Riena looked at Ratih with sadness. If that gaze could be translated into words, perhaps the woman was trying to make sure what Ratih had just said was not a mere comfort word.
"I promise I'll get you out of here, Rie. You calm down, yeah. The patient. I know and believe you're okay." Train chose to follow Riena's thoughts. Make sure the woman is comfortable and put trust in her.
"Who brought me here? My husband's? Where is he now?"
Finally, Ratih breathed a sigh of relief. That question is what he has been waiting for since. At the very least, Raditya was indeed an important and influential figure in Riena's life. And the man was right, Riena just needed time to be able to open up and share everything with her husband.
"It was your husband who brought you here. You're lucky, Rie. He's so worried about you. The nurse asked him to come home. If you want to meet him now, let me ask the nurse to contact your husband, "Ratih explained as she slowly returned to the empty side of the patient bed where Riena was.
"He must be very tired. Let it. I don't want to make it bother." Riena said it while bowing her head. She no longer had the face to meet her husband. Confused, what answer will she give when her husband later asked the reason behind the suicide attempt he had done.
"Don't even think of going and avoiding your husband, Rie. You're okay, aren't you? Let your husband judge you the same. Other people won't believe you don't grieve if your eyes keep crying. People will think you're a liar if you keep saying fine, but your face is always moody." Trained to return Riena's gaze gently. In his heart he hoped that the woman would soon be able to recognize him.
Riena seemed to be thinking hard. He's so confused. His love for Raditya is so great. However, for the umpteenth time, things really made Riena feel inappropriate for the person as good and patient as Raditya.
As if knowing what came to Riena's mind, Ratih grabbed Riena's left hand and grasped it tightly. "We will never know what other people think of us until the person reveals it. Rie, you're fine. Until this moment you are still breathing it means your journey still has to continue. Like you said, everything's fine."
A clear thread began to wet Riena's cheeks. His shoulders rose and fell in rhythm with his sobs. "I'm dirty, I'm despicable. I don't want to weigh my husband's steps. What if everyone knows. My husband will be ashamed."
Practice shifting her seat slightly upwards. Enfolded her shoulder Riena went into her arms. "Reply all, Rie. don't keep it to yourself. Everything's fine." Many times Ratih emphasized and said those words.to suggest Riena so that the speech "is fine" is not only limited to words, but it is real penetrated into the soul to be realized in a real attitude.
So long Riena was in Ratih's arms. Until making the top shirt of the psychiatrist was wet because of Riena's tears. His cry was getting broken, until his breathing really felt tight. It hurts Riena's heart. I don't know how he should heal.
"I want to go home" asked Riena in a still sobbing voice while pulling her body from Ratih's embrace.
"We'll call your husband first, yeah, Rie. No matter how he brought you here. You don't want her to worry, do you?" Trainy asked carefully. He understood the dilemma felt by Riena. On the one hand, surely Riena really needs Raditya. However, on the other hand, shame and trauma still control Riena.
There's no other choice. Riena nodded her head. Then he asked Ratih to face him. Clearly Riena was trying to remember. Even though his heart and mind were in turmoil, he could not deny that he did not feel foreign to the figure in front of him.
"Riena," Ratih reflex hugged the woman he called her name. It was moved because it didn't take long for Riena to recall it. "Yes, Rie, it's me. Come on, show me the spirit you used to transmit to me."
Riena returned to tears. Not expecting to be reunited with the daughter of the girl who has served her family since Riena was a baby. It could be said, Ratih and Riena often spend time together even though they are in different places. Ratih and his sister are always waiting for Ratmi to finish her work at Riena's house. They play and learn together.
I forgot lara for a moment about her. Riena was pensive considering the woman she called Bi Ratmi had also experienced something similar with her. In fact, the woman ended her life by suicide. Leaving behind two daughters, Ratih and Rasti if he is not wrong. It was then he who helped them rise from the slump. Acting as a friend, allowing the two brothers to stay in the room with him. Until Ratih and Rasti compact decided to work abroad. Their relationship was cut off without any news.
"I'm already a psychologist, Rie. As promised, I dedicate my work to those who have experienced the same events as my mother. I work at this hospital, Rie. Good god. God brought us together at the right time."
Riena shook her head many times. "No! This is not the right time. I'm ruined, Tih. I-i-,"
"Already, don't continue. You're doing fine. You're not alone. There's your husband and there's me, too" Ratih said quickly cutting off Riena's words.
"My husband can't know the truth."
Train just nodded slowly. In her heart she said, "Your husband knows, Rie. And you're lucky because he still accepts you so incredibly. What your husband showed you, more than just love."
Riena was lying on her side. His eyes looked again like a dreamy person. He's weighing his own taste. Between imprisoning the wound alone, or having to let it go and make others feel what he feels.
On the sidelines of Riena's daydream, Ratih secretly sends a short message to the guard nurse who is right next to Riena's room. Asking Raditya's phone number to call and asking the nurse to take her place is watching Riena.
"Rie, I'm out for a second, okay? There are sisters who will accompany you," said Ratih who was immediately answered with a nod of his head slowly by Riena.
Out of the door of the room, Ratih's sense of sight was startled by the real shadow of the familiar figure. The figure was standing staring into Riena's room with a gaze so cold.
"Mas Reno," Ratih muttered as he walked closer to the figure.
