After a short stop at the mosque near the highway along with her two friends, Ara rushed home.
Dion offers to drive home, but Ara refuses.
The three chose to go home by taking an online car Narto.
At the door, Sam was waiting for Ara while pacing back and forth. The old maid was delighted after seeing her young miss appear.
"Sir Sam, sorry to trouble you by waiting for me like this" said Ara.
Mr. Sam called to tell him that Rafa was going home for dinner. He asks Ara to quickly return before Rafa arrives home.
But Rafa came home sooner than Ara.
It made Ara afraid, even Sam sir was worried as well.
They'll go inside immediately.
While inside, Rafa just came down from the top to the dining table and immediately sat down. There's Maya and Nesa.
Rafa turned to his right side, looking at Ara's empty seat.
"This evening he hasn't come home. It seems like she really enjoyed her freedom after Raka's death" Maya said cynically staring at Ara's chair.
Rafa exhaled his coarse breath.
"New 4 months of Raka's departure he has been wandering freely. With the reason to campus." continued Maya back.
"Young lady has returned home master" said Vishnu saw the arrival of Ara.
Rafa, Nesa and Maya soon look at Ara who is led by Sam.
Ara approached with fear.
"Good night sister-in-law, good night ma, good night, sister Nesa." said a soft voice. He saw his mother-in-law who was staring intently and cynically at him. His heart sank for a moment.
No one answered either Rafa, Maya or Nesa. Their eyes did not turn away from him.
Ara swallowed her bitter saliva with an uneasy feeling.
"Good night young lady, please
sit down." said Vishnu while pulling a dining chair for him near his master.
Ara stepped closer to her chair, but she did not sit down to hear Maya's words.
"It's good that you know it's night. Where have you been this night? where did you come home at this time? We've all gathered from earlier at the dinner table and you just showed your nose" Maya said in a slightly loud sneering voice.
Ara gulped down the saliva that tasted increasingly bitter. Hearing those words, his chest felt tight, his eyes began to tear up.
"It's good of you, start enjoying the freedom of your life. Looks like Raka's death makes you happy now. You think you're young and free to hang out with any man out there to find a replacement for Raka."
"Mrs.....!" Ara was shocked to hear that word.
"He you, don't interrupt me." Maya jolted loudly, enough to make Ara flinch.
"When Raka was sick, you didn't tell us about her illness. You hid it. Raka is very sick but you didn't tell us. Raka harbored her own pain over her illness, so she died too soon. And now you enjoy your life while Raka is alone in nature." jolted Maya back, sobbing in deep anger.
Ara sighed sadly hearing that remark.
"Ma.." he sighed softly and wistfully. His voice trembled, his tears falling rapidly at both corners of his eyes. He started sobbing sobbing sobbing with an irregular breath, his chest rumbling strongly resisting the cries.
"Madamum don't say that bad to Miss Ara. Young miss couldn't possibly do such bad things. The death of the young master was also the destiny of God. Don't blame the young miss." said Sam in a plea, for not accepting her young miss being accused like that.
"Be quiet Sam, shut up, don't interfere. You want to defend him? Even you don't know and don't see what he's doing out there. You two are the same, hiding Raka's disease from us." Maya joked loudly while pointing at Sam and Ara alternately.
Sam wanted to talk but quickly Ara shook her head in a gesture asking her to be quiet and not to reply to Maya's words.
"Other than you wait? get the fuck out of here. Don't interfere, you're just babu here. Understand you? huh ?" jut Maya stared at Sam sharply.
Maya looks at him grinning.
"Why? You don't like me calling it that? You're retaliating because you don't like me saying that to her? How dare you." hardik Maya loudly staring with emotion.
"Sorry Ma, I didn't mean it that way. I don't mean to be rude to reply to Mom. I just ....," but her words were cut off by Maya.
Maya stood up, looking at Ara getting sharper.
"Be quiet, don't talk anymore. You're the same as ...,"
"Enough" said Rafa loudly while hitting the table before his mother insulted Ara just like Sam. He who had just been silent heard.
"Enough Ma, don't go on anymore. Stop the debate between you." Stare intently at his mother and Ara alternately.
"We're at the dinner table now. I want to enjoy the food comfortably and quietly, no more voices," he said.
"Mama, please sit back." tell Maya to sit down.
"You too, sit down and stop your crying." turned to Ara.
Nesa got up from her seat while sweeping her tear-soaked cheeks.
"You're making my appetite go away" he said. Raka's death again made her sad. Nesa cried sobbing and went towards her room.
Maya walks out of the dining table and steps into her room.
Rafa snorted in annoyance.
"Sir Sam, take your mama and Nesa's food to their room" he told Sam.
"Okay sir." answered Sam obediently, and immediately went back to preparing food for his two masters.
"Until when do you stand sculpting like that? I told you to sit down." said Rafa a little hard looking at Ara.
Ara flinched from her daydream. Slowly he sat down.
"Eat it" said Rafa.
"Sister, I'm not hungry....!"
"Shut up and eat, don't make a sound. I don't want to hear any words. I want to enjoy eating quietly, okay?"
Ara immediately fell silent. He stared at the food in front of him while gulping.
"How can you eat in such a bad mood like this?" with a sour face.
Rafa's watching. He immediately took out Ara's plate, then put some rice, vegetable and red meat soup.
"Eat ...,"
Ara gawked and stared unblinkingly at this food.
"It's too much brother, I can't afford to spend it" Ara said with a wry look.
Rafa did not answer, he put the yogurt and water back.
"Take it all, don't talk anymore" he said later, then immediately ate the food back.
Ara let out her bad breath.
Not annoyed at the sustenance in front of him, but at the giver, who could not read his bad mood anymore.
After praying in his heart he began to eat slowly.
