Eleven

Before going home, Renjana first wants to see someone in this hospital. The girl took the elevator, pressed the hospital's top floor button.

"doctor Revi Anggara there?" asked Renjana to a woman sitting at a table right next to the door of the room she was looking for.

"Some, Miss Renjana." Renjana is well known in this hospital. Because this hospital, is one of the buildings belonging to the Basuwardi family as well.

"He's no longer accepting guests or anyone, is he? Can I come in?"

"Please, Mrs Renjana. Inside is only doctor Revi himself. Do you need me to take you?" bargain woman who is the personal assistant of doctor Revi.

"Ah, so. Thanks for the offer, but no need. I'll go in alone. Then I'll go in first!" says goodbye.

"Good, Mom!"

Renjana knocked on the brown-painted door, and immediately entered when she heard the answer from within that invited her.

"Penchana?" doctor Revi was surprised at the girl's arrival. Even the doctor immediately stood up from his seat, leaving some documents he was examining on the table.

"What brings you here all of a sudden?" ask doctor Revi. The man was his father's best friend, so of course they were very familiar. That's why he didn't call Renjana with Mom's frills or anything.

"There's something I want to ask you. Sit back, Om Revi." Renjana approached, shone at the man's hand.

"So, what brings a daughter of Basuwardi to my room alone? Usually, you come here with your father or one of your brothers" the surgeon and the internal medicine asked after a while they chatted pleasantries.

"I need your help. But please don't tell anyone. Here, the secret between us."

Doctor Revi looked at Renjana confusedly. "What help?"

"Patient named Arumi who has kidney failure, are you handling it?"

Doctor Revi was silent, thinking. Instantly, the shadow of a woman who came to this hospital regularly the past three years immediately made her nod.

"I didn't handle it, but Dr. Fardi. But, I know Ms. Arumi because I replaced Doctor Fardi several times when he had a sudden affair. He is also a patient who has been in and out of the hospital for a long time. He's a really strong patient" doctor Revi told me. Renjana nodded to Revi's last opinion. Ms. Arumi, a strong patient.

"I am concerned about his condition. He had been suffering from the disease for a long time, it must have been very painful. And, even though he got a donor, his family could not afford to pay. I met him too." Renjana exhaled a rough breath, before continuing her speech.

"Looking at Ms. Arumi, I immediately thought of Mami. She's Mami's age, right?" Doctor Revi nodded at Renjana's question.

"Should have been, she enjoyed her old age with gardening or other fun activities. Not in that kind of pain. I am so sorry for him. Therefore, I was thinking of helping him. It's possible that I was God's bridge to help him heal after so long of suffering."

"How, do you want to help me, um?" ask Renjana.

"alright. I'll try to help you. But, how did you get to know Ms. Arumi and know everything?"

Renjana smiled with relief at Revi's reply who wanted to help her. "I accidentally met his son. And his son was one of the teachers at CIC. We chatted for a while, and I ended up asking who was being treated here. Stream that story."

"Does his son agree with your help?" ask Revi again.

"Of course he refused at first. But, I persuaded him. He said it was for his mother. He loved his mother too much, so he was willing to lower his ego for the sake of healing Bu Arumi," Renjana told me again.

"You helped him, you didn't mean anything, did you?" Doctor Revi looked at him suspiciously. Renjana laughed loudly.

"You don't seem to know me, Om. With all that I have, can I take something away from the incapable? I really purely want to help."

Doctor Revi breathed a sigh of relief. "alright. I'm gonna find a donor, and I'm gonna have an operation. I'll call Dr. Fardi later, too."

"But promise me you won't say anything to my family. You know, I'm not comfortable knowing that many people are helping others" Renjana said.

"Silent. I'll keep our secret, fairy Basuwardi." Renjana laughs at the call that doctor Revi has placed on her. A fairy? Gosh darn. The middle-aged in front of him really likes weird.

"I'll excuse you then. Don't let anyone come to visit here suddenly and find me here. It's gonna be so fucked up."

"OKAY. Be careful on the road!"
