Chapter 8

"Sir, is this Mr Maheswara suddenly calling?" Malaika showed me her cell phone.

"Would she call you?" naresh asked not to like it.

"I don't know, sir," Malaika replied.

The relationship between Naresh and Maheswara is less harmonious. They both love Malaika. The difference Naresh likes secretly, because he knows that the woman is in a relationship with the assistant. Meanwhile, Maheswara showed his feelings openly and it made the secretary feel uncomfortable.

"Then let it go" said Naresh with a jutek look.

'Yes, there's no need to be angry.' (Malaika)

Seeing Malaika's sullen face with pursed lips made the man anxious to kiss her. He remembers their first kiss when they fell down the stairs during the misfortune of entering class.

Malaika's phone ringtone rang again. Again Maheswara contacted him. This time Malaika received the call.

"Assalamualaikum, hello."

"Good."

^^^"I thought that your house was confiscated by Mr. Juwanto. You take it easy, I'll take it back and give you the house."^^^

Of course Malaika's feeling was very happy. When he smiled widely and was about to scream in excitement, Naresh glared at him. He knew that Naresh did not like it if he responded too much to Maheswara.

"Thank you, Mr. Maheswara for your concern."

This time Malaika spoke politely and calmly. He did not want to make his boss' mood bad.

Suddenly Naresh asked for Malaika's mobile phone, so inevitably the woman gave it. It was obvious that the man's face was upset.

"Don't bother Malaika! He's at work."

Naresh immediately closed the call while grumbling. It was ruined already his current mood. 

The nurse who had been standing there and was about to bring the man to therapy, looked pale in face. The woman was stunned when she heard Naresh's voice yelling at the person who spoke to her on the phone.

After being persuaded and seduced by Malaika, Naresh finally wanted to go to therapy. The secretary said that if the man's emotional condition became unstable after an accident, the doctor also examined his psychological state.

"Malaika, are you going home now?" asked Rahandika as soon as she finished giving a report to the superior.

"I–ya." Malaika looked towards Naresh who shook his head, asking him not to go home first.

"My." The woman saw Naresh brandishing an index finger that signaled not to go home later given 1 million dollars.

The handsome-looking man with exotic skin was staring in wonder at his former lover. He felt that the woman was avoiding him. It has been 1 month since their relationship that has been established for 2 years was broken. The feeling of love in her heart was still intact for Malaika, even though she had been betrothed by her mother to another woman.

"He's going overtime. You go home first" said Naresh.

Rahandika is eager to talk and spend a little time with Malaika as is their custom all along. He felt homesick for 2 weeks not talking to the girl. This man knows that his ex-lover has gone through a period of slump because he did not get the blessing when they say they want to continue the relationship to a more serious level.

"Well, be careful when you come home, yeah!" pinta Rahandika patted Malaika on the shoulder and the girl nodded with a smile adorning her beautiful face.

Malaika looked resentfully at Naresh for ruining the moment she was waiting for. If he does not need a lot of money then he will not obey the wishes of his superiors.

"Why did you forbid me to come home with Dika?" malaika asked with a slight grunt.

"I'll tell you, yeah! If Dika's mother hired a spy to watch over him with you. I'm doing this for your own safety" Naresh replied, putting a brace in his ear.

Malaika's eyes widened to hear the words of the superior. He felt disbelief in not believing what he had talked about just now.

"You're not lying, are you?" malaika asked doubtfully.

"If you don't believe please. Try tomorrow you go home with Dika and go eat or hang out first as you usually do. Then his mother will call you or call Dika. Surely he will be angry with both of you" Naresh replied seriously.

"When you're treated like that in front of other people's eyes. About what would you feel? Destruction of your heart for the second time" continued Naresh and made the girl's eyes glaze over.
