner of a luxury villa previously lived by Eva and Toni. Precisely Villa who had been hired by Daniel for them while undergoing his womb rental program.

The woman testified to the judge that a man named Vincent had rented her villa. And when a few months went Vincent no longer paid his villa bill, until finally he drove Eva and Toni.

She said honestly that Eva was pregnant, she also said that she confiscated all the clothes and jewelry in Eva's room to pay her villa bill for 1 month, Eva brought nothing from there just a few clothes, no valuables at all, she also said she had driven Eva out rudely because she was upset and angry at that time.

At that time the judge asked Daniel about who Vincent was, unable to avoid Daniel being honest that Vincent was his personal assistant.

The second witness came from the previous owner of Eva's boarding house. He testifies to the judge that Eva lives in his boarding house with Toni. He said that Toni and Eva were working hard. He once knew Toni in the market working as a pelvic coolie. Also Eva who opens washing services and ironing clothes in her condition that is already pregnant.

He admitted that at that time evicted Eva from her boarding house because she could not pay the monthly money until finally decided to leave there early in the morning.

The third witness was a female reporter who at that time helped Toni find out about the news of Riko's disappearance.

He testifies to the judge that his friend Riko suddenly disappeared while about to load news about Eva and Toni. Some of the journals he wrote also disappeared from the office.

Riko just disappeared without anyone knowing where she lives, as well as what caused her to resign from her office.

The woman expressed fear that Riko's disappearance had something to do with Arsana and Daniel.

Hearing that all the witnesses had spoken truthfully, the judge thought again. The judge was quite interested in the testimony of the third witness. The judge asked Arsana and Daniel as suspects.

"Miss Arsana and Mr. Daniel.what's true about the disappearance of journalists on behalf of Riko has to do with you.say the truth.or the law will be even more assertive if it knows you are lying..."

the judge said with a threat.

Both Arsana and Daniel answered nothing, they were silent. Daniel who was silent because confused did not know about the journalist at all. While Arsana who was silent because he was the one who threatened the journalist so as not to write news about him at that time.

Because the judge continued to urge them to tell the truth, Arsana finally admitted that he was the one who threatened journalist Riko to leave Eva's life.
