There is a saying— “He who comes will definitely bad will”. I have no doubt that this Gui Guzi spurred me on.
Not seeing any reason to avoid it at all, I smashed the thorny bush under my feet and whispered into his sight. I looked at him coldly before smiling viciously. “What do you mean, brother?”
“Cih! I'm not your brother! “
Gui Guzi looked at me coldly and arrogantly before saying, “Ck tsk, Level 14 and you are leveling here? I guess you're not too bad! “
I opened my arms. “I'm just average. ”
“Saying the third strongest player in Floating Ice City?” Gui Guzi sneered.
I took the provocation calmly. “You said it, not me. That being said, I will definitely not be satisfied with just third place. ”
“You're an arrogant person, okay!”
Gui Guzi raised his spear and shouted at me, “There is only one undead player in Frost Mound! Now duel me! Whoever loses will pack their things and leave! “
I shook my head and replied, “My time is precious, and I have no money to waste on PK. ”
“What did you say?” Gui Guzi said aggressively. “This is not how a pro should act! I guess you're just a noob! You don't even have the courage to duel with someone! ”
I immediately raised an eyebrow and retorted coldly, “Is that so? Come to me then. I'll get you out in a minute! “
“Haha, it would be funny if your skin is worse than your bite!”
Gui Guzi laughed out loud and charged over, her spear blade burning red. That was the basic skill of the Magic Knight, Flame Thrust!
Rustle rustle. . .
I moved half an arc from the original position, causing Gui Guzi to lose his attack. the beautiful “MISS” that appeared in the air really surprised him.
“Person ...” Gui Guzi's mouth gaping. “You avoided that? How ... how is that possible? “
Instead of answering, I lowered the Forest Green Blade on his head—
“Slayer Slash!”
The powerful attack sent Gui Guzi tripping backwards. His HP had also dropped drastically.
184!
He was lucky that his class was famous for its large HP pool, or that this attack alone would take his life.
“There's no way I'll lose!”
Gui Guzi is obviously a stubborn man because he demands me again. This time, he swung his spear horizontally, aimed at my side. Avoiding it will be very difficult!
My mind was delayed by 0. 7 seconds, and normal attacks had no charge at all. Since it was impossible for me to dodge the attack, I had no choice but to endure it.
Of course, I'm not a gentleman. I immediately retaliated with a swing of my own weapon!
95!
179!
The two of us exchanged blows, but it was clear that Gui Guzi was in a much more disadvantageous position. His chest armor seemed to be of a general grade, without the added stat bonus, so his overall defense could not be higher than 7 points.
“Ugh ...” Gui Guzi repeatedly gasped as she stared at her health bar. He had less than 10 HP remaining. He gave me a look of disbelief and said, “How .. how is this possible?”
I smiled at him and took action.
“You can stay at Frost Mound. This place is big enough to fit two people. But provoke me again, and the only answer you will get is death! “
Forest Green Blade flashed across Gui Guzi's neck, his eyes growing wider. His body slowly slumped to the ground as the last remnants of his soul left him.
He dropped two small potions after dying. I picked it up and looked at the corpse calmly. Inevitably, all words and actions have consequences. The price of Gui Guzi's show of arrogance is death.
I went back to the level and killed the other four Cyan Skeletons, who ended up dropping me the last Cyan Skeleton Finger I needed to restore my quest!
Glad, I was just about to leave when Gui Guzi boarded back up. He came back to life after his soul returned to his body, but now he was only Level 17.
Gui Guzi clearly seemed unsure of his own defeat. “Other times, victory will be mine!”
I nodded back at him with a smile. “Do not hesitate to challenge me whenever you want. Oh right, I live on B1, Frost Mound Outer Graveyard No. 1. Visit me when you're free! “
Gui Guzi replied in surprise, “I live in B2 ..”
Huh, we're neighbors?
I can only smile. “Let's learn from each other from here!”
“M N!”
Gui Guzi nodded. Now I notice that Gui Guzi is proud, aloof, but unreasonable. In fact, I could even call him talented based on the fact that he had not stopped leveling up since the start of the game. His patience and courage was what made him one of the top 3 players of Floating Ice City!
Of course, crazy levelers are present in every game, and I have played too many virtual reality games to be surprised by this.
I returned to the Frost Mound and handed the 20 Fingers of the Cyan Skeleton to the Sentinel Leader Fark. He slapped me on the shoulder and laughed loudly. “Hahaha, very nice, small skeleton! You have proven your courage and strength again. Here, take your legitimate gift! ”
Ding ~!
