Rafa and Ara

Episode 106's

"Where is Lo Ra? hurry up." Ines' voice from across the street made Ara speed up to the top floor of the university.

He did not open the email from yesterday so was not aware of any important notices from universities and groups. That today the head of the foundation will give rewards to outstanding students who win various races at the national level.

On the way Ines and Cindy called him over and over again.

"I didn't bring Nes' alma mater."

They had not seen any sign of Ara's arrival. They only saw a little girl approaching towards them.

"Nes, this is me." Ara patted both of her best friend's shoulders.

"Lo why look like this? ugly knows not." said Ines, then both laughed.

"Later on, let's go inside." Ara instantly drew onto the two hands they entered inside. Still laughing in amazement Cindy and Ines followed Ara's hand. They were sitting in the back seat because the place was empty.

Cindy immediately put a suit on Ara.

Ara was moved."Thanks, thank you guys. You can always count on." Ara held the hands of her two best friends tightly.

"We know you're busy with your birthday" Cindy said. Ines nodded.

"Yes, I didn't have time to check my email, I just opened time on the way" said Ara.

"Sst silence. Mr. Rector is talking." Cindy said noisily. They immediately looked ahead.

On the podium, the rector was conveying his direction. And to shorten the time considering that the owner and chairman of the foundation have other important activities, he immediately ended his delivery.

"Sir Rafa?" he muttered with a frowning face, shocked.

"Why is sister-in-law here?" mumbling again.

"It looks like he's a special guest because he's sitting near the Rector" noticed Rafa's sitting position sitting with the rector and his deputy.

"We respectfully ask for the willingness of Mr. Rafa Ravendro Artawijaya as the owner and chairman of this university foundation to give an award to the best daughter of students at this university, Miss Azahra Radya Almira" continued the MC.

Rafa immediately stood up and stepped closer to Ara. There was a round of applause from the audience.

"So the sister-in-law of the owner of this university?" mumbling slowly.

Ara was shocked to hear those words, she did not realize Rafa was already right even very close in front of her. He looked at his sister-in-law's face with round eyes.

Ara gulped and poked her lips. Then looking next to avoid Rafa's gaze.

"Miss Azahra Radya Almira. You're really smart and amazing. Congratulations to you for the achievement you have. And thank you for your appreciation and work, which has honored this university. I am on behalf of myself and also on behalf of the university very grateful to you" Rafa said smiling.

"Save congratulations again!" rafa said as he thrust out his right hand. Ara looked for a moment at Rafa's face, then slowly welcomed the helping hand. Back to the clapping. The camera panned at them taking pictures.

"Thank you brother-in-law....! Uh... OOPS!" Ara was not aware of what she said."Uh I mean, thank you Rafa Ravendro Artawijaya. I'm sorry I didn't consciously mention it" she said nervously and frantically mentioning sister-in-law. He immediately pulled his hand from Rafa's grasp. Fortunately, only he and Rafa were there.

Rafa nodded with a smile."Same same thing."

A student carrying the charter tray and bonuses approached after getting a cue from Rafa. Rafa took the medal, then approached Ara. He looked at the two hands of Ara squeezing each other in front of his stomach, the downward gaze avoiding his gaze."You're too uptight Ara.

"I did....!" Ara was nervous, then immediately raised her eyelids staring at Rafa.

"I just wanted to put this medal on you. So don't be afraid!" said Rafa. Because he knew this girl was too afraid of him.

Of course Ara was shocked, gawking at what she was doing."Sis....!" wanted to retreat, but Rafa's whispers stopped him.

"Shut up....! Your hair's a mess. Your glasses are tilted." said Rafa staring intently. Then immediately plugged the medal into Ara's neck, locking it slowly. Ara was getting more nervous and agitated due to their extremely close distance at this moment. Rafa is still hooking the medal tie. But he couldn't move a bit.

"I'm so proud of you smart girl." whispered Rafa in her ear. Then immediately pulled his face and took a step back. He takes the charter and the emplop contains the bonus. Then leave it to Ara.

"Again congratulations to you" said Rafa.

Ara nodded with a smile." Thanks." he said slowly. He smiled when he saw the medals, charters and bonuses in his hands. His eyes returned to glass.
