"Hows it? Has there been any word from the spy you sent to find out about Ms Arumi?" shoot Rejana straight away as Gerald enters his room.
"Jeez Renjana, can't you wait a little bit? I haven't even sat down yet" said Gerald.
Laughing in response. "Sorry, I was too curious. You know, I've been waiting for a week, but there's absolutely no report from you about anything I want."
"I was able to read the file belonging to the new employee. She's..." Gerald chose not to continue his education, because he believed that Renjana must have understood.
"Yes. He's the son of Ms. Arumi. The person I asked to look for his background," Renjana replied honestly.
"Good, Renjana! Don't tell me, you did make it work here on purpose so you could easily get information?"
Renjana grunting. "You know, I'm not like that. I really wanted to help her who was in trouble. So, don't get me wrong."
"Ah, thank goodness. My heart almost fell out of the thought that you dared to use others for your personal business" Gerald said, breathing a sigh of relief.
"We better leave that discussion. I'd like to ask, has your investigation made any progress?"
Gerald shook his head slowly. "My mouth has managed to get information about that family. But he had trouble figuring out the family's relationship with the Basuwardi family. You know for yourself, a secret associated with the Basuwardi family is a very difficult thing to access."
"Alright! But, the information about Ms Arumi's family, what did she get?" ask Renjana. He knew it, Gerald's words were all right.
"Look at that yellow map in front of you. I accidentally put it on this morning, when you said you were coming to visit. Looks like you haven't opened it." Gerald pointed to the table.
Renjana took the thing that Gerald said. He just realized, it turns out that on his desk there is a separate map with a pile of other maps.
"So, her husband died a long time ago? 2013, that's a sign that I was Junior High, right?" ask Renjana. Gerald nodded in confirming.
"And what, this? Gosh darn. Gumilar graduated from High School the same as me, but it turns out he took acceleration classes at Junior High School and High School. He attended college for only three years and six months, and graduated cumlaude. That means, she's younger than me?"
"really? I haven't read that information at all, because I think you're the one who has the right to open it first" Gerald responded.
"It's just that he looks very respectful to us. Because it turns out, he's younger than us" he added.
"Then did the spy give up?" ask Renjana.
Gerald exhaled softly. "You know, whatever you tell me I'll do. You told me you wanted to find out about Ms. Arumi's relationship with your family, do you think I'd let her just stop before you got what you wanted?"
Renjana smiled happily. "All your treatment of me really flattered me. You're my best friend, Gerald."
Gerald laughed at the reply from Renjana. "Best friend? Aren't you wrong? Isn't there still a Prince Antareksa higher above me?" tease Gerald.
Renjana laughed. "Ah, you're right. But, because today, it seems like your position almost matches the position of the Prince," joked Renjana.
"That's it. Since I'm done asking you, now get back to work."
Gerald glared at the words of Renjana. "You're really mean, Renjana. You told me to come at will, and throw me away at will, too" said Gerald.
"God Gerald. If only Mia Andara had known how your best behavior was, I doubt she'd be in a relationship with you."
Gerald laughed again at Renjana's speech. "You're wrong. If it's love, want my attitude as bad as anything will definitely be accepted by Mia. He loves me too much, so one bad attitude won't affect our relationship." Gerald boasted, making Renjana snort. Having a partner already, he already feels above the clouds.
"Shut up, Gerald. My head is still hearing your arrogance. Better, you teach Gumilar about his job or your salary I cut."
"Alright! I'm leaving then. Jesus, I'm afraid you're the boss, just want to cut pay. If so, when will my money be raised to propose to Mia?"
Renjana laughed at Gerald's grunts. After the man's departure, Renjana refocused herself on the map she was holding. Scratching his temples due to difficulty thinking, but his eyes were still faithfully staring at all the information presented in the sheet of paper.
"Why is the cause of Ms Arumi's husband's death not listed? Here is only written her husband died in 2013 without accompanying explanation."
"Something seems strange. Here, Ms. Arumi's job is just a traveling cake vendor. And this, Gumilar transfers school to a private Junior High after his father dies. Doesn't moving cost a lot? And what's he moving for, try? Again, this is a private Junior High School, obviously the cost of the school is very expensive. Unless someone is paying for school. What the hell, here's the connection to my family? But if it's true, what's the reason they financed Gumilar's school?" Renjana thought hard, solving a puzzle that he had just found his awkwardness in the information he got.
"Ah, looks like I have to find out first, Gumilar graduated in which Junior High School. Who knows from there I can get a lead."
Renjana stood up from his chair, his goal was to return to Gerald's room to request Gumilar's completeness file.
"Penchana?" Gerald was surprised to see the arrival of Renjana who seemed to be in a hurry. "What's wrong?" ask the man to worry. Who knows, the restaurant's on fire or something bad.
Renjana grimaces, "ah, there's nothing, Gerald. Sorry to surprise you."
Gerald exhaled heavily. "Thank God."
"I just came to ask for Gumilar's file."
"Oh, I think why. It's!" Gerald handed over the map that was on the table. Renjana took the file, he glanced at Gumilar who was focusing on studying the file in his hand. After that, Renjana bailed back to go outside the room.
When he was back in his room, Renjana opened the Gumilar file in a hurry. His eyes were round while reading the captions that were there.
"Gumilar graduated from Junior High School and High School in the Cahaya Insan Cerdas foundation? He's a CIC alumni? But, why haven't I seen her, huh?"
"Gosh, don't be stupid Renjana. The CIC students are thousands, so how could you possibly memorize their faces." Renjana cursed her own stupidity.
"But, entering CIC costs a lot. If Gumilar from the beginning entered CIC, it means he is a scholarship. But did he move? Isn't that on the public line?"
Renjana was getting curious. "That means, my suspicion is correct that Ms. Arumi has something to do with the Basuwardi family. But, why did they hide that fact from me?" renjana muttered inexhaustibly.