My eyes shine. A tool! I hurriedly checked my bag and saw a fan with a cyan light lying quietly in a corner. After I picked it up, his stats appeared in front of my eyes—
Bony Cyan Fan (Iron-grade)
Attack: 15 ~ 24
Stamina: +1
Tactics: +1
Level Requirements: 15
I'm not sure what to say when I stare at the fan. Fans were Tactician weapons, but this particular fan had ridiculous attack power, even higher than the Forest Green Blade! Too bad!
That being said, the fan added 1 point to Stamina and Tactics. Now it's useful!
I have studied the official Heavenblessed data for a long time and learned that a party leader can activate “siasat” like Pushing (increase the Attacks of all party members by 5%, Tactic Requirements: 20). Stratagem is also known as a General Skill. When the player reaches a certain level, the stratagem will be the main factor on the battlefield. It was basically mandatory for every powerful party to have a leader with strong General Skills.
In Heavenblessed, Tacticians were born from a stratagem like fish to water, as they gained Tactics points at each level. This alone makes the other classes unable to compare. A Level 20 Tactician would naturally have 20 Tactics, meaning that they could execute Stratagems such as Pushing or the Iron Wall (increasing the Defense of party members by 5%) even without any equipment.
I guess only a Tactician can bring out the true potential of this Bony Cyan Fan!
I threw the fan back into my bag and decided to travel to Floating Ice City when I was free. I plan to sell this Bony Cyan Fan and buy some potions for the money.
After that, I looked to Sentinel Leader Fark. It was clear that he had something to say, again. His expression grew louder, his voice turning deeper. He slapped me on the shoulder and started. “Little frame, I have to tell you the bad news. Half a day ago, Frost Mound's best scout, Shaq, died in Frozen Path. I haven't seen his own body, but I heard that he has been killed by the Ironback Bear. I want you to go over there, kill that damn bear and bring back his head. ”
Ding ~!
System Notification: You have received the [Ironback Bear] quest! (Quest Rank: F +)
Description: Go to Frozen Path and kill the Ironback Bear. Bring his head back to Sentinel Leader Fark.
Another bounty search? I gladly accept it.
I opened the map and looked for Frozen Path, and it just so happened to be the road to Floating Ice City. It was a dangerous path as the Light faction and the Dark faction fought for it. I can already see the danger I have to face.
I spent 1 silver and repaired my equipment. Damn, it would be expensive to repair three pieces of Iron-class equipment at once!
I sold all my magic stones, arranged the contents of my bag for a bit and left Frost Mound through the small street.
A terrible smell entered my nose about ten minutes later. What the heck, a headless skeletal warrior was lying on the ground not far ahead!
I walked over and found that it was a half-rotten undead warrior, and his name was Scout Shaq. As I thought, he was the poor soul mentioned in the quest. His breast bone was completely shattered, and his head was badly chewed. He also smelled bad and died. I can't believe that the Ironback Bear will eat a guy like him. Either it's really bad hunger, or it doesn't taste good.
I stood up and looked around for a moment. I didn't forget to absorb the spark of Scout Shaq's corpse. It was weak and small, but it was still filling up to my own undead fire.
“It's there!”
My eyes narrowed, and I rushed into the forest beside the road. There was a huge black bear standing under a huge tree. It was not the boss, but the level was very high — Thorny Ironback Bear, Level 20!
My heart was pounding as I swore at a certain Sentinel Leader Frost Mound. “Fuck, Fark!”
I checked my own level and calculated the odds. It would be extremely difficult to challenge a monster five levels above me, not to mention that my equipment is far below Level 10. My hard-earned initial profit is completely irrelevant here.
Still, I had no choice but to fight him. Dear God, please bless this bear with a quick death!
“Hah!”
I rushed towards the bear and appeared behind him in an instant. Then, I swung my sword down with everything I had!
Crack down!
To my surprise, sparks appeared where the Forest Green Blade had attacked. My weapon completely failed to reach the soft meat.
21!
I felt like I was mocked by the pitiful amount of damage I dealt. Ironback Bear immediately turned around, roaring and pouncing towards me.
For a moment, I was filled with regret.
What the hell am I doing? Of course the back of the Ironback Bear is as strong as iron! How foolish I was to let my habit pull my nose!
I was still hit despite the hasty blow. It took 107 points from my health bar.
I waited for the crack before thrusting the Forest Green Blade forward like a snake. This time, I aimed at the Ironback Bear's eyes!
Puchis!
Blood was everywhere. Now I actually managed to break through his defense!
189!
Ck tsk, attacking a weak point will never be boring.
I glided smoothly to the right and slashed at the gaping mouth of the bear. Once again, my attack took blood and scored 157 damage points!
The total HP Ironback Bear was only about 1000 or so. Everything must look good to me!
I downed the pot and quickly moved away from it. Just like the horde I fought before, this Ironback Bear has insane attack power but poor movement. I could basically fly him to death with superior manoeuvres.
