Chapter 31

In front of Amelia's house, a man hesitantly knocks on the door. But, he ventured and knocked on the door.

Geck...Geck...Geck...

The sound of knocking at the door, Amelia who was sitting in the living room immediately approached.

"Yes, one minute!"

Amelia pulled the doorknob and their eyes stared at each other. Moreover, the man who saw Amelia was pregnant appeared to round her eyes.

"You pregnant, Mel?" Ask the guy.

Amelia nodded her head and invited him inside. They sit in the living room and the housekeeper immediately gives warm tea, along with snacks.

"What what what, doc?" Tanya Amelia started the conversation.

Doctor Farel still can't believe what he saw, he really can't stop thinking that the woman he loved so much had been pregnant by another man.

Amelia repeats her question and doctor Farel wakes up from a daydream. His eyes seemed to be teary with sadness at his fate.

"You're married?" Ask Doctor Farel.

"Yes, as you saw for yourself!" Answer Amelia.

Doctor Farel smiled as he shed tears. "You know, I'm always looking for your whereabouts! I was worried there you were and it turned out that my worries were meaningless." Her speech.

Amelia understood what Doctor Farel was saying and she dared not look him in the face.

"I'm fine! I am happy with my husband and as you can see, I am pregnant. And I'm doing a lot better than I used to be." Amelia answered with a smile.

"Thank God, that way I don't have to worry about you anymore." Doctor Farel replied.

Amelia nodded her head and smiled. He tried to be strong and did not want to tell the truth.

Doctor Farel rose with a heart full of disappointment, he was rejected in the hospital. But the pain, it's not this painful. Doctor Farel walked away, with a red face holding back his anger.

"Why...? Why...?" Ask.

Amelia seemed to be saddened, she shed tears and did not return the arms of doctor Farel.

"You know, from the beginning until now my love was only for you! I keep fighting, for the sake of breaking your heart but this is the payoff." Said Doctor Farel who did not let go of his embrace.

Amelia was also sad, she had the same feelings but circumstances separated them. Amelia let go of Doctor Farel's embrace by force.

"Enough, doc! Now I'm somebody's wife and it's not appropriate for you to do this." Shouted Amelia.

"Mel, I know you're not happy. I'm sure your love is only for me!" Doctor Farel said.

"Then, that was it! Before your parents insulted me, I tried but I was only one-eyed because of my poor circumstances." Amelia answered with emotion.

Doctor Farel clasped Amelia's hand with a loving look.

"Mel, I can do anything to be with you. Including opposing both my parents. We can be happy together and I'll fight for you." Doctor Farel.

Amelia was stunned and her tears could no longer be contained. He really could not bear to see the man who had stopped in his heart fighting for his love until like this.

"Please don't be like this! I'm married to another man and it's my decision." Amelia's Speech.

"Mails..." Doctor Farel's words stopped.

"Enough, please understand! I don't want my husband to misunderstand you because of your presence." Amelia said as she knocked out Doctor Farel.

"Well, if that's what you want! I'm going to leave, get out of your life. I'll never come into your life again!" Doctor Farel said as he walked away.

Amelia stared at Doctor Farel's departure with an injured heart, her body limp and sitting on the floor.

"I don't know why we have to end up like this!" His mind while crying.

Unknowingly, Marcell noticed them from a distance. His heart felt pain seeing their togetherness. Moreover, seeing Amelia in the arms of another man, he seemed to hit the wall with his hands venting his frustration.
